BMI more than 30 is considered as obesity .Ayurveda explains obesity as Sthoulyarogaor Medoroga. Eight mahadoshas have been explained in the context of this disease. Low life expectency, slwness, decreased libido, weakness, bad odour in the body, excessive sweating, excessive hunger, and excessive sleep are considered as sequelae of Sthoulyaroga. 1,2.In modern medicine breathlessness due to reduces ventilation of the lungs, osteoarthritis of the knee joint , IHD, stroke, gall stones, atherosclerosis , non healing ulcer, type II diabetes , hypertension , dislipidaemia, and mental depression are the complications of obesity . 3,4. In scabies group patients the PGE2 was (409±184),while in control group the PGE2 was (80.65±17.9)and in scabies patients LKB4 was (322±149) while in control group was (551±43), with high significant relation (P< 0.05), for both parameters. The relationship between PGE2 and LKB4 is a reverse relationship that when the PGE2 concentration was rises, the LKB4 concentration falls in plasma samples, during the scabies infection The elevated in IgE and Eosinophil cell together in scabies disease ,at high significant correlation between the eosinophil cell and IgE antibody levels of scabies patients vs the healthy persons (P<0.001 ). |

It involves various detoxyfing processes like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, etc to expel out the toxic matters due to Jangam Visha (Animal poison), Sthavar Visha (Vegitable poison), or poisons due to other environmental factors, etc. For example: Vamana is useful in dooshivisha chikitsa, garavisha chikitsa, kaphasthanagata visha, loota visha, mooshak damsha, sarpa visha chikitsa, & first & second vega of visha chikitsa. While Virechana are useful in sthavara & jangama visha chikitsa, dooshivisha, loota visha, mooshak visha, keeta visha & alarka visha chikitsa. Conclusion – Panchakarma is necessary in visha chikitsa due to quick action in visha nirharana. All types of panchakarma which were mentioned in our ancient texts are also reliable in toxicities in current era. |

No significantly different results between the both groups regarding the mode of delivery. No significantly different results between the both groups regarding the neonatal admission to (N.I.C.U). No significantly different results between the both groups regarding the mean of Apgar score at 60 seconds and five minutes. No significantly different results between the both groups regarding uterine hyperstimulation. No significantly different results between the both groups regarding postpartum hemorrhage. No significantly different results between the both groups regarding CS indication. No significantly different results between the both groups regarding emergency CS rate due to distress of the fetus. It is concluded that usage of both IV oxytocin infusion with a rate of 2 mU/min which increased by 2 mU/min each twenty minutes up to a rate of 30 mU/min & misoprostol in the vagina 50 µg intravaginally at six hrs. intervals but not exceeding four dosages for safe delivery induction with PROM. It is preferable to use IV oxytocin if the time factor is considered. |
