The aim of this journal is to publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of Indonesian language, literature, and teaching. Its scope encompasses language development and literacy, curriculum and materials development, professional development, policy and practice in assessment, language skills and language components, genre based language teaching and literature, Indonesian language for foreign speakers, technology enhance language learning, literature studies, and linguistics studies. It was first published in 6 Mei 1994. The Journal has been indexed by Google Scholar, The Indonesian Publication Index (IPI), and Indonesia Onesearch.
