The Arab Kingdom of Kindah has reached the apogee of its glory and its authority on the stage of history before Islam, in order for the most prominent historical events to shed light on it, and if we follow the Arab narratives regarding this kingdom, they are few and different, in addition to interpretation and historical conversations about them. Therefore, we have considered in the current research a presentation of the Kindah state and its external relations with other tribes, before Islam.

The current research aims to diagnose the level of interest in first-class hotels in the city of Baghdad in good governance, and based on the importance of the research for hotels, the sample and the community, the research used the exploratory method of analysis, so the research sample was the hotel leaders (147) views, and the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS V. 26) to analyze the level of answers, and the results of the research concluded that hotels interest in good governance, specifically in transparency, leadership, disclosure, justice, and disclosure, so the leadership was the most contributing to improving the level of governance, and transparency and communication .

The situation was challenging for all but more so for teachers teaching English as a second language. They adapted to the online mode at a short notice. Yet, one can imagine how difficult it must be for language teachers since language is a skill-based subject. Even while engaged in online teaching, teachers experimented with various strategies to make the online virtual learning experience as effective as possible

The research aims to test the impact of the ethics of HRM which include dimensions (acquisition, development, and retention) on Ethics responsibility, in Zain Iraq Mobile Communications Company in Baghdad. The research problem was represented by the question (Does the adoption of practices of ethical HRM lead to achieve Ethics responsibility). The research was based on two main hypotheses explore the relationship and influence between them. As for the research sample, it included (169) employees of the company, as the sample was chosen from the research community consisting of (300) employees. The questionnaire was main tool to collect data prepared by the researcher based on ready-made measures, and the researcher adopted a set of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, relative importance, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, T-test, F-test, percentages.) The data were analysed through the use of statistical programs (SPSS V.26) and (Smart PLS v.3.3), the research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. Among the most prominent results that were reached is the existence of a statistically significant impact relationship between the ethics variable of HRM with its combined dimensions (acquisition, development, and retention) in Ethic responsibility
