HEATING-GLOVES AND SOCKS FOR THE TREATMENT OF SURGICAL HYPOTHERMIA IN THEATER CONDITIONS |
Author : Srinivasan Vijayakumar, Prof Preethika Immaculate Britto |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The thermoregulation of a surgical patient’s body is impaired under anesthesia, leading to an accelerated
heat loss to the environment, thereby, causing surgical hypothermia. It is a condition wherein the core body
temperature falls below 95ºF and hinders the wound healing process of the surgical site, leading to cardiac
and cerebral dysfunctions. When the patient starts developing mild hypothermia, his hands and feet are
manually rubbed to keep them warm, but this is tedious and may not be very effective. Therefore, heating
gloves and socks which produce a small amount of heat to the patient’s hands and feet, respectively, have been
developed to keep them warm during the surgery. The gloves and socks have temperature sensors embedded in
them to measure the core body temperature. Based on the temperature measured, a heating element connected
to a voltage regulator based heating circuit is used to produce a controlled amount of heat to keep the hands
and feet of the patient, warm. |

INCREASING COMPILER INTERACTION IN PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE -C++OX |
Author : Shruti Sandal |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this paper we describe variable and expression declaration, declaration of range variable
(array etc.) in c++ox. These all concepts are defined in c++ but in this we face some problems.
Like when we are declaring any variable then we have to mansion data type in front of the
variable unless it not properly read by compiler. Second in array if we wants to store and retrieve
the value then we can access it from its index value in other word we have to mansion array’s
index value by iterative statement. In this paper we show that these above concept is run in easy
way and remove all the problem in c++ox.

Author : Dr Pradeep R, Dr Vivek Karan, Dr Harsha S, Dr Keshava B S, Dr Praveen Kulkarni |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Migraine is the most common disabling primary headache. Depression is the leading
cause of disability word wide. Depression is commonly seen as comorbid condition with migraine. The
present study was done to look for prevalence of depression in migraineurs and also to look for impact
on quality of life in those with comorbid migraine.

A REVIEW OF DENOISING FILTERS IN IMAGE RESTORATION |
Author : Anuj |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The massive production of digital images in the communication world has led to the need for efficient
image restoration methods. Image restoration is the process of obtaining a noise free original image from
a corrupted/noisy image. It forms an important process in image processing. The restoration of degraded
images can be applied in many application areas that are needed to repair images. The aim of this paper
is to analyze various image restoration or denoising techniques. These techniques help us to recover the
original image from the degraded image while maintaining the originality of the image as much as
possible.

A MATHEMATICAL STUDY OF BLOOF FLOW THROUGH STENOSED ARTERY |
Author : Sapna Ratan Shah |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This paper deals with the rheological character of blood flow through stenosed artery by assuming blood
as Bingham Plastic and Herschel-Bulkley fluid model. The irregularity of artery geometry is a frequent
effect of vascular disease. Such constrictions disturb normal blood flow through the vessel. The results
show that blood pressure increases very significantly in the upstream zone of the stenotic artery as the
degree of the stenosis area severity increases. It is also shown that the non-Newtonian behaviour of blood
has significant effects on the velocity profile of the blood flow and the magnitude of the wall shear stresses.
It has been concluded in this paper that the Herschel-Bulkley fluid model is more realistic in comparison to
Bingham Plastic fluid model. Present model is able to predict the main characteristics of the physiological
flow of blood |

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENT AND SECURE ROUTING PROTOCOL IN MANETS |
Author : Anuj |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :“The structure of the Internet that is used today is based mainly on wired communications. The emerging
technologies like fiber optics–based high speed wired networks would flourish in the near future. With this
existing network of networks, semi-infrastructure and infrastructure-less wireless networks will also be used
in abundance. Figure 4 shows a conceptual view of the future global Internet structure. MANETs would
definitely play an important role in the future Internet structure, especially for the mobile Internet. Hence, in
some cases, it might be necessary that the routing protocols of MANET work in perfect harmony with their
wired counterparts. Considering different approaches of routing, a hybrid approach might be more
appropriate for such scenarios.”

ATTEMPTING AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF THE NATURE EXPORT MANAGEMENT TO BUILD A FRAMEWORK FOR APPLYING ANALYTICS ON FUNCTIONAL AREA OF EXPORTS |
Author : Anshul Mehta |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In simple words, export management is the application of managerial process to the functional
area of exports. it is a form of management which is required to bring about coordination and
integration of all those involved in an export business. It is thus concerned with securing export
orders and achieving their successful completion in time as per the requirements specified by the
foreign buyers. |

AN ANALYSIS OF THE VARIOUS DATA MINING TECHNIQUES IN EXPLORING POSSIBILITIES OF ITS APPLICATION TO KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS |
Author : Lavaneesh Sharma |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Mining of significant and proficient data from enormous information or in other term from big data is called
information mining or knowledge mining management. Knowledge Management is the technique or
managerial approach to manage accumulate, direct, reuse separate, offer and concentrate information from
data vaults or from data source. It has been gaining a crucial role in everyday occurrences and is used in
various divisions like human resources, health, education and training, business, etc. This paper shows
different information mining methodologies which focuses on extricating relevant data. Moreover, the
approach of information mining methodology is inspected and overviewed.

MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS OF POLYMORPHISM VIRULENCE |
Author : Shyam Sunder, Dr Arora |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Throughout history, tuberculosis (TB) has claimed many famous victims, including John Keats and Doc Holliday.
Today, approximately one-third of the world s population harbors Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the bacterium
that causes TB. Otherwise healthy people can live for decades with TB infections without becoming sick. Only
when symptoms, such as a persistent, hacking cough, appear does the disease spread to others who live in close
proximity with the sufferer. In 2009, TB killed an estimated 1.7 million people across the globe, according to the
World Health Organization. |
