| ESCALAS PREDITIVAS UTILIZADAS POR ENFERMEIROS NA PREVENÇÃO DE LESÃO POR PRESSÃO | Author : Larissa Paulino Salgado, Ana Paula Munhen de Pontes, Marcio Martins da Costa, Elisangela do Nascimento Fernandes Gomes | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Introduction: One of the nurses most important responsibilities is the maintenance of skin integrity, so the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries (LP) are nursing priorities, as well as the appropriate applicability of tools for such actions. Objective: The purpose of this study was to characterize from the literature review the support tools used by nurses for the prevention of pressure injury. Material and Methods: This is a bibliographic review study, systematized, based on the qualitative approach of the descriptive exploratory type. Results: Among the scales described in the analyzed articles, the highest number indicates the Braden Scale as the tool most used by the nursing professional currently in the prevention of pressure injuries. The Braden scale, much cited during the research, does indeed serve the patient not only during the evaluation, but also in the prevention of pressure injury, but it is important to remember the validation and efficiency of the other scales analyzed as: WaterlowScale, Norton Scale, Sunderland Scale and Cubbin& Jackson Magazine Scale. Conclusion: It is up to the nursing professional and his / her team to prevent and evaluate pressure injuries, and the tools for such evaluation must be applied correctly, to attendthe patient in their needs, being possible, therefore, to identify the failures in each patient, improving nursing care in this contexto. |
| A regulação da responsabilidade ética socioambiental no estabelecimento empresarial bancário | Author : Saulo Bichara Mendonça, Pablo Gonçalves e Arruda | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The proposed study focuses on the subjectivity of the environmental ethos that looks like tryingto regulate by Resolution No. 4,327 / 14 of the Central Bank of Brazil. The analysis of this regulatory text will be made through the prism of actions perceived by the companys employees who work in financial institutions, considering studies and data related to the situation of those in the workplace, where accidents and injuries happen, as RSI/RMDWand bullying. In the study, the environment is considered as an object of right under Law No. 6938 of August 31, 1981, whereby the National Environmental Policy defines environment as conditioned complex laws and interactions of natural order, allowing, houses and govern life in all its forms in order to scrutinize the regulation of the Central Bank of Brazil, in order to weigh up the financial institutions hasresponsibility for the environment in which the company develops and must then respond by reflections that this environment can provide on those who work in it professionally, specifically as company employees, and those who live in it eventually. At the end, it will be found that although there is a concern for the environmental risk this seems to be is related more to financial risk, accounting and property, than with those who interact in the environment itself, which may represent a inefficiency of solving standard set. |
