| Journal Description : | The scientific journal of modern jurisprudence and law is published quarterly and every chapter. This quarterly has a specialized scientific license with registration number 86236.
All articles sent to this quarterly will be discussed in the editorial board meeting and will be sent to the judges for judging if the initial conditions are met. The judging process is such that first the article is evaluated by 2 referees and if there is a favorable opinion subject to correction, it is sent back to the author for correction. The author is required to correct and submit his article exactly according to the judges. The revised article is then sent to the final referee, who is usually one of the two original referees. After the favorable or unfavorable opinion of the final referee, the article will be reviewed again in the editorial board meeting and the final decisions will be made and the status of the article will be assigned. Finally, if the author wants a letter of acceptance, if the article is approved, a letter of acceptance will be sent to the author without the date of publication. Due to the fact that the rights of the authors whose articles have already been approved will not be lost and the articles will be published in turn, the date of publication will not be mentioned in the acceptance letter. |
