Abstract :Hemangiomas are usually superficial, localized, and commonly involve the head or neck, although up to 30% may be seen in the liver. Hemangioma involving the glans penis is extremely rare. A patient with red swelling on the glans penis was admitted for circumcision to our clinic. We performed concomitant surgical excision together with circumcision, and presented the advantages of surgical treatment in such a case. |

Abstract : Penoscrotal transposition is a rare anomaly of the external genitalia that can be complete or incomplete while incomplete type is more common. Penile torsion is a rotational defect of the penile shaft. Various surgical methods are described for correction of incomplete penoscrotal transposition and penile torsion. Here we are presenting our experience of case of incomplete penoscrotal transposition and penile torsion correction. |

Abstract :Self-inserted foreign bodies in the urethra are rare among children. We describe here a 13-year-old boy who had self-inserted a needle into his urethra. Selfinsertion of the needle wrapped with cotton into the urethra for cleaning after masturbation by patient was applied. A foreign body in the urethra was removed by cystoscopy. |
