THE COHESION OF AN ORGANIZED PEOPLE AND A FIGHTING ARMY | Author : Namig Abbasov | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Self-discipline is one of the important factors of the cultural human formula: a concept
that combines such important components as discipline, social responsibility, will, heroism,
bravery, passionarity, struggle, responsibility. Recent events in our country have made this
concept even more relevant. Historical events prove that the only way to achieve serious success
and to maintain this success is to be organized. Taking into account that society consists of
individuals, so organized individuals can form an organized society. No force can stand in the
face of an organized society.
The article also emphasizes that we need to be organized more than ever in modern
conditions. Destroyed cities and settlements, villages, mined areas, geopolitical processes
around us dictate to our people to be always vigilant and organized. It is high time to gather
around this concept, which combines important elements such as courage, will, bravery, passion, |

| TRUE, FALSE AND HALF THEISTS: ACTIONS AND CONSEQUENCES | Author : Elchin Bilaloglu | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The victorious Azerbaijani army in the 44-day Patriotic War liberated the occupied
territories by destroying the occupying Armenian military units. The reason for the victory of
the victorious Azerbaijani army was the well-planned military operations under the leadership
of the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the high patriotic spirit of the
military and the entire population, the full equipping of the army with modern weapons, and
so on, which led to such positive results. There is no doubt about the validity of these reasons.
Since the Azerbaijani people fought for the cause of justice, these reasons were praised by the
Almighty, and in this regard, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commanderin-Chief Ilham Aliyev thanked the Almighty for this help and support to Azerbaijan. However
Armenians were punished by God for their miscreances, false and half theism – for committing
Khojaly genocide and other massacres in Azerbaijani settlements, including children, women
and the elderly, the destruction of Azerbaijani settlements and even entire regions, the destruction
and desecration of mosques, the destruction of cemeteries, mass mining of territories, which
killed hundreds of innocent people, contrary to the laws of war, as well as the failure to
provide the Azerbaijani side with any information about 4,000 missing Azerbaijanis and etc.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan probably accepts that God has turned his back on
this country. President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev offers peace
and cooperation to Armenians based on the highest code of all religions - human life is above
all. Robert Korcharyan, Serzh Sargsyan and other Armenian «leaders» demonstrate a revanchist
mood and want a new war, new destruction, new losses, and thus show their ungodliness. Of
course, if these ungodly people do not agree to peace, “iron fist” will crush their head again. We
would like the Armenian people to finally submit to international law, expelling false leaders
and false theists, and to reconcile with reality and seek peace. |
| ATTITUDE OF ISLAM ON MORALITY AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ISLAMIC MORALITY | Author : Elvusal Mammadov | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Islamic morality is entirely immanent. The moral system, moral teachings and norms of
this religion belong to it as a whole, and are reflected in the sacred religious texts - verses and
hadiths. In general, the problem of morality in the medieval Muslim world was studied by two
different schools or directions. Influenced by ancient Greek philosophy, the first school dealt
with theoretical aspects of morality, based on philosophical paradigms and concepts, while
the followers of the second school wrote books on practical morality and were content with
the practical moral teachings of Islam. At that time, as the first school studied the attitude of
Muslims to the problem of morality in rational thought and its subject as a phenomenon, the
second expressed moral qualities and behavior that belong to Islam. |
| CONTRIBUTIONS OF SPIRITUAL COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE TO CHILDREN DRIVEN TO CRIME | Author : Janan Fidanjan and Jengiz Mursal | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Child delinquency rates are increasing worldwide. In recent years, many measures have
been taken with laws and international agreements to prevent crime in children and reintegrate
delinquent children into society. One of these measures is the efforts to purify the child from
crime by strengthening the moral values of the child.
For children who commit an act that is considered a crime, the definition of a juvenile
delinquent is used in the Child Protection Law, in line with the principle of “there is no criminal
child, there is a child who has been pushed into crime, there is a child who is a victim of crime”.
In our study, individual developmental stages from the birth of the individual to the age of
eighteen were examined. In the research, it has been determined that the Spiritual Counseling
and Guidance Service provides the children who are driven to crime with positive moral
behaviors that will prevent them from repeating the crime. In addition, it has been concluded
that Spiritual-Religious counseling and guidance methods will provide moral support to the
child and contribute to his/her not reoffending and rehabilitation. |

| TOLERANCE AND INTOLERANCE: THE ROLE OF TOLERANCE IN SOCIETY | Author : Safar Safarli | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This article discusses features and importance of tolerance, as well as the characteristics,
consequences, indicators of intolerance, the fight against intolerance, the role of intolerance in
conflicts in society and the role of tolerance in conflict resolution.
Creating intercultural and interreligious dialogue is an indispensable way to resolve
conflicts. In this regard, societies should first adopt the principles of tolerance, and then it
might be possible to implement it at the global level. According to some researchers, a tolerant
society is one in which the majorities and the minorities have equal opportunities and rights. In
fact, we can agree with that. It is not the concept of tolerance that an equal number of people
compromise with each other or minorities obey the majority. Tolerance must be voluntary and,
in essence, serve to peace. In short, the concepts of «foreigners» and «others» are out of the
concept of tolerance. The article provides information on these and other relevant issues. |
| FORMATION AND HISTORY OF AZERBAIJANI-ARAB TRANSLATION ART | Author : Sabina Mirzayeva | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The history of Azerbaijani-Arabic literary relations is mainly dated to the 7th century
by researchers. The historical roots of the art of translation in Azerbaijan are connected
with the traditions of Arabic and Persian translation. Along with the original works created
by our classics, translated monuments also play an important role in our cultural history.
Classical translations in this field, which is considered one of the leading branches of
medieval Azerbaijani literature, manifest themselves in three main types: literal, original
and free (creative) translation. After the spread of Islam, socio-political and literary-cultural
relations between the Arabs, Persians and Turks, the main bearers of this religion, became
widespread, and as a logical consequence of these relations, the art of translation emerged
as a necessity throughout the Muslim East, including Azerbaijan. Speaking about the
formation and history of the art of translation in Azerbaijan, it is clear that from the 8th
century onwards, in the countries of the Near and Middle East that converted to Islam,
ancient religious and agiographic sources began to be translated from Greek and Latin into
Arabic, Persian, and Hebrew (Hebrew, Aramaic). In the Middle Ages, the most widespread
period of the art of translation in Azerbaijan was the 16th century. These translations,
written in prose and poetry covering artistic, scientific, religious and philosophical topics,
are colorful and diverse. |
| MIRZA TAGIKHAN RAFAT’S NATIONAL-DEMOCRATIC AND SOCIAL-POLITICAL VIEWS | Author : Faig Alakbarli | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The article shows that Mirza Tagikhan Rafat was known in the early twentieth century
in South Azerbaijan as a supporter of innovation in all areas, including culture, philosophy and
literature. According to the main idea of his work, the innovators wanted to create a new era in
the world of thought and art, in literature. It is said that the main task of Rafat at that time was
to change outdated but still dominant status and replace it with a new, modern status. He took
the path of updating literary and philosophical literature in both form and content, simplifying
the language, changing the traditional Eastern motifs and poetic system, and promoting the
Western cultural method.
At the same time, the article gives an important place to Tagikhan Rafat’s public and
political activity and his views in this regard. It is stated that Rafat was one of the closest allies
of Sheikh Mohammad Khiyabani and fought for renewal and democratization in the Qajar state.
One of the main issues facing Rafat was to form a free and just society in the name of humanity.
For this purpose, he was one of the main leaders of the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan and the
National Democratic Movement led by Khiyabani. Like Khiyabani, Rafat fought for the rights
and freedoms not only of the people of South Azerbaijan, but of all the peoples living in the
Qajar state, and reached the peak of martyrdom in this way. |
