Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Milling machines are used to machine flat surfaces but produce irregular surfaces. This is due to the presence of vibrations of milling tool and chatter on surface. The chatter, which accompanies the cutting process, is undesirable phenomenon. Vibration control in the milling process is the most important problem of the engineering industry. A review of research work performed in real time active vibration control and chatter suppression for milling process, as well as research work done on dynamic modeling of milling tool is presented. |

EIGHT PHASE OPTIMAL SEQUENCE DESIGN FOR MIMO RADAR USING PSO |
Author : Mr.J Pandu, Dr.C.Naidu, Dr.N.Balaji |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :MIMO Radar applications desire a set of sequences with discretely low autocorrelation side lobe peaks and low cross correlation. Invade such sequences is a combinal problem. If the autocorrelation and cross correlation are convenient in the aperiodic sense then there are hardly any theoretical aids available thus the problem of signal design referred to above is a defying problem for which many optimization algorithms
are available those are,artificial bee colony(ABC) |

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF GEARBOX AND CASING FOR NVH BASED OPTIMIZATION OF AN APPARATUS |
Author : Mr. Sagar D. Rane, Dr. Sanjiv M. Sansgiri |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Virtual Engineering Methods prove to be helpful in optimizing equipment without prototyping them; hence reducing cost and time. This paper presents an approach for Stress and Modal Analysis of Defibrillator Gearbox and Casing using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Gearbox and Casing are subsequently optimized.

ARTIFICIAL ROBOT NAVIGATION BASED ON GESTURE AND SPEECH RECOGNITION |
Author : Miss. Kadam Vaishnavi Chandrakumar, Prof. Hatte Jyoti Subhash |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Human computer interaction is an interesting topic in artificial intelligence. Artificial navigation is an interesting application of human computer interaction, which control action of target device by speech or gesture information. Artificial navigation allows us to control the target device within a distance without any remote control device. With the development of science and technology, human computer interaction gradually changes from computer centered as center into people-centered. Many techniques have been developed to control robotic system using various human computer interaction mechanisms |

PROCESS OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & ITS DISADVANTAGES IN INDIA |
Author : Rakesh Chaudhary |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :As a consequence of liberalization and rapid socio-economic development in India, opening of various central/state undertakings and bank offices, there has been tremendous growth of economic activities in the urban centres. This has resulted in a spurt of freight and passenger transport activities. Accordingly, GOI has decided to take up the development of various infrastructure projects. |

FLEXURAL BEHAVIOUR OF FERROCEMENT PANELS WITH SILICA FUME AND CHINA CLAY AS CEMENT REPLACEMENT MATERIALS |
Author : P. Bhuvaneswari, Dr. B. Palani |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this experimental investigation, an attempt is made to study the flexural behaviour of ferrocement panels of dimensions 600mm × 100mm × 25mm with the incorporation of mineral admixtures such as Silica fume and China clay in mortar matrix. Condensed Silica fume is used as a Cement Replacement Material (CRM) in various proportions (4%, 6%, 8%, 10% 12% and 14%). China clay is also used as a Cement Replacement Material in various proportions (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%). Both the cementitious materials are used separately in mortar. Galvanized Weld mesh and Woven mesh were used as reinforcements for the preparation of ferrocement panels |
