Abstract :Sketching is one of the most effective way to communicate art and imagination of an individual. It adds a sense of realism to the object in this work our system helps the user drawing repetitive structures with in a sketch like hatching, stippling, cross blending, broad stroke, and object contours which saves time on the part of artist and he can concentrate on the non-repetitive sections of the sketch. Our system gracefully fit the probable pattern repetitions to the changing and non-repetitive context in the drawing and lessens the number of manual strokes that has to be performed by the artist while maintaining the aesthetic aspect of the drawing |

Author : Khalid Mahmood |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The performance comparison of NoSQL database and a Relational Database Management Systems has been done to identify which database responds faster to specific types of requests and suitability of these databases for different scenarios. Cassandra was taken as sample NoSQL database and its performance was compared with front line relational database SQL Server 2012. The new category of databases, the NoSQL databases are horizontally scalable as such these databases are very compatible for use at data centers that require very large size databases with variety of data types. Performance of SQL Server2012 and Cassandra was compared in a limited scenario but it was quite clear that for kind of database required for business, the relational databases are the choice. NoSQL technology is improving at a fast pace and different types of databases are coming into the market. New schema free environments and flexible table designs offer a lot to look forward. The four different types of NoSQL databases are providing specialized utilization for specific technology areas. |

Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Searching the recorded chat, newsgroup, mailing list etc is easy, which are the text archive generated by the persistent conversation, but it is not very expressive or accurate for the social patterns to tell the user about pointed information that user requires nor is it very expressive in showing different users involvement and participation and also how much user is productive in the chat conference. In this paper discussion is on different designs of the graphical interfaces through which social chat structure is visualized and displayed but major focus would be on the participation of the different users using chat logs, world logs and utterances for the graph chart representation of users. With this we will discuss the problems and how the problems are minimized in this area.
