Abstract :A dependence describing the influence of the longitudinal feed and radius at the tool tip on the arithmetic average de-viation of the roughness of the profile Ra during the rotation of the AK8 alloy is obtained. Statistical analysis of the obtained model using the Cochran, Student and Fisher criteria showed the suitability of the obtained model with a 95% probability of predicting the results of the experiment. |

Abstract :The article deals with the tasks of managing the production process (technological process and technological equip-ment), the most detailed analysis of the implementation of the geometric problem in CNC machines. The influence of the solution of the geometric CNC problem on the accuracy of workpiece machining is analyzed by implementing a certain interpolation algorithm and the values of the discreteness of the movements of the working bodies of the CNC machine. The technique of forming a given trajectory of motion of the machine’s executive organ is given, by means of which it is required to ensure the coordinated movement of the shaping coordinates according to a certain law, depend-ing on the specified trajectory of the cutting edge of the tool. The advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of interpolation in CNC systems by various methods are considered, and particular attention is paid to combined meth-ods of realizing interpolation. |

The decision of such task will allow to consider secondary tangent voltages in case of determination of bearing capacity of a porous bar. Distribution of porosity on a transverse section is set rationally — pro-ceeding from early the solved tasks on selection of porosity in case of torsion of a bar of a round transverse section, on bar length – under the linear law. A research objective is to determine the level of secondary tangent voltages and to evaluate from value. |

Abstract :Presents the results of statistical analyses identified by the expert diagnostics of defects of the self-propelled lifting jib cranes, spent a normative term of exploitation. The greatest number of defects associated with the destruction and deterioration of structural elements, the occurrence of fatigue cracks and a violation of the conditions of operation of the equipment. The greatest number of defects occurs in the hydraulic system of cranes, the rope-block system, and rarely in steel structures. To conduct risk analysis of self-propelled jib cranes in case of insufficient information, proposed the method of expert estimations. It allows to assess the impact of potential defects on self-propelled jib cranes on the value of the economic damage of the crane and moving cargo and the value of the traumatic exposure on men. The proposed list of possible defects self-propelled lifting jib cranes and a checklist of questions about the degree of influence of these defects. Proposed calculated dependences to the approximate calculation of the magnitude of technical risk in the operation of self-propelled jib cranes. The results of statistical analysis of expert estimations for each possible defect and performed their ranking in terms of impact on the magnitude of the economic damage of the crane and moving loads, the value of the traumatic exposure. Was calculated the value of technical risk for the surveyed taps. |

Abstract :In relation to the current situation in the field of public transport in the Bryansk city was shown the main problems in the implementation of innovative technology for the aerial passenger transport on the basis of suspended passenger ropeways (Cable metro). Shows the advantages of the cable metro-based mechatronic technology transportation compared to the traditional suspended passenger ropeways. Was made the technical and economic feasibility analysis of the construction of the cable metro in conditions of a highly urbanized urban environment of large cities, metropolises and urban agglomerations. Presented the statistical data on the development of vehicles in the Bryansk city in the period 2004-2016 years and based on the analysis of these data shows the feasibility of the development of aerial passenger transport as the most high-speed and environmentally friendly mode of transport compared with automobile and electric transport. Considered the possible sources of financing of design and construction works and shows the commercial attractiveness of the project to potential investors in the framework of public-private partnerships. For existing urban development and major transport flows of the Bryansk city was formulated proposals for the location of future transport cable metro lines, order their gaskets, the formation routes of movement of the rolling stock. Made the estimation of labor and financial costs for the implementation of the project of modernization of the public transport system of the city of Bryansk on the basis of the suspended passenger ropeways. The proposed option has the following characteristics: the number of transport lines — 6, total length — 54.8 km, total number of passenger boarding stations — 26, hub passenger stations – 6, the total number of intermediate supports – 100…110 pieces with a span between supports of 400…600 m. the cost of construction of transport lines and the purchase of necessary passenger and processing equipment will be according to rough estimates of 10.6 billion RUB, cost of building passenger stations – 1.9 billion RUB. |

Abstract :The article presents the results of developing a methodology and implementing dynamic modeling in the SolidWorks Motion 2016 software environment for changing the body roll angle of the Gazelle Next van during active maneuvering and turning using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system in comparison with a lever stabilizer system. A dynamic modeling technique was developed to analyze the change in the roll angle of the Gazelle NEXT all-metal van in the driving mode when turning and intensive maneuvering with a lever and using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system). As a result of the research, a decrease in the roll angle of the Gazelle Next all-metal van was revealed in driving modes with active maneuvering and cornering using the lever-electromagnetic stabilization system relative to that installed on the example of the Gazelle NEXT — lever. The proposed method of dynamic modeling proved the effectiveness of using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system when turning and active maneuvering, compared with standard lever stabilizers based on a comparison of the roll angles of the first and second options. |
