| Journal Description : | The Journal «Constitutional and Legal Academic Studies» is a professional scientific journal which covers the findings of scientific research on topical issues of constitutionalism, constitutional construction, the development of constitutional law and process in Ukraine and foreign countries.
The «Constitutional and Legal Academic Studies» Journal is included in:
1) the list of professional editions of category «B» (Order No 409 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as of March 17, 2020) , speciality: 081 – Law and 293 – International Law;
2) international, foreign and national scientometric databases and catalogues:
– «Index Copernicus International» (Poland);
– «The Scientifuc Periodicals of Ukraine» in the National Library of Ukraine named after V. I. Vernadskii;
– Google Scholar.
The journal cooperates with the largest universities in Ukraine and abroad, the state authorities and local government. Such cooperation involves the placement of information materials, the publication of scientific articles, holding round tables based on the publication. The journal «Constitutional and Legal Academic Studios» is actively used in the educational process – articles and materials are recommended as additional sources while studying the basic disciplines.
The editorial board reviews all articles. It consists of prominent Ukrainian scholars. In addition, foreign experts in the field of law (the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Poland, Romania, etc.) are invited to collaborate with the journal.
The editorial board accepts materials for publishing from scholars, practising lawyers, judges, notaries, investigators, prosecutors and other legal practitioners, readers who are interested in the issues of the publication. The editorial board of the journal proposes publishing articles and invites everyone who wishes to cooperate, who will use it as a source of a lot of useful information for their wide-ranging activities, which will contribute to the assertion of the basic values of Ukraine’s civilizational efforts – law, justice and morality. |
