Author : CATALIN DROB, VALENTIN ZICHIL |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The North-East (NE) region of Romania is, in terms of area, the largest of the 8 regions and is made up of 6 counties: Iasi, Bacau, Neamt, Suceava, Botosani and Vaslui. NE Region is one of the poorest regions of Romania. The SMEs sector, considered to be the engine of economic development, is rather poorly developed in this region. Thus, in this area of the country we have the lowest density level of SMEs in Romania, the NE region occupying the penultimate place in the economic performance standings, from different regions of the country. The chance of economic recovery of the region is attracting and efficient use of government and community funds to develop the SMEs sector. |

MATEMATICAL MODELING OF THE MICROCLIMATE IN BUILDINGS WITH GREEN ROOFS |
Author : BORIS EVSTAVIEV |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In the present study, the basic energy flows, forming the microclimate of buildings with green roofs were been presented. Based on the finite differences method, a mathematical model has been developed, describing the building energy exchange processes. For this purpose each element of the building (walls, floor, roof) has been divided into multiple bordering layers and the temperature curve of each one of them was estimated using the heat fluxes entering from the bordering layers. The indoor air temperature was then estimated using the building element's internal surface. The model's algorithm is presented in a block-scheme, describing the sequence of evaluations. The developed model allows the microclimate inside buildings with green roofs to be modeled and simulated for different climate zones and insulation parameters. |

DYNAMIC MODELLING OF AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER SYSTEM FROM MACHINE-TOOLS USING LAGRANGE EQUATIONS |
Author : CLAUDIU OBREJA, GHEORGHE STAN, ADRIAN GHENADI |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In the field of cutting processes, the current trend is to produce more and more in the shortest time. A solution to this consists of shortening the total machining time by increasing the motion speeds of the tool supply systems that equip the machining centers, thus minimizing the idle time needed for replacing the tools during the machining process. Actual idle times needed for replacing the tools through the supply systems are high, especially for machining housing type work pieces on boring and milling machining centres. With the help of the method being proposed through this work, the motion times of the moving elements in the structure of the tool supply systems can be decreased, by following up, at the same time, their dynamic behavior. |

Author : NICOLETA PLATON, ANA-MARIA ROSU, VASILICA ALISA ARUS, DENISA ILEANA NISTOR, ILIE SIMINICEANU |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this work, catalysts were synthesized based on chemically modified clays through pillaring process with Al (III) and Fe (III) using commercial bentonite and acid-treated montomorillonite like KSF montmorillonite and K10 montmorillonite from Aldrich, as raw materials. The raw materials and chemically modified clays were characterized by: BET (Brunauer-Emmet-Teller) method and XRD (X-ray diffraction). Afterwards these catalysts were tested during wet oxidation with peroxides using phenol as target compound. Experimental results show that chemically modified clays with Fe(III) presented a higher catalytic activity in Fenton like processes than Al-Fe clays. |

RESEARCH REGARDING THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF AUTOMATIC TOOL FEEDING SYSTEMS FOR DIFFERENT TRANSITORY REGIMES |
Author : CLAUDIU OBREJA, GHEORGHE STAN |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The total machining time for a part produced on machining centers is influenced, besides the actual machining time, by the auxiliary times which include the automatic changing of the tools. In order to increase the productivity of machining centers, the research presented in this paper has focused on enhancing the movement speed of an automatic tool feeding system. Increasing the movement speed of the mechanism's components has led to the appearance of unwanted side effects, such as shocks and vibrations. In order to minimize these effects, we have proposed and tested a new solution to adjust the braking regime. |

Author : PAULA VOICU, BEATRICE MANOLE |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The multitude of concrete economic systems and the multitude of their leadership problems have created a variety of economico-mathematical representations called models. Their variety is determined mainly by the structure of the analyzed "object" for research purposes and the available information. This paper shows a manner to increase the economic efficiency in the economic activity sectors by organizing material resources, financial and labor force in order to be able to get the best results. The study is made from two points of view: the program without restrictions and program with restrictions. |

Author : ANA-MARIA ROSU, GABRIELA MUNTIANU, NECULAI DORU MIRON, ILEANA DENISA NISTOR, GHEORGHE BRABIE |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The aim of this article is the determination of the microbiological medium quality, with the variation of important parameters, acting on metallic materials. The varied parameters were pH of microbiological medium, temperature and time of exposure of metallic material, type FeP-05-MB. After the action of microorganisms, the metallic material is subjected to a stretching-compression test choosing the limit yield as response function. This is influenced by the action of the microbiological medium at different values of parameters. The quality of microbiological medium determines some influences in the action of microorganisms on the metallic material studied. |

Author : VALENTIN ZICHIL, VALENTIN NEDEFF, CAROL SCHNAKOVSZKY, CATALIN DROB |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Into the past 20 years, in Romania is registered a continuous decrease of the birth rate. At this problem it has to be added the youth wish to work in economics and laws systems, where the length of time study is smaller (only 3 years), gaining the possibility to own rapidly a salary. In those conditions, technical universities have to challenge greater provocations. The paper propose a solution, partially applied in "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacau, to solve some of these new problems using a few solutions such as: "virtual" higher education and distance learning methods in order to achieve as much as is possible from the goals presented in known theories of career development. In the mean time, the strategy of the staff is presented, to make the university attractive for the youth, in order to continue the educational activity and to form better and better qualified specialists, able to face the new techniques technologies in manufacturing and product analysis. A model of curricula for the first two academic years in technical high schools is proposed. |
