Abstract :Teaching is regarded as the more NOBLE profession. It is therefore important that those individuals who join the teaching profession should be dedicated and competent in their work. All the teachers can perform to the peak of their capacity and competencies provided they are fully satisfied with their job. The every profession has certain aspects responsible for job satisfaction and teaching is not an exception. Unless and until a teacher derives satisfaction on job performance and develops a positive attitude towards students, he/she shall not be doing justice to his/her profession. The teacher is a creator of the good citizens of society and shall always cater to the needs of the society. The aim of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction level of teachers of school in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

Abstract :In the present investigation an attempt has been made to study the Attitude of primary school teachers towards Small family norms. The population of the present study consists of teachers those who are working in Primary schools of Karwar district. The sample of the present study consists of 400 Primary school teachers of Karwar district. The study was limited to 40 primary schools for study. These schools consist of Government and Private schools. There is a significant difference between the attitudes of male and female Primary School teachers of urban and rural towards Small family norms. There is no significant difference between the attitudes of less experienced and more experienced, scheduled and non-scheduled Primary school teachers towards Small family norms.

Abstract :Social exclusion happens when someone is left out of mainstream society, deprived of opportunities for the participation in economic, social and civic processes. It is a process by which certain groups are systematically put into disadvantageous position and are discriminated against on the basis of their ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, caste, gender, age, disability, migrant status or place of domicile. In a country like India which is highly caste based and where all kinds of differentiation is cropped with the birth of an individual into certain caste; caste becomes one of the basic yardstick for social exclusion and discrimination. This kind of caste based exclusion has led to adverse effect on the health status of socially excluded persons.

Abstract :The most striking feature of contemporary India is the rise of a confident new middle class. The middle class has been in existence since ages and it has always contributed to the social, political and economic development of India. The aim of my paper is to highlight the impact of middle class on retail, being a sunrise industry in India. During the last six decades, Indian middle class has been growing in numbers as a reflection of the process of development. The high rate of economic growth over the past decade has resulted in a large number of people moving from poverty into the middle class. The National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) has made an attempt to define the middle class in terms of annual income ranging from Rs 2-10 lakhs.

Considering the gravity of the cases of human rights violation and their redressal, human rights commissions have been established at both central and state-level. And with media getting more sensitive towards the human rights’ violation incidents, the cases of such natures have started coming to the limelight as a result of which the victims get the justice most of the time. The activeness of both human rights commission and media has collectively been very successful in redressing the issues of people being denied their rights in different context.

Abstract :Yashwant lake is located on Toranmal Plateau, one of the important plateaus in mid Satpura ranges. Extending between 21o 54´ North to 21o 61´ latitude and 74o 26´ to 74o 34´ East longitude. Surface water samples were collected from three selected stations of Yashwant lake namely YLA, YLB and YLC between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The study site was visited at an interval of fifteen days and monthly mean was taken for calculation (December 2006 to November 2008). The physical parameters such as Atmospheric Temperature (AT), Water Temperature (WT), Transparency (Trans.), Water Cover (WC), Total Solids (TS), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and chemical parameters such as PH, Acidity (Aci), Alkalinity (Alk), Carbon-dioxide, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Total Hardness (TH), Chlorides (Cl-), etc. were assessed in the laboratory. Significant positive or negative correlations were established among physico-chemical parameters.

The world is changing and higher education must transform with it. Abstract :Tourism is a component of Service sector. Under the regime of WTO with more economies opening up, tourism is expected to achieve spectacular results in terms of foreign exchange earnings and employment generation thereby in economic growth. Tourism is already growing leaps and bounds in many states of our country. However growth of tourism is limited by the unskilled manpower in this sector. Keeping in view the same, Government of India has taken many steps to train the human resources in tourism. One of the initiatives is the scheme “Hunar se Rozgar Tak” – A training initiative to create employable skills.Participation of the private sector institutions is one of the significant features of this programme.So far this scheme has an overwhelming response. With such schemes tourism sector would have no limits to its growth.

Abstract :Tera was the first Heritage Village declared by the government of India. Tera is a picturesque village. It consists of people living in conservative communities. The village is economically stable and the villagers seem to be adequately provided for. However, despite the declaration of the status of Heritage Village, the village fails to attract much attention it deserves. Financial inclusion is not complete and we did not see any functioning bank branch in the village. Tera, like many other villages and towns in Kutch, seems to portray a heritage far forgotten and abandoned in the wake of modernization. Tera, is a village in transition.

Abstract :The aim of the study is to determine the stress level between teachers working in private and government. A sample of 64 (32 Govt. School Teachers and 32 Pvt. School teacher) physical education teachers of secondary schools in Allahabad district (U.P) were taken as sample on the basis of random sampling method. The Occupational Stress Index (OSI) by A.K. Srivastava and A.P. Singh. (1983) Hindi/English was used in the present study. The analysis was done by adopting statistical mean, “t” ratio. Findings of the study, it was concluded that the significant difference was found between physical education teachers of Government schools and private schools (t= 8.20, p<0.05).

Abstract :Seed is considered to be the most important and vital input for the production of crops. It is one of the ways to increase and enhance the productivity of crops without adding appreciably to the extent of land that is under cultivation by planting quality seed. It becomes important to use quality seeds for better results. Chhattisgarh has 27 districts and total population of 25540196 out of which 80% of the population depends on agriculture. For the development of primary sector in the state a state level institution i.e. Beej Nigam was formed to ensure proper and timely distribution of quality seeds to the farmers. This study focuses on the distribution of certified seeds by Beej Nigam in the last five years.
