Journal Description : About Journal The Criminal Law Doctrines was first published as special issues, exploring current issues in criminal law from 2001 to 2011. From then, it is published periodical as scholarly and scientific peer-reviewed journal. it is a biannual journal. The current expenses of the publication are provided by Razavi University of Islamic Sciences. This is a full open access journal. Publication fee is 4000000 IRR based on the regulations and laws of Ministry of Science, Research and technology for papers being accepted and after peer review to cover publishing functions. Matching: Articles uploaded to the system, before being placed in the judging process, are matched through Samim Noor's identifier system and also Irandak's matching system. If plagiarism is observed, it will be reported to the competent authorities. This journal is [Open Access]: This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the the quarterly of Journal of Criminal Law Doctrines definition of open access.
