By the decision of the TSU Publishing Board the journal is published in full open access, twice a year, in independent - Georgian and English language printed and electronic editions.The journal aims to establish a dynamic and international scientific platform and expand scientific discourse in a transnational context by publishing comparative legal research in all fields of law.
