GENEL ILKELER :
Comparative Turkish Dialects and Literatures (Karsilastirmali Çagdas Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatlari) Dergisi, Mayis ve Kasim aylarinda yilda 2 sayi olarak Atatürk Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Çagdas Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatlari Bölümü tarafindan yayimlanmaktadir. CTDAL, Yazi dili Türkçe (tüm Türk lehçeleri), Ingilizce ve Rusça olup, yilda 2 kez ve yalnizca elektronik ortamda yayimlanan, bilimsel, hakemli bir dergidir. Dergi kapsaminda Türkçe (tüm Türk lehçeleri), Ingilizce ve Rusça dillerinde bilimsel dil, edebiyat ve kültür ile ilgili, arastirmaya dayali, alanina orijinal katkilar saglayacak, daha önce bir yerde yayimlanmamis karsilastirilmali bilimsel yazilar yer alir.
Dergimiz ücretsiz ve açik erisim saglayarak, alan ile ilgilenen tüm arastirmacilara bilgi kaynagi olmayi hedeflemektedir. Alanda üretilen nitelikli bilginin bilimsel yayincilik araciligiyla uluslararasi boyutta görünürlügünü ve erisilebilirligini arttirmak ve bu baglamda bilim dünyasina katkida bulunmayi baslica amaç edinmistir.
Derginin hedef kitlesini akademisyenler, arastirmacilar, profesyoneller, ögrenciler ve ilgili mesleki, akademik kurum ve kuruluslar olusturur.

Ulusal ve uluslararasi düzlemde erisilebilmekte;
Kültürün kalkinmasi ve uygarlik noktasindan olan egitimini, hareket noktasindaki sosyal, sosyal, okulla ele gelen saglik bilimleri yayinlari;
Kültür, medeniyet, kalkinma, miras, kültür kültürleri, kültür ülke ve halk egitimli planlanmis ve egitim ögretimsal ve uygulamak egitime uygulanmayacak sekilde;
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devletinin kültür, ekonomi, aile ve isletim sistemine katki saglayacak sekilde yayinlari;
Uluslararasi kültür, kalkinma, kültür kültürü, kültürleri, her türlü miras gibi inceleme takip etmek için kapsamli dilden arindirilmis çalismalari yapmak;
Kültür arastirmalari alani ile ilgilenen bilimsel disiplinlere kuramsal veya metodolojik katkida bulunacak olan tanitim ve elestiri yazilarini;

Comparative Turkish Dialects and Literatures (Karsilastirmali Çagdas Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatlari) Dergisi, Çagdas Türk lehçeleri ve edebiyatlari konusunda alana katkida bulunacak arastirma makaleleri yayinlar. Dergi kapsaminda Türkçe (tüm Türk lehçeleri), Ingilizce ve Rusça dillerinde bilimsel dil, edebiyat ve kültür ile ilgili, arastirmaya dayali, alanina orijinal katkilar saglayacak, daha önce bir yerde yayimlanmamis karsilastirilmali bilimsel yazilar yer alir.
IÇERIK
Özgünlük: Dergiye gönderilecek olan yazilarin alanlarina katki saglayacak biçimde özgünlük tasimalari ve bu yazilarin daha önce herhangi bir yerde yayimlanmamis olmasi niteligi beklenir. Doktora ve yüksek lisans çalismalarindan çikarilmis yayinlar alana katki saglayacak içerik tasimak kaydiyla özgün olarak degerlendirilecektir.
Tanitim ve elestiri yazilari: Alan çalismalarina ilham verecek, teorik, kuramsal ve metodolojik gelisimine katki saglayacak olan eserler hakkinda kaleme alinmis olan tanitim ve elestiri yazilari kabul edilecektir.
Çeviri yazilar: Kültür, medeniyet, kalkinma, kültür ekonomisi, halk bilimi, kültürel miras, kültür degismesi, kültürel çesitlilik, kültürel ifade, kültürlerarasi etkilesim, korumaya ve uygulamaya yönelik kültürel ve halk bilimsel yaklasimlar gibi çesitli konularda katki sunabilecek çeviri yazilar yayimlanacaktir.
Derleme: Sözlü veya yazili kaynaklardan yapilmis derlemeler ve sözlü tarih çalismalarina yer verilecektir.
ETIK ILKELER
Yayin Etigi: Dergiye gönderilen makaleler ulusal ve uluslararasi yayin etigine bagli olmak zorundadir. Dergiye gönderilen makalelerin yayin etigi bakimindan sorumlulugu yazarin üzerindedir. Iki veya daha fazla yazarli makalelerde ise sorumluluk bütün yazarlarin üzerindedir. Yazilarda ifade edilen görüsler ve düsünceler, bilimsel ve hukuki sorumluluk yazar/yazarlara aittir, derginin ve kurumun görüslerini yansitmaz.
Bilimsel özgünlügün, niteligin ve herhangi bir intihal durumunun söz konusu olup olmadiginin belirlenebilmesi için makaleler, dergi intihal koordinatörü tarafindan Turnitin veya iThenticate programlari vasitasiyla intihal incelemesine tabi tutulur.
Arastirma Etigi: Makalelerde baskalarina ait ölçek, fotograf gibi materyallerin kullanilmasi durumunda sahiplerinden izin alindiginin belirtilmesi zorunludur.
Makalelerde baskalarina ait fikir ve sanat eserlerinin kullanilmasi durumunda telif haklari düzenlemelerine uygunlugunun belirtilmesi gerekmektedir.
Yasal/Özel Izin Belgesi: Makalelerde insandan anket, derleme, mülakat, odak grup görüsmesi, deney gibi veri elde etme yöntemlerinin kullanilmasi ve deneysel amaçlarla insanlarin veya hayvanlarin kullanilmasi durumlari söz konusu oldugunda basvuru öncesinde çalismanin yapildigi ilgili kurumun insan veya hayvan arastirmalari amaçli kurulmus ilgili etik kurulundan onay belgesi alinmalidir. Ayrica yazi içerigine uygun olarak kisisel haklarin korunmasi kanununun da gözetilmesi gerekmektedir.
YAZILARIN DEGERLENDIRILMESI
Makale Gönderimi: Yazarlar makalelerini https://bilimseldergiler.atauni.edu.tr/system/comturdil adresinden üyelik olusturarak dergiye gönderirler. Yazar, gönderim asamasindaki çalismasini ayni anda baska bir dergiye daha göndermedigini taahhüt eder.
Editör Kurulu: Editör kurulu, bas editör, alan editörleri ve editör yardimcilarindan olusur. Sisteme yüklenen makaleler editör kurulu tarafindan ön degerlendirmeye tabi tutulur. Kurul, yazilarin daha önce baska bir yerde yayimlanip yayimlanmadigini, yazi tezden çikarilmis ise metnin tezin herhangi bir bölümünün kopyasi olup olmadigini kontrol eder. Ayrica bu asamada makalelerin intihal programi sonuçlari degerlendirilir. Bu kontroller, dergide yayimlanacak makalelerin özgünlügünün saglanmasi amaciyla gerçeklestirilir. Editör kurulu yazilarin derginin ilkelerine uygunlugunun ön degerlendirmesini de yapar. Bu kriterlere uygun olmayan yazilar kurul tarafindan reddedilebilir veya düzeltme istenebilir. Ön degerlendirmesi olumlu sonuçlanan yazilar degerlendirilmek üzere yayin kuruluna iletilir. Yazilarin editör kurulundan yayin kuruluna iletilme süresi en geç iki haftadir.
Yayin Kurulu: Yayin kurulu, editör kurulundan geçen makaleleri degerlendirir. Yayin kurulu dergiye gönderilen yazilari, derginin ilkelerini, amaç ve kapsamini esas alarak biçim ve içerik yönünden ayrintili bir sekilde inceler. Konu, yöntem, bilimsellik, biçim özellikleri ve yayin etigi açilarindan onaylanan makaleler yayin kurulunun belirledigi hakemlere gönderilir. Dil kullanimi bakimindan yeterince güçlü olmayan, bilimsel bakimdan kritik hatalar ihtiva eden, yayin ilkelerine uygun olmayan yazilar yayin kurulu tarafindan reddedilir. Reddedilen yazilar, yazarlara yayin kurulu toplantisindan sonra en geç iki hafta içinde kurul raporu ile birlikte bildirilir.
Hakem süreci: Yayin kurulundan geçen çalismalar, incelenmek üzere en az iki hakeme gönderilir. Dergide bilimsel çalismalarin nesnel bir biçimde degerlendirilmesini saglamak adina kör hakemlik uygulanir. Hakemlerden yazar kimligi, yazarlardan da hakemlerin kimligi gizli tutulur. Hakemler makaleleri ulusal ve evrensel bilime katki, etik ilkelere uygunluk, yazim ve imla, stil ve anlatim, literatür taramasi, yöntem, bulgular ve sonuç bakimlarindan degerlendirir. Hakem degerlendirdigi yaziyi onaylayabilir, revize edilmesini isteyebilir veya reddedebilir. Hakem degerlendirme süreci bir aydir. Hakem raporu tamamlandiktan sonra düzeltme istendigi takdirde yazardan iki hafta içinde gerekli düzeltmeleri yapip yaziyi tekrar göndermesi istenir. Hakemin gerekli gördügü durumlarda düzenleme yapildiktan sonra tekrar hakem tarafindan kontrol edilir.
Yazar, yayimlanamaz degerlendirmesinin yer aldigi hakem raporuna itiraz edebilir. Hakemin ileri sürdügü ret gerekçelerinde gözden kaçirilan hususlarin ve hakem taleplerinin neden uygulanamaz olduguna dair açiklamalara yer veren yaziyi dergi editörlügüne gönderir. Bu durumda nihai karar Editör Kuruluna aittir.
Hakem Süreci Tamamlanan Makaleler: Iki hakemin onayindan geçen yazilar, yayimlanacak makaleler sirasina alinir. Iki hakemden olumsuz rapor alan yazilar yayimlanmaz. Hakemlerden birinin olumsuz degerlendirmesi durumunda yazi üçüncü bir hakeme gönderilir. Üçüncü hakemin de olumsuz sonuç ilettigi takdirde yazi yayin kurulu tarafindan iade edilir. Hakemler makalelere düzeltme isteyebilir. Hakem raporlari yazara iletilir ve makaleler raporlara uygun olarak düzenlendikten sonra yayimlanma asamasina geçer. Hakem raporlari 6 yil süre ile saklanir. Ilgili sayida hakemlik yapmis isimler, derginin ilgili sayisinda toplu olarak yer alir.
Yayin Haklari Devri: Derginin web adresi üzerinden gerek yazarlarin gerekse yayincilarin haklarinin korunabilmesi için yazarin yasal izin belgesi vermesi gerekir. Yayimlanan yazilarin telif hakki Culture and Civilization Dergisine devredilmis sayilir.
Yayim Süreci: Hakem süreci tamamlanan makalelerin dizgisi yapilir. DOI islemleri tamamlandiktan sonra her makalenin kapak sayfasinda DOI numarasi, çalismanin gönderim, kabul ve yayim tarihleri eklenerek çevrimiçi olarak https://bilimseldergiler.atauni.edu.tr/system/comturdil web adresinde yayimlanir. Yayimlanan yazilarin tamami veya bir kismi yayincinin yasal izni olmadan baska bir yerde yayimlanamaz veya herhangi bir yolla çogaltilamaz. Kaynak gösterilmesi suretiyle sadece alinti yapilabilir.
GENEL KURALLAR
Baslik: En fazla 12 kelimeden olusmali, yazi karakteri bakimindan kalin ve büyük harfler ile yazilmali ve baslik sayfaya ortalanmalidir. Ikinci dildeki karsiligi ise basligin hemen altinda ilk harfleri büyük ve yine ortalanmis olarak yer almalidir. Makale Türkçe olarak yazildiysa ikinci dil Ingilizce, Ingilizce yazildiysa ikinci dil Türkçe olmalidir. Alt basliklar herhangi bir numaralandirma yapilmadan kalin ve her kelimenin ilk harfi büyük olacak biçimde yazilmalidir.
Yazar Adi: Yazar adi, ikinci dildeki basligin hemen altinda sayfaya ortalanmis biçimde yer almalidir. Yazara ait görev, unvan, kurum adresi, e posta adresi, ORCID numarasi bilgileri, yazarin soyadina ilintilendirilmis olan yildiz ile ilk sayfanin altinda verilir.
Öz ve Anahtar Kelimeler: Yazar adindan hemen sonra en az 150 en fazla 300 kelimeden olusacak sekilde ve makalenin özünü sunacak tarzda hazirlanan öz yer alir. Öz 9,5 punto ve tek satir araligi ile yazilir. Özün hemen altinda bes anahtar kelime verilir. Öz ve anahtar kelimelerin ikinci dildeki karsiligi da bunu takip eder.
Makale Metni: Makale metni, MS Word dosyasi olarak (.doc /.docx) Times New Roman yazi stili ile 10 puntoda ve tek satir araligi kullanilarak hazirlanmalidir. Transkripsiyon içeren çalismalarda Oktay New Transkripsiyon yazi tipinin kullanilmasi tavsiye edilir. Farkli fontlar kullanildigi takdirde bu fontlarin makale ile birlikte gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. Sayfa düzeninde uyulmasi gereken diger kriterler söyledir: Paragraf girintisi 1 cm, kenar bosluklari 2 cm (alt-üst-sag-sol), sayfa boyutu 17 x 24 cm.
Makale metni 10.000 kelimeyi asmamalidir. Özlü yazilarda alinti orani %35’i geçmemelidir. Makale, yazinin arastirma sorusunu, hipotezini, amacini ve yöntemini açiklayan giris bölümü ile baslamali, daha sonra alt basliklari da içerebilen ve veri, gözlem, görüs, yorum, tartismalardan olusan gelisme bölümü ile devam etmeli ve yapilan çalismadan elde edilen bulgularin degerlendirmesinin yapildigi, önerilerin sunuldugu sonuç bölümü ile sonlandirilmalidir.
Kaynak Gösterme: Bire bir olan tüm alintilar tirnak içinde ve italik olarak verilmelidir. Dolayli alintilarda tirnak kullanilmasina gerek yoktur ancak alintinin sonunda mutlaka kaynak belirtilmelidir. Kaynak gösterilirken dipnot kullanilmamalidir. Makale metinleri kaynaklarin metin içinde gösterildigi APA yöntemine göre hazirlanmalidir. Derginin belirledigi yazim kurallarina göre metin içinde kaynaklar asagidaki sekilde gösterilmelidir:

GENERAL PRINCIPLES:
Comparative Turkish Dialect and Literatures is an academic journal by Atatürk Uni-versity, Faculty of Letters, Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialect and Literatu-res. First published in 2022, it is an international peer-reviewed journal published electronically. Publication languages are Turkish, English and Russian. It comes out twice a year as Spring and Fall issues (May and November). The articles are free to ac-cess online at http://bilimseldergiler.atauni.edu.tr/system/comturdil.
Within the scope of the journal, there are comparative scientific articles in Turkish (all Turkish dialects), English and Russian languages, on scientific language, literature and culture, based on research, which will make original contributions to the field, and which have not been published anywhere before.
Our journal aims to be a source of information for all researchers interested in the field by providing free and open access. It aims to increase the international visibility and accessibility of the qualified information produced in the field through scientific publishing and to contribute to the scientific world in this context.
The target audience of the journal consists of academicians, researchers, professionals, students and related professional, academic institutions and organizations.
AIMS
The main aim of this journal is to publish the articles which have the qualifications lis-ted below to be accessible at the national and international level;
1. Scientific publications which provide interdisciplinary studies on culture in connec-tion with social, educational, science, and health sciences on the basis of the idea that culture contributes to the development and progress of civilization;
2. Scientific articles that are planned within the framework of culture, civilization, de-velopment, cultural heritage, cultural changes, cultural economy, and folklore and will contribute to the theoretical and methodological progress of the field;
3. Scientific publications that will contribute to the culture, economy, family, and work policies of the Republic of Turkey;
4. Scientific studies translated from a foreign language to follow the studies in the fi-elds of international culture, civilization, development, cultural economy, cultural changes, cultural heritage;
5. Introductory articles and review articles in cultural studies that will contribute theo-retically or methodologically to scientific disciplines.
6. The translations that are expected to contribute to the field.
SCOPE
Scientific articles provide an interdisciplinary basis for culture, civilization, develop-ment, change, cultural heritage, and cultural economy including research, analysis, and compilation of first Turkey and Turkish culture and civilization by employing scienti-fic research theories and methods.
CONTENT
Originality: It is expected that the journal articles to be sent to the journal have origi-nality in a way that will make a scientific contribution to their field and that these arti-cles have not been previously published anywhere The articles based on doctoral and graduate studies will be considered as original if they can contribute theoretically and methodologically to their respective fields.
Book review/ critique: Book reviews/critique written about the works that will both inspire the respective field studies and contribute to their theoretical and methodolog-ical development will be accepted.
Translated articles: Translated articles that can contribute to various subjects such as culture, civilization, development, cultural economy, folklore, cultural heritage, cul-tural change, cultural diversity, cultural expression and cultural and folklore ap-proaches to protect and practice intercultural interaction will be published.
Compilation: Compilations of oral or written sources and oral history studies will be included.
ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
Publishing Ethics: Articles submitted to the journal are obliged to comply with natio-nal and international publication ethics. All responsibility related to publication ethics in this journal belongs to the author. All responsibility in articles that have two or mo-re authors belongs to all of the authors. The views and opinions expressed in the pa-pers and the scientific and legal obligation belong to the author/authors and do not ref-lect the views of the journal and the institution.
All new submissions to the journal are checked by ethical editors by using Turnitin or iThenticate programs in the cases of plagiarism to verify the originality and quality of the article.
Research Ethics: It is an obligation that the article must obtain the necessary written permission to include materials such as illustrations and tables that are owned by a third party.
Taking another person’s ideas and reproduction of any artwork will always require to comply with copyright regulations.
Obtaining a Legal / Special Permit Certificate: Before starting the study, all kinds of research such as survey, interview, focus group work, observation, experiment, in-terview methods that require data collection from participants and using humans and animals for experimental purposes require the written permission obtained by the Et-hics Committee of the respective institution which is established for researches on humans and animals. It should also be declared that the study was carried out in ac-cordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
THE EVALUATION OF PAPERS
Submission Guidelines: To submit a paper to the journal, authors should register themselves using the following registration pa-ge http://bilimseldergiler.atauni.edu.tr/system/comturdil. Authors should guarantee that they do not send their articles for publication elsewhere.
Editorial Board: The editorial board consists of the chief editor, field editors, and as-sistant editors. Articles uploaded to the system are subject to preliminary evaluation by the editorial board. The committee detects whether the articles have been previo-usly published elsewhere and if the article is the reproduction of the thesis, whether the text is a copy of any part of the thesis. In addition, in this process, the results of the plagiarism of the articles are checked with Turnitin and iThenticate. These controls are carried out in order to verify the originality of the articles to be published in the jour-nal. The editorial board also makes a preliminary assessment of the compliance of the articles with the journal’s publication principles. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected by the board or corrections may be requested. The articles whose preliminary evaluation is positive are forwarded to the editorial board for eva-luation. The submission period of the articles from the editorial board to the broadcas-ting board takes two weeks at the latest.
Advisory Board: Advisory Board evaluates the articles accepted by the editors in the preliminary evaluation. They check for alignments between the form and content of the articles and the journal’s stated principles, purpose, and scope. The articles appro-ved in terms of subject, methodology, format features, and publication ethics are sent to the referees determined by the editorial board. Manuscripts that are not qualified enough in terms of language use, contain scientifically critical errors, and do not comply with publication principles are rejected by the editorial board. Rejected ma-nuscripts are notified to the authors with the committee report within two weeks at the latest after the editorial board meeting.
Peer Review Process: Articles that pass pre-assessment of the Editorial Board are sent to two referees at least in order to evaluate. This journal uses a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the re-viewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. The referees evaluate the articles in terms of their contribution to national and universal science and compliance with ethical principles, spelling and writing ru-les, style and expression, literature review, method, findings, and results. Referees ha-ve the authority of evaluating, approving, and not publishing articles. The duration of evaluation by the referee takes one month. After completing the Referee Evaluation Report, referees will ask authors to revise articles, papers are sent back and authors make necessary corrections within two weeks. The reviewers have the right to check the new version of the articles after the corrections have been made.
Authors consider referee’s criticisms, proposals, and revision requests. If there are is-sues with which authors disagree about referees’ decisions, they have the right to ob-ject with their reasons. In this case, the final decision is always taken by the Editorial Board.
Decision: Manuscripts approved by two referees will be accepted for publication. Ar-ticles that receive a negative report from two referees will be declined. In case of a ne-gative evaluation of one of the referees, the manuscript is sent to a third referee. If the third referee also reports a negative result, the article is rejected by the editorial board. Reviewers may request revisions to papers. Referee reports are delivered to the author and after the papers are revised in accordance with the reports, they go to the publis-hing stage. Referee reports are kept for 6 years. The names of referees in the relevant issue are included in the relevant issue of the journal collectively.
Transfer of Copyrights: In order to protect the rights of both authors and publishers, the author must give a legal permission document through the web address of the jour-nal. The copyright of the published articles is supposed to be transferred to the Journal of Culture and Civilization.
Publication Process: The accepted articles are typed. After completing the DOI pro-cedures, the DOI number on the cover page of each paper, the submission, acceptance, and publication dates of the study are added and published online at http://bilimseldergiler.atauni.edu.tr/system/cultandcivil/index. All or part of the pub-lished articles cannot be published elsewhere or reproduced in any way without the legal permission of the publisher. Quotations can only be used by citing the source.
GENERAL WRITING RULES
Title: It should consist of no more than 12 words, be prepared in bold and capital let-ters at the center of the page. The title of second language should be added under the title of written language in capital letters and should be centered, as well. If the written language is Turkish, the second language should be English, if the written language is English, the second language should be Turkish. Subtitles should be written in bold without being numbered and the first letter of each word should be capitalized.
Author’s Information: The author’s information should be centered on the page just below the title in the second language. The author’s position, title, institution address, e-mail address, ORCID number information are given at the bottom of the first page with an asterisk associated with the author's surname.
Abstract and Keywords: Following the author’s information, 150-300 words abstracts must be added at the beginning of the paper. After the abstract, there should be five keywords appropriate to the content of the article. If the written language is Turkish, an English abstract and English title must be added or vise versa.
The Main Text: Authors should use Microsoft Word Program (.doc /.docx) while wri-ting their papers. The main text should be prepared in Times New Roman, 12 font size, 1,5 line spacing. Authors are expected to use the Oktay New Transcription font for works involving transcription. If authors use different fonts, they must send the fonts with the article. Other guidelines for formatting are as follows: Paragraph indent 1 cm, margins 2 cm (bottom-top-right-left), page size 17 x 24 cm.
The article text should not exceed 10,000 words. The citation rate in concise articles should not exceed 35%. The article should start with the introduction section that exp-lains the research question, hypothesis, purpose and method of the article, then conti-nue with the development section, which may also include subtitles and consists of da-ta, observations, opinions, comments, and discussions. It should end with the conclu-sion section.
Citation: All direct citations should be given in quotation marks and italics. There is no need to use quotation marks in indirect quotations, but it is required to give the so-urce information in a parenthetical citation. Footnotes should not be used when citing the source. Article texts should be prepared according to the APA format that follows the author-page method of in-text citation. According to the writing rules determined by the journal, the guidelines for references are as follows:
In-text citation for sources by one author (Köprülü 2003: 145).
In-text citations for sources by multiple authors (Oguz et al. 2018: 356).
In-text citations for sources that are published by the same author in the same year (Düzgün 2020a: 46; Düzgün 2020b: 79).
In-text citations for one more source in the same sentence (Körülü 2003: 145; Düzgün 2014: 230; Atnur 2017: 18).
Citing the indirect sources: (Aarne 1910, qtd. Günay 1975: 20). Whenever possible, take material from the original source, rather than citing an indirect source
Oral Source citation (Name Surname, Date / Place of Interview).
If the name of the cited author is given in the text: (2014: 12)
Abbreviations such as abid. ag. should not be used.
In works or manuscripts whose publication date is not known, only the author’s name is given.
For works whose author name is not known, the name of the work should be written.
Internet resources should be given with the web address and date of access.
Footnote: Except for the reference, additional information about the main subject of the text can be given with footnotes. Footnotes are at the end of the page. Footnotes are given in 9 points and single line spacing.
Bibliography: The bibliography should be placed at the end of the article and in alp-habetical order according to the surname of the author. The bibliography should be in accordance with the writing rules of the journal.
Only works cited in the text should be included.
Bullets should not be used to list the references
If there is more than one citation for the same author, the date of publication should be taken as a basis in the order of the list.
If more than one work of the same author published in the same year is cited, the refe-rences should be listed by coding as a, b, c.
