Author : Sri. Santoshkumar and Prof. S. A Palekar |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :An important dimension of the democratic State in India is its secular nature. The important relationship between the State
and the nation in India is constitutionally defined in
‘ seculars ’, or better ‘multicultural’, terms. To some observers, the secular ideology of the Indian State appears as a
paradox in view of the deeply religious orientation of the
Indian society . This phenom enonmust be understood in terms of the nature of Indian nationalism. The imagined Indian national communit y came to be conceived in a way that both the nation and state were closely intertwined. |

Author : Tejesh D. Ingle and Prof. M.S.Jibhakate |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Basically the groundnut is grown by small scale farmers in developing countries like India. The average kernel price is approximately double the price of pod. Lack of groundnut
processing machines, especially groundnut Sheller, is a major problem of groundnut production, especially in country like India. A research work for design, modeling and performance
evaluation of groundnut Sheller consisting of fed hopper with a flow rate control device, shelling unit, separating unit and power system. The performance and output of the machine was evaluated in terms of throughput capacity, shelling efficiency, mechanical damage and material efficiency. Regression
models that can be used to express the relationship existing in between the Sheller performance indices, moisture in pod and feed rate were establish. This paper describes about the design of various components or parts of groundnut Sheller machine. Hence in this design of various parts are necessary and design of various parts because of which the design quality of those parts will get improved. This project involves processes like
design, modeling and analysis of different components etc.

EFFECT OF YOGIC TRAINING LADDER TRAINING AND THEIR COMBINATION ON SELECTED PHYSIOLOGICAL VARIABLES OF SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYERS |
Author : P. Sathis Kumar and Dr. C. Ramesh |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The purpose of the study was to find out the effects of yogic training, ladder training and their combined training on selected physiological variables of school football players. To achieve the purpose of the present study, eighty football school players from Tamilnadu were selected as subjects at random and their ages ranged from 14 to 17 years. The study was formulated as a true random group design, consisting of a pre-test and post-test. The subjects (N=80) were randomly assigned to four equal
groups of twenty football players each. The groups were
assigned as yogic training, ladder training, combined yogic
training & ladder training and control group in an equivalent manner. The group I underwent yogic training, group II underwent ladder training, group III underwent combined yogic training & ladder training and group IV acted as a control group. The three experimental groups were participated the training for a period of twelve weeks to find out the outcome of the training packages and the control group did not participated in any training programme. Initially descriptive statistics and paired ‘t’ test was applied to test the significance of mean gains made in each of the variables by the experimental groups. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was applied. Whenever the
adjusted post-test means were found significant, the
scheffe’s post-hoc test was administer to find out the paired
means difference. To test the obtained results on variables,
level of significance 0.05 was chosen and considered as
sufficient for the study. |
