Many scholars believe that employees can be motivated to serve the goals of organizations with the effective use of monetary incentives. Perhaps one of the early most influential scholars to promote the value of monetary rewards was Fredrick Taylor (1916). His strategy was to fragmenting whole jobs into simple standard elements and paying employees according to their work performance. |

Abstract :The present paper is concerned with the concept of the teacher as an archetypal shadow in the dramatic plays by Eugene Ionesco’s The Lesson (1951) and David Mamet’s Oleanna (1992). The shadow represents the negative tendencies and the animal aspects that are rejected by the persona (the public image) and they are supposed to be permanently hidden and dominated by several factors like ethics and social standards. Losing the control over one’s shadow will definitely lead to reveal and expose unaccepted behavioural features. This has obviously been noticed in these selected plays |

This study has compared the young viewers’ attention, memory, comprehension, and attitude towards the selected news items after watching the differing presentation models of the television news and animated news. Abstract :The problems facing society at this point in our history cannot be successfully met with the same attitude that created them. The fundamental problem facing humanity is the attitude of egocentricity and the subsequent development of attachment. Attachment has a deleterious effect on one’s sense of autonomy and subjective well-being, as well as creating conflict with the environment. The ancient Indian principles known as the Vedantic tradition discussed the role of sacrifice in mediating human affairs. Sacrifice is the regulation of the mind’s egocentric activities, through circumventing them.
This is done through the application of an ideal. Effects of attachment and the role of sacrifice in human life are discussed.
