Author : Rasul - Zade Yulduz Gulyamovna, Jumanyazov Sarvarbek Sardorovich |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :A number of publications describe a strong relationship between fetal hypoxia and meconium-stained waters, while others refute this relationship, but emphasize the role of infection. Purpose: Based on dynamic cardiotocography, to determine whether there is an association between meconium fluid and negative perinatal results. patients and methods: A prospective cohort study of perinatal outcomes was performed in 27 parturient women with a hyperechoic suspension in the amniotic fluid detected in the antenatal period based on transvaginal sonography. Conclusion. It is important to note that childbirth complicated by the presence of meconium in the amniotic fluid increases the risk of operative delivery by caesarean section for fetal indications, since it can cause the development of aspiration syndrome in newborns, and increase the birth of children in a state of severe asphyxia. |
