| Journal Description : | The scientific research journal of Fiqh and Islamic Law research affiliated with the Islamic Azad University of Babol branch is published periodically and every quarter from the spring of 1380 until now. This quarterly has a scientific research license from the Ministry of Science.
All the articles that are sent to this quarterly will be discussed and reviewed in the editorial board meeting, and if the initial conditions are met, they will be sent to the referees for judging. The judging process is as follows: first, the article is evaluated by 2 referees, and in case of a favorable opinion, subject to correction, it is sent back to the author for correction. The author is required to correct and submit his article exactly according to the opinion of the judges. Then the modified article is sent to the final referee, who is usually one of the two primary referees. After the favorable or unfavorable opinion of the final referee, the article is reviewed again in the editorial board meeting and final decisions are made and the status of the article is determined. Finally, if the author wants an acceptance letter, if the article is approved for printing, an acceptance letter will be sent to the author without a publication date. Due to the fact that the rights of the authors whose articles have already been approved are not lost and the articles are published according to schedule, the date of publication is not mentioned in the acceptance letter. |
