Abstract :The information addressed in the article presents a theoretical foundation of the concept of time in
one of its educational forms, being based on scienti"ic evidence in the "ield. An opening towards new directions
in education is projected, demonstrating the importance of the proper use of time and its formative value in
revealing the pupil’s personality in the educational process. The article includes an analysis of the time factor
under the sign of nuances in pre-university education, to demonstrate that the same content, presented in a
dual temporal structure, can have a better effect on the learning process. The shift of emphasis on time and its
impact is generated by the need to achieve better results, promoting the basic idea of education, that of allowing pupils to learn.
The article is addressed to persons with decisional power in the "ield of education who can identify the determinations of the temporal reconsideration of the educational process and can rethink the possibilities and needs

Abstract : Implementarea înva?amântului dual în Republica Moldova [14] a început în anul 2014, la ini?iativa
unei companii private ?i a unei ?coli profesionale. Pe parcursul urmatorilor ani, sistemul dual s-a extins gradual.
La momentul actual, în cadrul înva?amântului dual activeaza 24 de institu?ii de înva?amânt profesional tehnic ?i
85 de agen?i economici.
Începând cu anul de studii 2018-2019, formarea profesionala tehnica duala se desfa?oara în cadrul:
- programelor de formare profesionala tehnica secundara;
- programelor de formare profesionala tehnica postsecundara;
- programelor de formare profesionala tehnica postsecundara nonter?iara.
Cadrul normativ cu privire la organizarea ?i func?ionarea înva?amântului dual este reglementat prin Hotarârea
de Guvern nr. 70/2018 [4], care stabile?te mecanismul de organizare a programelor de formare profesionala
tehnica prin înva?amânt dual. În baza acestor prevederi, înva?amântul dual este de init ca o forma alternativa de
organizare a înva?amântului profesional tehnic, care presupune instruirea în cadrul unei institu?ii de înva?amânt
profesional tehnic ?i al unui agent economic, cu utilizarea mijloacelor acestora, în scopul ob?inerii de cuno?tin?e,
deprinderi ?i competen?e pentru cali icari profesionale de nivel 3 ISCED, 4 ISCED ?i 5 ISCED, conform Cadrului
Na?ional al Cali icarilor din Republica Moldova.
Obiectivul principal al acestei cercetari este de a prezenta experien?a Republicii Moldova în domeniul implementarii înva?amântului dual, începând cu 2014 ?i pâna în prezent, în special, pe componenta implicarii directe a

In the present research we have described approaches of foreign psychology to the state of anxiety and fears of primary school children. So the general conclusion to the research results may produce a great interest not only for parents but for psychologists, teachers and psychiatrists, because these are necessary arguments and prophylaxes for the children’s state of anxiety and also for the formation of the harmony’s personal development to their social, harmonic development and choice of their life.
