Abstract The Views Some Orientalists to the Authenticity of the Hadith and the Concept of Essence (Kern, Core) of the Hadith Hungarian Orientalist Ignaz Goldziher (1850-1921) represents a breaking point about the authenticity of the hadiths. Because the academic Orientalists have dealt the issue of the authenticity of the hadith before Goldziher, but none of them were as sceptical as he was. However, according to Goldziher, in relation to the authenticity of the hadiths was written many things and were put different views on this issue forward. Yüce Allah ilâhî mesajlarin insanlara iletilmesini engellemek için kasitli olarak olusturulan gürültü engellerine dikkat çekmis ve müminlere, Kur’an mesajlarinin iletilmesine engel teskil edebilecek tutum ve davranislardan uzak durmalari konusunda uyari ve yönlendirmelerde bulunmustur. “The Noise” As An Obtacle To Communication From Koranic Standpoint “The noise” is a phenomenon which influences the communication process negatively, gives rise to interruption of communication, decreases its accuracy and reliability, spoils the message transmitted by the source; damages to the perception of the message, produces loss of knowledge in apprehension of the message, prevents the message from being transmitted and received properly, creates distortions and alterations in the message, plugs the communication channels through interfering in communication, disturbs the communication order, and complicates it’s task. The noise obstacle, which seems to have such serious effects, might create a difficulty in conveying Koran’s messages as well. Allah the Almighty has called attention to the noise obstacles which were intentionally created with the aim of preventing Koran’s messages from being transmitted to human beings. Therefore, Allah has warned the believers that they should keep away from the attitudes and behaviors that could constitute an obstacle to the transmission of Koran’s messages appropriately.

Özet: Icma, Islam Hukuku’nun kaynaklarindan biri olmak bakimindan büyük önem tasir. Ilk dönemden itibaren fukaha, alimlerin fikir birligine önem atfetmis, bir hukuk kaynagi olarak görmüstür. Bu icma üzerinde farkli görüslerin ve ihtilaflarin olmadigi anlamina gelmez. Hemen her dönemde icma hususunda farkli görüsler, farkli yaklasimlar olmustur. Biz bu çalismamizda Icma anlayisi hususunda yaklasimlarinin önem tasidigi alimlerden Kadi Abdülcebbar ve Gazali’nin görüslerini inceledik. Bu alimlerin görüslerini vermeden önce her iki alimin hayatlari hakkinda kisaca bilgi verdik, sonrasinda genel icma anlayisini ve bu alimlerin mensup olduklari mezheplerin icma anlayislarini özetledik. Bundan sonra her iki alimin icma tanimlarini, icma için gerekli gördükleri sartlari, kisaca genel icma anlayislarini eserlerinden ortaya koyduk. Bunun ardinan ortaya çikan görüslerinin benzer ve farkli yönlerini belirleyerek arastirmamizi tamamladik. Abstract: Comparison Understanding of Icma (Concensus) in Abdulcebbar and Gazali Icma (concensus) is one of the sources of Islamic Law so that it has great important. Since early terms islamic law scholars had saw it very important sources of law. It is not mean that there is not confilict about concensus. At about all terms of islamic history we can see different approaches about concensus. In this artile we try to examine understanding of concensus in Kadi Abdulcebbar and Gazali’s. We present their life stories shortly and then we wrote general understanding about concensus. After that we write Abdulcebbar’s and Gazali’s understanding about concensus from their boks. Then we compoarise Abdulcebbar’s and Gazali’s point wiev of concensus similar and different sides.
