After conceptualizing impunity and types, analyzes its selective application, determining which events should be criminalized and that people should be considered criminals by applying 10 filters, distancing fair legal, and both of what is actually practiced, causing the black figure in Brazil, as well as the application of Rational Choice Theory-TER to the advantageous decision to commit a crime. Then, after the definition of crime and punishment, with its types and objectives, enters into the field of the principle of proportionality between the application of criminal law and the seriousness of the criminal conduct, limiting the performance of the government. In the end, interrelates to impunity, crime and the penalties in the light of proportionality, to conclude that the lack of crime is due, almost absolute impunity that has always been ingrained in our history and today takes frightening proportions, we are thus encouraged to crime or embitter a feeling of helplessness, seeing the country and its institutions were destroyed, huge amounts of public money being diverted to "judicial secrecy", making the country become a laughing stock for the rest of the world. | Contaminação de telefones celulares da equipe multiprofissional em uma unidade de terapia intensiva | Author : Luiz Eduardo dos Reis, Wagner Silva, Elisabeth Valente Carvalho, Adilson da Costa Filho, Márcia Ribeiro Braz | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :It is observed that there is indiscriminate use of mobile phones by health professionals within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The objectives of this study are to investigate whether there is bacterial contamination by Staphylococcus on the mobile phones of a multidisciplinary ICU team and identify whether these professionals perform some type of disinfection on their handsets. Fifty swabs were collected for samples from the surface of mobile phones of members of the ICU of Hospital team. To identify whether the professionals performed some kind of cleaning their device, a semi-structured questionnaire was administered. It was found that 100% (50) of the devices analyzed grew Staphylococcus, 72% (36) samples were coagulase negative (S. spp) and 28% (14) samples were coagulase positive (S. aureus). With regard to sensitivity to methicillin, was identified in 18% (9) of the devices methicillin resistant S. aureus (MRSA). Furthermore, only 24% (12) of professionals have the habit of disinfecting their mobile device.That mightbe a factor in the spread and dissemination of these microorganisms in the hospital environment and the community in general. It is understood that there is an urgent need for awareness, through continued education of this community hospital. |

The native legislators thinking ofachieving this new role, created legal mechanisms for a company that is in judicial liquidation can ensure the satisfaction of mass creditors, preserving the explored activities. Following this reasoning, Law n°. 11.101/05 created a mechanism for the winning bidder, the assets of an institution in liquidation or bankruptcy, do not have to succeed the obligations of the debtor. Its also created several doctrinal discussions between the Labour Law and Bankruptcy Law. This article aimed to meet and discuss the labor succession and the position of the bidder in Law n°11.101/05. |

| Breves apontamentos acerca da lei n. 8.137/90* | Author : Marcus Antonio de Souza Costa | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The present study deals with brief notes about the Law No. 8,137 / 90, in relation to crimes against the tax system, which is essential to point out that there is a criminal connotation, that is, the legislator chose the tax system as a legal right of such importance that it is deserving of criminal protection (principle of harmfulness or offensiveness), and therefore a legal asset whose offense set crime. At the same time, such crimes are deserving of criminal protection, by special legislation, and not the ordinary criminal law (CC), which serves the principle of specialty (art. 12 CC). If one of those crimes is committed, the individual must respond by special law, and not the Criminal Code. An analysis was made seeking the understanding of this process considered unique.For that, it was necessary a rescue of the environment that led the government to sanction the Law No. 8,137 / 90, pointing out the features that give its originality in order to understand its operation, as well as optics of some renowned authors whose names will be highlighted in the literature that will accompany this study |

However several factors have prevented Brazil to express their full potential, as mishandling of the flock; lack of livestock control, incorrect practices of health management, general conditions of poor hygiene, insufficient production infrastructure, lack of administrative practices, poor utilization of pastures and primarily a qualitative when both quantitative deficiency in cattle feed. The aim of this study was to survey the productive and reproductive performance parameters of dairy herds located in Rio Preto, Santa Barbara do Monte Verde e Santa Rita de Jacutinga in Minas Gerais and suggest changes to improve the milk productivity of micro-region. |

In the economic aspect, the CCEis the second tumor that causes major damage to local livestock. The causes of CCE are not yet fully defined, it is known that its occurrence is related to age, depigmentation, genetic factors,sunlight exposure in hairless areas of skin, immunosuppression, scars, chronic ulcers and areas of high altitude. The CCE has slow growth and low rate of metastasis, except for poorly differentiated tumors. Theobjective of this work was to report case of a cow, Girolando breed, with approximately sevenyears of age admitted at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Valença –RJ. The animal presenting tearing in the right eye; clinical examination showed the presence of pink coloring masses of tumor in the third eyelind and also in the upper portion of the sclera. The evenunderwent a surgical procedure to remove the fragments and these were sent to the Histopathology Laboratoryof the College of Veterinary Medicine of Valença. Microscopic findings confirmed it as epithelial carcinoma cells. |

In addition to the high prevalence of alcohol consumption by adolescents, another two factors are relevant, the age of onset of alcohol use and consumptionpattern. In the city of Valençain the state of Rio de Janeiro it is clear that many teenagers are increasingly early, consuming alcohol, so that affect themselves, their families and society. The nurse, as a potential educator, has a lot to offer, from the reception with guidance, lectures, educational campaigns, among other actions involving affected by actions that aim to raise awareness of society on the recognition of alcoholism as a disease. This study aims to estimate alcohol consumption among high school students, a school ofpublicschools in the city of Valença/ RJ. descriptive study, cross a quantitative approach developed in the State College Theodorico Fonseca, located in the center of Valença-RJ. The survey was conducted in two regular classes and a EJA, totaling 38 students. For data collection was used a closed questionnaire, self-administered with questions about alcohol consumption. The survey results were analyzed descriptively, through charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel Software 2013 and discussed in the light ofthe relevant literature. of the 38 students, 95% of them had drunk alcohol at some point in your life. Only two male respondents reported not drinking alcohol. So we have a greater number of women who have ingested alcohol. The frequency in alcohol consumption was appointed on special occasions and a significant number of students who have experienced alcohol today do not consume more. The place where cosumiram alcohol for the first time was at parties and age that occurred ranged from 8 to 16 years and were mostly in the company of friends. Regarding parents knowledge about alcohol consumption, half of the sample is aware and allow this consumption. The drink cited as the first to be experienced by students was fresh distilled, the type of ice, followed by beer and wine. It is concluded that preventive strategies against alcoholism should be an ongoing process in this school, and must expand to other institutions, as there are teenagers who use alcohol, moreover, extend the reflection of alcohol for parents. Nurses in order to comprehensive care, it is important that it is instrumental for the implementation of health education programs aimed at the youth and the family, being able to develop strategies and goals in order to encourage harm reduction and safe behavior on alcohol consumption. |

Although it is a process considered predominantly physiological and usually takes place without complications, it has grown in recent decades the use of interventional techniques and between them, the cesarean childbirth. It’s Notedthat in many cases the choice of childbirthhas taken place in a different way, namely the pregnant woman does not have a birth preferably carried out. Points out also that according to statistics, there are high numbers of unnecessary cesarean sections in obstetric care services in the country. This study aims to identify the deliverypreference for pregnant women and subsequently compare the labor performed, with the preference of these women. A descriptive and exploratory research was conducted. Participants were all pregnant women in the 9th (ninth) month of pregnancy (37 weeks or more), who sought care in prenatal waiting room of the clinic of the hospitalof the Rio de Janeiro state. Data were collected from August to September of 2015 through semi-structured interviews to identify the preference of pregnant women to the type of childbirth. Later, the researchers did a survey in the medical records of these women, as mothers, to compare the woman prefers the type of childbirthand birth performed. The study was submitted to the Ethics and Research Committee of Valença Medical Schooland approved under number 1.222.194. The data were presented in simple percentages and discussed in the light of the relevant literature. The study included 13 pregnant women with gestational age (IG) over 37 weeks between the ages of 18 and 36 years. Among the participants 84.6% (11) were oriented about the types of childbirth and 15.4% (2) reported that they receive guidance on the types of childbirth. It was observed that 77% (10) of the surveyed show a preference for vaginal childbirth, compared to 23%(03) of cesarean section. Compared the interviews it was observed that of the total births in 62% (08) were cesarean sections and only 38% (05) were vaginal childbirth. After the search of the records, the academic, was identified that all cesareans performed had clinical indications. Concludes -that although the preference of pregnant women who participated in this study, either by vaginal childbirth, there was a predominance of cesarean sections performed. By the number of surgical deliveries, we identify with this research, that deliveries are not made the same choice of pregnant women, but even with the increase in cesarean childbirthof choice for pregnant women is still vaginal childbirth. |
