Author : BOUZAOUIT A., BENNIS O., BENOTMANE Z. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The present study is an assessment to assign reference 2309CK bearings installed on a centrifugal fan from States expressing a (probability) level of degradation from "Good" to "Degraded". We seek to model the dynamics of change of state with a homogeneous Markov chain. In addition, it is possible to use the transition matrix associated to Markov chain to an operation analysis for the determination of the rotating machine reliability. The proposed model (transition matrix or graphic form) allows to know the turnover probability throughout life degradation. |

THEORETICAL STUDIES CONCERNING THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE SOIL IN THE PROCESS OF EPURATION AND SELF-EPURATION |
Author : CHIŢIMUŞ ALEXANDRA-DANA, NEDEFF VALENTIN, LAZĂR GABRIEL, MĂCĂRESCU BOGDAN, MOŞNEGUŢU EMILIAN |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The paper describes theoretical aspects concerning the influence of physical and mechanical properties of the soil in the process of epuration and self-epuration. Soil depollution is carried out by means of long-term procedures (in the case of auto-epuration) or by way of costly procedures or methods which are, technically speaking, difficult to apply (in the case of epuration), so in order to prevent the physical pollution of the soil, we need to study the properties (physical and mechanical ones) and their influence on the soil considered as filtering material. |

BREAKING WITH THE COUPLED ENGINE |
Author : CIUBOTARU DANUT, NECULAIASA VASILE |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Studies on driving led to the conclusion that many drivers stop the engine or switch off the ignition while driving in order to save fuel and this entails dangerous consequences. In fact, the experimental performed determinations prove that the best braking is by having the ignition on; it reduces the braking distance, it avoids locking up the tires by keeping at the same time the vehicle stability. |

THE FLOUR-GRAPHIC TECHNIQUE TO STUDY THE TIME EVOLUTION OF THE RESISTANCE TO EXTENSION OF BREAD DOUGH WITH POTATO VARIETY LAURA |
Author : IANCU MARIA LIDIA, MIKE LUIZA, HAUBELT GÜNTER |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Rheological characteristics were studied of brown flour type 1250, from Romanian wheat. The effect of hydrotermally treated potato on the rheological properties of flour dough was investigated. Haubelt Flourgraph E6 was used to determine water absorption in dough investigated with Haubelt Flourgraph E7. Flourgraph E7 resistance to extension significantly increased with the addition of potato pulp in time. The maxim value obtained at 90 minutes for sample control. The values of resistance to extension were best correlated with the percentage replacement of flour with potato at 45, 90 and 135 minutes. The brown flour additives, premix additive because the correlation is not so good. |

THEORETICAL STUDIES VIEWING THE INFLUENCE OF PARTICLES’ SHAPE FROM FILTER LAYER IN THE MECHANICAL FILTRATION PROCESS |
Author : ŢÎRŢOACĂ-IRIMIA OANA, NEDEFF VALENTIN, LAZĂR GABRIEL, PANAINTE MIRELA |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The paper describes the theoretical aspects regarding the influence of granular particles’ shape from the filter layer during water’s mechanical treatment. In order to optimize a process of water’s treatment in terms of filter layer the granular layer’s characteristics and a series of geometrical parameters must be known. Particle’s shape is a fundamental parameter that has an influence over the filtration process. |

SPANISH BUILDING REGULATIONS AS A BUSINESS AND INNOVATION OPPORTUNITY FOR THE MANUFACTURERS OF BOILERS, EQUIPMENT AND ANCILLARY UNITS IN THE GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY |
Author : JUANA DOMÉNECH-SUBIRÁN, LUIS M. LÓPEZ-OCHOA, JESÚS LAS HERAS-CASAS, CÉSAR GARCÍA-LOZANO |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The traditional working methods of companies making boilers, equipment and ancillary units are of no use in the world of the global economy and the knowledge society. Industrial processes and their optimising effectively form part of a mesh that goes far beyond economic, technical and other aspects. The goal is the integrated management of companies from a global innovative perspective, taking advantage of emerging markets and innovative, intelligent and profitable solutions and attaining sustainability. The case of Spain is unique. Despite the current economic situation, it offers very good opportunities with great possibilities for business in the next 10 years, in this case in the sector of the manufacture of boilers, equipment and ancillary units. Those who are not innovating must begin to do so. Those who are already innovating must have a global perspective of business and management. |

Author : NEDEFF VALENTIN, TOMOZEI CLAUDIA, PANAINTE MIRELA, MĂCĂRESCU BOGDAN, MOŞNEGUŢU EMILIAN, LAZĂR GABRIEL |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The paper presents the results obtained for the noise level measurements in the city of Bacau, Romania. The measurement point was chosen close to the main road of the city, in an inhabited area. During all day the values of the maximum time-weighted sound level shows a significant exceeding of the permissible limits, indicating a serious noise pollution in the area. The IMMI software was used to obtain the representation of noise dispersion in the studied area. The map shows that the neighborhood inhabited areas are affected by street noise, although some of the noise pollution is absorbed by the trees' barrier on the roadside. In order to reduce the noise pollution impact, some solutions are proposed. |

Author : OLARU CIPRIAN, NEDEFF VALENTIN, PANAINTE MIRELA |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This research presents (treats) the studies and experimental analyses in the field of mechanical shredding of the food materials which have a soft texture. The results can provide a clarification in analyses terms of the cutting aspect. Other important goals of this research are: the analysis of quantitative and qualitative material losses and the determination of the necessary forces to shred at different working speeds. |

INFLUENCE OF OSCILLATIONS AMPLITUDE OF SIEVE ON THE SCREENING PROCESS FOR A CONICAL SIEVE WITH OSCILLATORY CIRCULAR MOTION |
Author : STOICA DOREL, VOICU GHEORGHE, UNGUREANU NICOLETA, VOICU PAULA, CARP-CIOCARDIA CRAITA |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :A conical suspended sieve, with oscillatory circular motion, was tested for rapeseeds screening, in order to estimate the influence of oscillation parameters on the separation process. Amplitude and frequency of oscillation were modified, as well as the feed flow with material. Distribution curves were drawn for the separated seeds under the sieve for various distanced from the top edge of the sieve, where feeding was made. By regression analysis by means of Gauss distribution law, were determined the coefficients of distribution function and the correlation with the experimental data. By determining the position of the peak of distribution curve depending on the working regime parameters was estimated the influence of oscillation amplitude on the process of seeds separation. |
