Abstract : The canal of Nuck is a different type of a patent processus vaginalis in females. It loses its communication between peritoneal cavity within the first year of the life. It presents as an inguinal mass in female. Sometimes it may present as incarcerated inguinal hernia and necessitates emergency exploration. It can be diagnosed on the operating table at the time of suspected incarcerated inguinal hernia. |

Abstract : Although the bladder diverticula in children are seen commonly which is association with infravesical obstruction or neurogenic bladder function, the case of giant congenital bladder diverticula are rare. In this paper, an 11 years old boy with giant bladder diverticula presenting urinary infections is evaluated in terms of diagnosis and management by current literature. |

Abstract :Hemangiomas are usually superficial, localized, and commonly involve the head or neck, although up to 30% may be seen in the liver. Hemangioma involving the glans penis is extremely rare. A patient with red swelling on the glans penis was admitted for circumcision to our clinic. We performed concomitant surgical excision together with circumcision, and presented the advantages of surgical treatment in such a case. |

Abstract :Buccal mucosa graft is usually used in a second operation. A buccal mucosa graft from the lower lip was used for large fistula reconstruction in one patients. The patient previously had been operated on several times at another center. The use of the buccal mucosa graft for urethral reconstruction in complex urethroplasties is a successful method with a low incidence of complications. |

Abstract :Hypospadias is a congenital disorder of male external genital. The newborn showed penoscrotal hypospadias with chordee and microphallus. Endocrine data and a normal male karyotype were suggestive of 5α-reductase deficiency. Penoscrotalhypospadias repair of the patient was made. |
