Aims & Scope: Recent Advances in Arthroplasty (RAA) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed open access journal serves to accelerate scientific discoveries by publishing high standard scientific articles related to state-of-the-art technologies and surgical techniques in arthroplasty and treatment of its complications, including those dealing with prosthetic design, biomechanics, bio-materials, metallurgy, and biologic response to arthroplasty materials in vivo and in vitro. RAA publishes manuscripts on different types of Arthroplasty such as Minimally invasive joint replacement surgery, Hip replacement, Knee replacement, Shoulder replacement, Reverse total shoulder replacement. The RAA journal combines the interests of researchers and clinical practitioners across orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation medicine, physical therapy, and bio-medical engineering to advance joint replacement technology by promoting rigorous, fair, and constructive evaluation of all submitted articles. RAA welcomes original scientific research, reviews, commentaries, editorials, case reports, technique papers, new technology updates, and letters to the editor. Original research papers must report well-conducted research with conclusions supported by the data presented in the paper as well as new technological advances and current controversies in the fields of hip and knee replacement surgery.
