Abstract :n every religion, there is a set of rituals and modes of worship. In Islamic World, Salah is the fundamental religious obligation of every Muslim to offer five times a day at set times and conditions, following a proper sequence. The Salah positions have corresponding Yoga positions, so the culminated purpose of the study was to analyze the paramount effect of Salah on psycho-physiological and physical efficiencies of people offering regular Salah as provided by Yoga. The paper also suggests in the unity of two great religions of the world i.e. Hinduism & Islam as the Yoga and Salah have many common points which may illuminate the lives of both the communities in positive manner. |

Abstract : The aim of the study was to compare the physical fitness variables of U- 19 boys of urban and rural area of Mandi District of Himachal Pradesh. The researcher undertook null hypothesis to compare the selected physical fitness variables. Random sampling device was used to select the subjects. 240 male subjects (120 from rural and 120 from urban area) were selected for the present study, AAHPERD youth physical fitness test battery was administered on the subject. ‘t’test was applied to analyse the data. Level of significant difference was judged at 0.01 and 0.05 level of confidence and results showed that some significant difference were found between rural and urban area boys. Results showed that the subjects of rural area were more strong in strength and endurance as compared to urban area subjects.Urban area subjects were more speedy as compared to rural area subjects. And no significant difference was found in case of agility component. |

Abstract : The present study aims to examine the motivational Profile of players of Chhattisgarh .The participants of the study were 500 interuniversity and national players ( 250 male and 250 female) from selected games (Basket Ball, Handball, Kabbadi , Kho- Kho and Volleyball ) . The mean analysis of the data revealed that the player’s self determination was very low as players mean score for Amotivation was higher and followed by External and Internal motivation. Similar trend was observed in case of male and female players. The mean score of male players in all components of motivation is higher than female players. Game wise analysis showed that Kho-Kho players scored higher mean in intrinsic motivation and lower mean in amotivation, indicating higher level of self determine motivation as compared to players of other games under study, whereas Kabbadi players exhibited lower motivation level as compared to players of other games. |

The aim of this study is to compare the sport injuries of professional teams of hall and lawn hockey in Iran. The present study is a descriptive and comparative study in which the researcher was able to collect randomly the views of 500 lawn hockey athletes (250 men), and hall hockey ( people). COMPARE EFFECTS OF 6 WEEKS SELECTED CIRCLES TRAINING IN THE MORNING AND EVENING ON ANAEROBIC POWER IN YOUNG ATHLETES |

Abstract : he aim of the present study was to compare the effects of 6 weeks selected circular exercises on anaerobic power in adolescent athletes in the morning and evening, so 30 adolescents from Kermanshah football team collaborated as the samples in this study. After homogenization of the population in terms of weight and body mass index were randomly divided into 2 groups of circular exercises in the morning and in the afternoon (each group of 15 people ). Morning exercises began at 9 am and afternoon exercises began at 6 pm. Circular training program was conducted at 10 stations. Each station consists of 20 seconds Activity and 30 seconds rest. The above exercise was done 2 times in the first 4 weeks and 3 times in the last two weeks. There was 3 min rest between training cycles. Calculation of aerobic power before and after training was done by performing test RAST. T-dependent and T-independent tests with P≥0.5 significance level was used for data analysis. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the effects of 6 weeks selected circular training in the morning and evening on the anerobic power of adolescent athlete. The six-week training cycle in the morning and evening also has significant effects on the aerobic power of adolescent athlete. |

Abstract : The field of sports science and sports medicine are relatively new developments in biological science and medicine and during the past two decades a large number of peoples who are taking part in competitive sports. In the past there has not been a close relationship in the application of science and medicine to sports, despite the fact that they are inextricably linked. The medical profession is now becoming more aware of the relatively new area of prevention. The present study is an attempt to compare the difference in selected physiological variables of winner and loser volleyball offensive male players of Himachal Pradesh University. For the purpose of the study 32 male volleyball players of inter college participated at quarterfinal level were taken as the sample. The physiological variables selected for the study were resting pulse rate, resting systolic blood pressure, resting diastolic blood pressure, after 600 yard run/walk pulse rate, after 600 yard run/walk systolic blood pressure, and after 600 yard run/walk diastolic blood pressure. |

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to collect the review related to Time Motion Analysis of team game. The review was collected of two decade from 1984 to 2014 using internet. Researchers used Google search engine. Most of the Time Motion Analysis studies were conducted on segmental movement. As the study is delimited to Time Motion Analysis of team game, researchers found many studies on rugby game, very few on basketball and hockey, and a study related to wheelchair sports (wheelchair basketball). Most of the time motion studies of team games were conducted in Canada. Technology is enhancing day by day. In the decade of 80’s, video technology was used. In 90’s computerised video analysis was used. Now-a-days modern GPS system and tracers are being used for Time Motion Analysis |

Abstract :This study examined the effects of Pilates exercises on static and dynamic balance in elderly women. The research method was Quasi-experimental in which 32 healthy aged women over 52 years were selected. Among them, 7 subjects withdrew during rehearsals and 25 accompanied the investigator to finish his project. Both static and dynamic balance of Biodex balance system was used to gauge the balance tests. Level 2 was used for static test and level 12 was used for dynamic level. Pretest data were collected and compare with post test information and then T dependent statistical method was used. |
