| A Study on Humanitarian Resource Management Difficulties | Author : Akriti Sharma | Harry George | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The phrase human resource management HRM refers to formally designed systems for managing people within an organisation. A human resource managers duties mostly come under the headings of staffing, compensation and perks for staff members, and defining designing work. HRMs primary goal is to maximise an organizations productivity by enhancing each employees effectiveness. Despite the business worlds rapid pace of development, it is doubtful that this obligation will change in any significant way. The primary goals of the HR department will always be to attract, nurture, and retain talent, align employees with the companys goals, and significantly contribute to the success of the company. These three difficulties wont ever alter. Small businesses, which frequently lack a dedicated HR department, may find it difficult to manage their human resources. They might only have one HR employee, or the CEO might still be in charge of this. Whatever the case may be, small business owners must be aware of the difficulties in order to overcome them and be ready to deal with HR concerns when their firm and employees expand. The purpose of this essay is to examine the problems with HRM, make recommendations for solutions, and identify newly emerging issues. | Impact of Disability on Self Image, Confidence, Independence and Social Experiences of Physically Disabled Students A Qualitative Study | Author : Ansari Bushra Batool | Dr. Syed Azaz Ali Amjad Ali | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This qualitative study aims to understand the impact of physical disability on self image, confidence, independence, and social experiences of disabled students. In depth interviews were conducted with 20 physically disabled students studying in various colleges. The findings suggest that disability significantly impacts self image and confidence of students. They feel conscious about their body and looks which affects social interactions. Lack of accessibility and inclusion in colleges and social circles further reinforces this. However, family support and finding true friendships provides emotional strength. More counselling services in colleges, sensitization programs and inclusive infrastructure is required for the holistic development of disabled students. | Comparison of Mechanical Properties of Geopolymer Concrete vs Cement Concrete Conventional Concrete | Author : Prakhar Srivastava | Mohd. Saahir | Raghav Garg | Prof. Umashankar Prajapat | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Under the serious concerns of environmental degradation due to the greenhouse gas emissions of ordinary Portland cement OPC,PPC industry, geopolymer concretes have been qualified as a good alternative to PPC,OPC concretes. Geopolymer concretes, known by their good mechanical and durability properties, possess different fresh and hardened behaviours as compared to PPC,OPC concretes. This reason is one of the main obstacles that hinder the deployment of these concretes worldwide. Furthermore, geopolymer concretes developed in the literature are mostly based on fly ash while only few works were carried out on geopolymer concrete based on a blended mix of metakaolin MK granulated blast furnace slag GBFS . At fresh state, the workability evolution during the first hour after mixing was followed. At hardened state, mechanical strengths is investigated with a special attention to the early age behaviour. | Enhanced Security Model for Information and Online Transaction Processing System Using Mandatory Access Control MAC Mechanism | Author : Enukpere, Victor Efe | Oweh Victor | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This research presents a set of patterns appropriate for securing information in an online transaction processing system. The research also shows how security constraints can be added to the domain model by using mandatory access control MAC . The system developed created three different access levels which include e platform administrator, the payment gateway administrator and the customers. Each of the users on the platform has limited access areas and this was achieved by applying mandatory access control technique. Security constraints were added to each of the component patterns to produce a domain model for secure e commerce. The research utilized a security feature called Role Based Access Control RBAC . In the RBAC pattern, users are assigned to the roles according to their tasks or jobs and rights are assigned to the roles. In this way, a need to know policy can be applied, where roles get only the rights they need to perform their tasks. The software developed utilized the mandatory access control MAC as a security mechanism for the online transaction processing which involves product ordering, payment using credit card, and product information management. The system is very robust and MySQL database was used at the back end. | Learning Management Systems and Self Directed Learning in Higher Education Institutions in Cameroon | Author : Komnkan Theophil Kacha | Tante Charles | Alemnge Fedelis L. | Nana Célestin | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study purposed to find out how the use of learning management systems influence learners’ self directed learning skills in higher education institutions in Cameroon, this with particular focus on how content delivery influences learners’ development of self directed learning skills, how learning assessment impacts learners’ development of self directed learning skills, and how teacher student interaction affects learners’ development of self directed learning skills. Theoretically, this study is anchored on the following theories Garrison’s self directed learning model 1997 Mayer’s theory of Multimedia learning 1949 , Seymour Papert’s constructionism theory 1980 , George Siemens theory of Connectivism 2004 , Information Processing Theory by Richard Atkinson and Richard Shiffrin 1968 and Adult learning by Malcom Knowles 1968 . In order to find appropriate answers to the research questions, a mixed research method was adopted whereby the sequential exploratory design was used. The sample population of this study was made up of 12 lecturers including e learning personnel and 260 students from eight higher education institutions, giving a total of 272 respondents. Data were collected using an interview guide, observation checklist and a questionnaire. Data were analysed qualitatively using thematic analysis and quantitatively using frequencies, proportions and Multiple Responses Analysis MRA , and inferentially using the Pearson’s product moment correlation and the Binary Logistic Regression. The findings revealed that there was no significant impact of content delivery on students’ acquisition of self directed learning skills which implies that the more teachers dwell on content online, the lesser students acquire self directed learning skills secondly, the findings unfold that there was a significant impact of learning assessment on students’ acquisition of self directed learning skills, which implies that the more teachers assess students, the more they commit to learn thus acquiring self directed learning skills lastly, the findings indicated that there was a significant impact of teacher student interaction on students’ acquisition of self directed learning skills which implies that the more teachers interact with their students, the more they acquire self directed learning skills. Based on the findings, the following recommendations were made Teachers who teach using Learning Management Systems LMS in higher education institutions should be properly trained so they don’t load content online for students to assimilate as it may be monotonous to them. Teachers who teach using LMS should be sensitized to prioritize the use of continuous assessment strategies at every stage of using LMS, emphasis should be laid on teacher student interaction. | A Critical Analysis of Law and Morality | Author : Roop Narayan | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :A person is considered to have his own morals, ethics, conscience, and his value systems and when a law contravenes the same, would that lead to peaceful coexistence between the law that needs to be followed and the morals one upholds This is a question of jurisprudence, and the same kinds of question will be dealt with under this research paper. This research paper is also trying to find a nexus between law and morality and evaluate if the other schools of jurisprudence give place to morality in its high stance like natural school of law or no. this research paper will help in giving a brief understanding of what law and morality Is and will connect it to various cases and try and understand it in terms of Article 14 The rule of law. Law and morality, 2 words with immense capacity to make and break the society. Law and morality at times are considered to be something similar and sometimes completely different off one another. At times there are situations to either choose law or the morals one is brought up with. A man is considered a barbaric human, ages ago but as and when the society has evolved now a man is considered to be a social human being. Law and morality hold a greater position in interpretation of our legal system and to even understand the legal system we live in. This research paper will also include criminal jurisprudence to clarify concepts which are tough to understand backed by common law judgements. This research paper will try to clarify the concepts of law and morality in a better way. | Comparative Effects of Lime and Banana Leaf Ash on Engineering Property of Soil | Author : E. O. Ayoola | G. O. Adunoye | H. I. Alawiye | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study compared the effects of lime and banana leaf ash BLA on engineering property of selected soils. This was with a view to identifying the more effective stabiliser. To achieve the aim of the study, soil samples were collected from two identified locations in Ile Ife. Using standard procedures, the soils were subjected to preliminary and geotechnical tests such as natural moisture content, particle size analysis, specific gravity, Atterberg limit, compaction and California bearing ratio CBR . Thereafter, the soil samples were separately treated with lime and BLA at 2 , 4 and 6 by weight of dry soils. The stabilized soils were then subjected to CBR tests. Results of preliminary and index property tests showed that the tested soil samples belong to A 2 7 category, according to American Association of State Highway and Transport Officials AASHTO classification system. The CBR values of natural soils indicate that the soils were good subgrade and subbase materials. For both samples, the CBR values increased with increase in lime content and BLA. However, optimum maximum value of CBR was obtained at BLA content. The highest percentage increase in CBR was obtained at the optimum content 4 of BLA. The study concluded that BLA at 4 content resulted in a more significant improvement in the engineering property of tested soils than lime. E. O. Ayoola | G. O. Adunoye | H. I. | SEAMLESS CAPSULES Capsules from the Beyond | Author : Aisha A. Patalpure | Vedika R. Malode | Sheryl S. Mathews | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Seamless capsules formed of a shell material encapsulating a core material have been made by using as the shell material film forming materials such as gelatin and gums. Seamless capsules have a clear and glossy appearance with liquid material encapsulation and show greater bioavailability and flexible adjustment of the dosage.Encapsulation refers to a variety of dosage forms used to enclose drugs in a relatively rigid shell known as a capsule, enabling them to be taken orally or as suppositories, for example, in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals.Capsules are divided into two main types Hard shelled capsules that contain dry, powdered ingredients or miniature pellets made by extrusion or spheronization techniques. These are made in two parts The first half is made of aluminium.A smaller diameter body that is filled and then sealed with a larger diameter cap attached to a smaller diameter body .Soft shelled capsules, mainly used for oils and for active ingredients that are dissolved or suspended in oil, are mainly used for oils and for active ingredients that are dissolved or suspended in oil.Seamless capsules come under the category of soft gelatin capsules. The bioavailability of these capsules is found to be more potent than other soft gelatin capsules. Some of these capsules show resistance to high temperatures whereas, some can withstand the acidic pH of the stomach, there are still some that show rapid dissolution i.e., they dissolve in the mouth itself. Due to these factors, this type of capsule can be considered superior to the rest. Aisha A. Patalpure | Vedika R. Malode | Sheryl S. Mathews "SEAMLESS CAPSULES: Capsules from the Beyond!" | Performance Evaluation of Ribbed Slab and Waffle Slab Systems Under Lateral Loading using ETABS | Author : Payal Hanwat | Prof. Afzal Khan | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Floor and roof systems are essential in construction, primarily supporting gravity loads and transferring them to columns and walls. They also play a crucial role in distributing wind and seismic forces to vertical elements of the lateral load resisting system. Typically, slabs are not considered in structural analysis for lateral load resistance due to their complex behavior. However, during seismic events, slabs can significantly enhance lateral load resistance due to their in plane stiffness. | Exploring the Different Preamble Detection Methods Using Wimax Technology with Additive White Gaussian Noise AWGN Channel | Author : Rakesh Jain | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This paper presents a comprehensive study of WiMAX IEEE 802.16 standards and details a synchronization method for an OFDM communication system within a channel. In a multipath fading environment, the signal traverses through free space, exhibiting distinct characteristics in both the time and frequency domains. To achieve optimal spectral efficiency and bit error rate BER at the receiver, a precise synchronization model is essential. Synchronization requirements vary with the channel conditions, traffic patterns, and path loss components characteristic of different environments, such as urban and suburban areas. Timing synchronization identifies data burst arrivals and symbol boundaries, while frequency synchronization aligns the local oscillator with the carrier frequency. The prevalence of wireless communication systems globally underscores the relevance of this study. WiMAX operates at high data rates and, being a wireless technology, is susceptible to fading and attenuation due to noise, inter symbol interference, and inter carrier interference. This paper evaluates various preamble detection methods, including Schmidl and Cox maximum normalized correlation SC , maximum normalized correlation using a geometric mean GM , minimum mean squared error MMSE , and maximum likelihood ML . The analysis is conducted through an AWGN communication channel, employing QAM with OFDM modulation techniques. Performance is assessed based on sample versus detection values and MATLAB R3013a simulations. The study investigated how the activities of GWL in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon, through four themes of interest Gender Based Violence, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Menstrual Hygiene Management and Social Media Activism that serve as pieces of peace, were contributing towards peacebuilding and the implementation of UNSCR1325. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed. Primary and secondary data was respectively gathered through semi structured interview questionnaires and from the Facebook and Twitter accounts of Eight 08 participants who were purposively sampled, and the findings thematically analyzed. The findings revealed that despite being marginalized and underrepresented, Anglophone Cameroon GWL through the four themes, and based on their conceptualizations of peace, have been contributing to peacebuilding and the implementation of the Cameroon National Action Plan CNAP to UNSCR1325. Despite the lack of complete ownership over their project outcomes as a result of imposed project guidelines from international funders, administrative bottlenecks and other structural inequalities, these women are realizing sustainable peace using bottom up approaches. The study concludes that the various locally conceived, “human centered” and community driven peacebuilding activities of GWL serve as vital pieces of peace that contribute to building the big picture of world peace and supporting the realization of the purpose of UNSCR1325. Using an empirical research method, the article analyzes 1,000 judgment documents from labor dispute cases with the subject of dismissal compensation between 2020 and 2022. It finds that the applicants for dismissal compensation tend to be older, have longer service years, and often have multiple disputes. The article further analyzes the relationship between economic compensation and the applicants’ years of service and finds that they are in an exponential relationship, i.e., the longer the years of service, the higher the amount of compensation required by the applicants, and the more compensation they eventually receive. The article argues that this reflects the tilt of China’s labor law towards protecting long serving employees and encouraging stable employment relationships. | The Application of Open Source Software Technology in Electronic Information Management in Digital Libraries The Case of DSpace | Author : Mbah Relean-Jeans | Egbe Isu Michael | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :With the introduction of open source software and particularly DSpace in the broad and ever growing world of information science, it is incumbent on information scientists and digital librarians to stimulate and ensure a sustained understanding, utilisation and optimisation of this new arm of technology. On the one hand, this research article is an investigation into what this new arm of technology called DSpace of open source software is all about. On the other hand, it acts as a gateway into the application of this new arm of technology within the precision of virtual information institutions such as digital libraries. It is within the competence of this research article to demonstrate that through a virtual platform called integrated library system, the timely introduction as well as adequate absorption of DSpace into librarianship is of enduring nature which leads to long lasting significance in information acquisition, management and consultation. In perspective, therefore, the organisation of digital information resources through acquisition and circulation for instance are quite eminent when it comes to the application of this new technology in librarianship. In this scientific write up therefore, there are explorations and presentations of fundamental aspects of open source software technology which contradict those of proprietary software technology. It is recommended that information institutions such as university libraries, archives, museums, etc. should solicit the services, procurement and institutionalisation of DSpace. Finally, a glossary is built at the end of this scientific write up, and through this initiative, meanings are accorded to seemingly challenging terms and concepts which are generally frequent and unavoidable in this branch of information science. | Research on the Importance of Internal Governance and External Supervision Based on the Comparison Between Social Organizations and Commercial Organizations | Author : Li Yixuan | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :There are both commonalities and differences between social organizations and commercial organizations. The commonality is that the two belong to both social organizations in a broad sense and are both objects of social management. The difference is that social organizations are non profit and commercial organizations are for profit. For profit determines the effectiveness of the internal governance of commercial organizations and the weak dependence on external supervision. Non profit and public welfare determine the weakening of the internal governance of social organizations and the strong dependence on external supervision. The alternative and complementary relationship between internal governance and external supervision is the premise and basis for the possible importance of the two. The focus of the reform of the social organization management system is to build an effective external supervision system. | Effective Governance and Policy Reforms on Sustainable Development Vision and Accomplishments on Vikasit Bharat 2047 | Author : Dr. Aditya Kumar Gupta | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Legal and judicial reforms are immediately essential to address the massive pendency and capacity issues in Indian courts, which hinder access to justice. Several archaic and obsolete laws have already been repealed and many others are in the process of being weeded out. The recently announced umbrella scheme on “Modernisation of Police Forces” to strengthen law and order and modernize the police is a welcome stimulus. A part of police reform is intrinsically linked to legal or judicial reform, which would result in efficient criminal justice dispensation. The major challenge facing the judiciary is the huge backlog of over 2.7 crore pending cases. There are also significant capacity issues. Ease of doing business in India is severely constrained by the inability to enforce contracts or laws, lengthy and costly litigation and arbitration processes, and archaic legislations. Although we have the Arbitration Law of 1996, which is in tune with global principles, it has not yielded desired results in terms of lessening the pressure on courts. Nor have the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms been utilized adequately. The World Bank “Doing Business Report” 2018 ranks India at 164 in ‘Enforcing Contracts’ though an improvement of 8 positions, it is clearly not an acceptable situation. Police reform until recently had been stuck due to various reasons. Police law and order is a state subject, falling under List II of the Seventh Schedule of the Constitution of India. In a federal set up like ours, this makes policy reform a rather sticky issue. After accounting for vacant positions, there are only 137 police personnel per 100,000 citizens 17.3 lakh in all . The UN recommends 222 police personnel per 100,000 citizens. Create a policy environment that enables income security for farmers, whilst maintaining India’s food security. Encourage the participation of the private sector in agricultural development to transition from agriculture to robust agri business systems. Promote through government policies the emergence of ‘agripreneurs’ so that even small and marginal farmers can capture a higher share of value addition from ‘farm gate to fork’. In this context this article highlighted on effective governance and policy reforms on legal, judicial and agriculture sectors in sustainable development of transition Indian society. | Effect of Soil Mixing Ratios and Pot Size on Early Seedling Growth Performance of Selected Tree Species Under Nursery Condition at Harar, Ethiopia | Author : Musa Abdella Hamido | Bira Cheneke Feyissa | Megersa Ketema Shumi | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The growing media and pot size affects seedling growth and development. The aim of the study were to evaluate the effect of different pot size and soil mixing ratio on the seedling growth at FARC nursery. The experiment was laid out in a factorial 4 species×3 pot size×6 soil mixtures RCBD with three replications. The results revealed that seedling growth performance were significantly P 0.05 affected by pot size and soil mixture. The smaller pot size 8cm had a significant effect on A. indica. However, medium pot 10cm had significant effect on G.robusta. Large pot 12cm significant effect on C.africana and M.stenopetala. The soil mixture had significant effect on A.indica, C.africana, M. stenopetala and G.robusta seedling growth. In the case of A.indica, and G.robusta grown in the smaller pot and medium pot were comparable with respect to many parameters. However, since the study area has shortage of rainfall using 10 cm pot would be advantageous. In the case of C.africana and Moringa the larger pot would be advantageous. Thus, using soil ratio of 6 3 2 followed by 5 2 1 for pot of 8 cm and a ratio of 3 2 1 and 4 2 1 for pot 10cm are found to be appropriate to grow seedling of A.indica, and G.robusta. However, in larger pot for C.africana and Moringa, the growing medium of 3 2 1 gave the highest growth parameters. Therefore, further research should be directed towards study the effect of different substrates of high nutrients on pot along with a study on seedling survival after transplanting in the field. | The Burden of Care A Systematic Review of Parental Stress in Families of Children with Intellectual Disabilities | Author : Ms. Madhu Kumari | Dr. Santanu Biswas | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This article is based on a review that looked at the emotional, financial, and social aspects of parental stress and how they interact with one other and with parents well being as a whole. Caregivers and families face several challenges in raising a kid who has an intellectual handicap. Consequently, a study of parental stress in relation to intellectually disabled children is urgently needed. A significant percentage of the population lives with an intellectual disability. It is critical to understand the stress that these childrens parents endure since it may significantly affect their and their childrens health. The studys findings highlight the major effect that stressed parents have on their families ability to operate. Consequently, there is a focus on parents experiences as a whole, but a dearth of knowledge on the particular difficulties encountered by parents whose children have certain medical needs or who fall somewhere on the spectrum of intellectual impairment. Parents experience stress and difficulties in the near term, but the long term effects on their mental and physical health and quality of life are less extensively studied. So yet, no studies have examined the effects on siblings of children who have intellectual disability. The specific difficulties and stresses experienced by siblings were underreported. | Utilization of Copper Slag and Hypo Sludge as Alternative Material in Concrete | Author : Prem Raj | Afzal Khan | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Active extraction of aggregate deposits from riverbeds can cause serious environmental problems bed degradation, bank erosion, loss of vegetation, etc. .The growing need that exists in the construction industry cannot be fulfilled by the available resources. For example, the current river aggregate extraction rate can satisfy only little part of the total annual demand. However, different industrial activities accompanied by the production of primary products result in various by products that have almost no practical industrial application. These industrial by products, which are generated in high quantities worldwide, present severe challenges regarding their disposal. This is why it is necessary to find other alternatives that would be acceptable from the ecological aspect. One solution would be the use of copper slag aggregates as a substitute for natural aggregate in concrete. Similarly The cement industry is one of two primary producers of carbon dioxide CO2 , creating up to 8 of worldwide man made emissions of this gas. Usage of concrete in future will be go on increasing, which directly increases the pollution level in order to decrease or reduce its effect on environment natural material or waste material like hypo sludge usage as partial replacement of cement in concrete is investigated by many researched in past few decades As a case study. Here concrete of grade M30 is considered and mix design is done as IS 10262 2019, cement is replaced by hypo sludge up to 20 and sand is replaced with copper slag up to 50 . Once the optimum percent of hypo sludge content is determined, optimum percent of copper slag is determined. | Barriers Faced by People with Visual Impairment in Securing Employment in the City of Manzini, Eswatini | Author : Makondo Davison | Motsa Thulani | Silvane Charles B. | Makondo Paula V. | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The purpose of this study was to investigate barriers faced by people with visual impairment in securing employment. The study was qualitative and used a phenomenological research design. Data was collected from 8 participants who are visually impaired and 4 employers using individual in depth interviews and focus group discussion. Data were analysed using thematic analysis. Findings from the study indicate that people with visual impairment are faced with negative attitude from employers, from the immediate family and from society in general. The study showed that Swazi culture and traditional beliefs play a role in perpetuating discrimination of people with visual impairment. The findings also reveal that people with visual impairment lack of relevant skills and qualifications to secure employment for themselves. The study concluded that negative attitude and lack of qualifications play a major role in influencing hiring decisions and limiting chances of their employment. Thus the study recommended that there must be an on going public education on visual impairment to dispel the myths and misconceptions which have been found to contribute to the stigmatization and discrimination of PVI. It is also recommended that there should be the establishment of disability specific training facilities together with a disability scholarship fund to increase the chances of access to education and training for people with visual impairment. | Green Victimolgy An Introduction | Author : Paul A. Adekunte | Matthew N. O. Sadiku | Janet O. Sadiku | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Green victimology is a newly emerging field of study. Human victims of environmental harm are not widely recognised as victims. Under the category of victim, the non human environmental victim is seldom considered worthy of attraction. Hence, from an eco justice perspective, victimhood can be conceptualised in terms of environmental justice the victim is human , ecological justice the victim is specific environments and species justice where the victims are animals and plants . In the eco justice approach, the context, that is both the social and ecological, are important to understanding and responding to specific instances of environmental victimisation. Paul A. | Detail Analysis of Attacks and Methods of Intrusion Detection System | Author : Keshav Sinha | Partha Paul | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Computer networks link many activities, events, and applications. The network’s performance must be improved and have more capacity to handle increased users. The network’s computer system should guarantee security, confidentiality, and integrity. An intrusion jeopardizes the operation and security of a wired or wireless network system. If the invasions are not detected at the appropriate level, the loss to the system might be immeasurable. Intrusions occur when malicious actors harm information resources. The hackers tamper the normal operations or attempt to infiltrate the system via the gateway. The study analyzes the attack and normal traffic packets from the KDD Cup99 dataset. The KDD Cup99 data includes benchmark traffic and intrusion detection features. However, most intrusion detection systems today have significant false alarm rates and miss many attacks because they cannot distinguish between unlawful and unlawful behaviors. | A Study to Assess the Efficacy of Structure Teaching Module on Level of Knowledge Regarding Weaning among Primi Mothers in Selected Villages of District Kangra Himachal Pradesh | Author : Deepika | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Breast milk is the best and safest food for young babies. It is important that babies should be given extra food as well as breast milk at the right age in sufficient amounts to enable them to grow and stay healthy. Weaning is the process in which an infant’s diet pattern is gradually changed from liquid food like breast milk to solid foods which are supplementary food to the breast milk. These can be added after six months of infant’s life because breast milk alone cannot provide the required amount of nutrients and so cannot sustain the growth of the infant after this age. Hence most important aspect of weaning is the introduction of solid food. At about six months of age, while breast feeding is being continued, addition of other food is essential to prevent growth faltering. Delayed introduction of additional food in an exclusively breast fed infant in malnutrition. Improper introduction of foods is fraught with dangers of diarrhoea due to infection from unhygienic preparation. Malnutrition related to inadequate calorie intake due to low frequency of feeding and low calorie density of additional foods. Weaning should provide a pleasant experience, not a conflict for mothers and infants. Praise, loving attention, and cuddling are vital to successful weaning. The study adopts a mixed method approach, combining quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews and focus group discussions. The analysis reveals a fluctuating yet generally increasing trend in professional commitment among teacher trainers. Key factors influencing this trend include policy changes, advancements in educational technology, and professional development opportunities. The early 2000s witnessed a moderate level of commitment, largely influenced by limited resources and minimal policy support. However, from 2010 onwards, a noticeable increase in commitment is observed, attributed to enhanced professional development programs and increased emphasis on continuous learning. Furthermore, the study identifies significant challenges faced by teacher trainers, such as inadequate remuneration, work life balance issues, and evolving educational demands. Despite these challenges, the majority of teacher trainers exhibit a high level of dedication to their profession, driven by intrinsic motivation and a sense of responsibility towards shaping future educators. The findings underscore the importance of sustained support and investment in professional development for teacher trainers. Recommendations include the implementation of robust support systems, competitive compensation packages, and ongoing professional development initiatives to maintain and enhance professional commitment. Overall, this evaluation provides valuable insights into the professional commitment of teacher trainers over the past two decades, highlighting areas of progress and those requiring further attention to ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of teacher training programs.
