The text analyzes the expansion of defense in the preliminary investigation stage in order to ensure the preservation of constitutional rights of the accused. Through bibliographical research, the article talks about the search for effective defense, bringing the idea of the Chief of Police, be the first guarantor of legality to have contact with the investigation. Thus, it is intended here lead a critical discussion on the matter in the setting of constitutional doctrine. |

| Impunidade: consequência da criminalidade no Brasil? | Author : Luiz Carlos de Paula Salles, Ronaldo Figueiredo Brito | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The rampant crime causes a great sense of insecurity to take possession of the entire Brazilian society increasingly helpless and unarmed, in a multitude of laws, apparently increasingly stringent, notes that impunity prevails in all layers social. After conceptualizing impunity and types, analyzes its selective application, determining which events should be criminalized and that people should be considered criminals by applying 10 filters, distancing fair legal, and both of what is actually practiced , causing the black figure in Brazil, as well as the application of Rational Choice Theory-TER to the advantageous decision to commit a crime. Then, after the definition of crime and punishment, with its types and objectives, enters into the field of the principle of proportionality between the application of criminal law and the seriousness of the criminal conduct, limiting the performance of the government. In the end, interrelates to impunity, crimeand the penalties in the light of proportionality, to conclude that the lack of crime is due, almost absolute impunity that has always been ingrained in our history and today takes frightening proportions, we are thus encouraged to crime or embitter a feeling of helplessness, seeing the country and its institutions were destroyed, huge amounts of public money being diverted to "judicial secrecy", making the country become a laughing stock for the rest of the world. It is hoped that this work inciting new studies that may contribute to a better future. |

This cancer can be called squamous cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma. OHC is the second most common tumor in dogs affects more often animals aged 10 to 11 years and has no known racial or sexual predisposition. The main cause of squamous cell carcinoma is linked to excessive exposure to sunlight, causing an actinic keratosis above. high-risk breeds are Schnauzer, Basset Hound and Collie. This study aimed to report a case of a dog mongrel with nine years of age who presented CCEs. The animal arrived at Polyclinic Veterinary School presenting nodules in the right abdomen and left, redness on the left breast and abdominal umbilical region, right forelimb with dermatitis and acral dermatitis chronic licking. By histopathology was obtained confirmation that it was CCEs and chronic dermatitis. The animal was taken to surgery where the tumor excision was made in the abdominal region and cryosurgery. |
| Pleuropneumonia em equino do Exército Brasileiro: relato de caso | Author : Taciany Almeida Ribeiro, Marcelo de Oliveira Henriques | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Pleuropneumonia is known as pleurisy or infectious pleural stroke, many times having the horse transportation as a result. Its commonly consequence is the confinement, that results in a bacterial pneumonia by an infection in the lower airways through the oropharyngealmicroflora. This essay was developed with the objective of reporting a case of a male equine, 20 years old, undefined breed, diagnosed with this infirmity. In this report, the animal showed some symptoms, such as: an unknown fever, abnormal breathing sounds, progressive weight loss, dyspnea and nasal secretion with blood and developed to purulent. After the first puncture, the pleuropneumonia was a clinically confirmed diagnosis, the material was sent to a culture, with no bacterial growing. The treatment was done with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, multivitamins, fluid treatment, gastric mucosa protector and pleural punctures. The thoracocentesis procedure, besides being a fundamental diagnostic method, is a procedure that promotes comfort and the horses breathing stabilization when big volumes of liquid are removed from the pleural cavity. |
| Diagnóstico da adequação de propriedades leiteiras em Valença-RJ às normas brasileiras de qualidade do leite | Author : Adailton Antônio Loures Chaves, José Rogério Moura de Almeida Neto | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Milk production in Brazil has played a key role in generating income, especially of small businesses, family agriculture, thus contributing significantly to the reduction of rural exodus. Monthly collections were made in the properties according to the routine of the truck driver and within the standards set by the Normative Instruction 62, and the analysis carried out at Embrapa Dairy Cattle in Juiz de Fora, which is accredited to the Brazilian Network Milk Quality (RBQL). Average for UFC has met the standards set by law, and over (92.6%), and 7.4% of the properties were not in keeping with the current forming unit limit colony. Results for CCS show that 62.96% of the properties are not in accordance with Instruction 62, indicating a high incidence of infection of the mammary gland. From 1 July 2016 the limit for CCS becomes 400,000 cells / ml, where only 24.07% stay within the maximum allowed by law and 75.93% of the properties will be non-standard permitted by legislation. It concludes that the properties should fit the five (5) basis points in the control of infection of the mammary gland, and good agricultural practices, and the average values of CCS and UFC found during the study period were 748.855 cells / ml and 126.201 CFU / ml, respectively. |
