Server logs are critical for the continuous monitoring of server infrastructure, capturing comprehensive details about system activities, errors, and user interactions. These logs provide invaluable data for assessing the performance, security, and health of server environments. However, the sheer volume and complexity of server logs, especially in large scale deployments, render manual analysis time consuming and error prone. This creates a pressing need for automated solutions capable of real time log recognition, anomaly detection, and alert generation.This paper introduces the design and development of the Server Log Recognition and Alert System SLRAS , an intelligent, automated framework aimed at simplifying the management of server logs. By leveraging advanced log parsing techniques and machine learning algorithms, SLRAS efficiently processes vast amounts of log data, enabling the detection of critical server events, such as unauthorized access attempts, server crashes, resource exhaustion, and application errors. The system is capable of recognizing anomalous patterns within server logs, which could indicate potential security threats, performance bottlenecks, or system malfunctions. One of the key features of SLRAS is its real time alerting mechanism, which provides instant notifications to server administrators. Alerts can be configured to be delivered via various communication channels, including email, SMS, or integrated dashboard notifications. This immediate feedback allows administrators to respond swiftly to potential issues, mitigating risks and reducing downtime. The systems customizable alert triggers offer flexibility, enabling administrators to define specific thresholds and conditions for alerts, ensuring relevance and reducing alert fatigue. As we know Python is an emerging language, so it becomes easy to write a script for Voice Assistant in Python. The instructions for the assistant can be handled as per the requirement of user. Speech recognition is the process of converting speech into text. This is commonly used in voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, etc. In Python there is an API called Speech Recognition which allows us to convert speech into text. It was an interesting task to make my own assistant. It became easier to send emails without typing any word, searching on Google without opening the browser, and performing many other daily tasks like playing music, opening your favorite IDE with the help of a single voice command. In the current scenario, advancement in technologies is such that they can perform any task with same effectiveness or can say more effectively than us. Divorces have left children in the hands of single parents, grandparents, other extended family members, even distant family friends to take care of them. This life condition has to a greater extent, caused enormous damage to the psychosocial development of children in general and early adolescents in particular. This study examined the effects of parental divorce on the psychosocial adjustment of early adolescents 12 14years in the Bamenda city council area of the North West Region of Cameroon. Four research objectives and four research questions were drawn from the general research objective and the general research question. A mixed method research design was adopted for this study. A total of 600 children age range 12 14 years served as participants in the study while 30 children and 10 parents took part in focus group discussions and interviews respectively. Data were collected with the use of questionnaires, Focus Group Discussion FGD and interviews. Inferential and Descriptive statistical techniques were used to analyze data. From the findings, it was realized that the majority of the early adolescents 72.8 with parental absence due to divorce are affected by it, while 27.2 are not. This represents a significantly strong, and negative effect on all four areas of psychosocial adjustment of the early adolescents p value=0.000, 0.05 with an overall high correlation value of 0.700 . The findings also showed that the majority of the early adolescents 68.5 with parental death suffered from psychosocial adjustment issues, with a significantly strong, and negative effect on all four areas of the psychosocial adjustment p value=0.000, 0.05 , with an overall high correlation value of 0.598 . The findings also showed that 67.5 of the early adolescents suffered from psychosocial adjustment issues due the migration of their parents, with a significantly strong, and negative effect on all four areas of the psychosocial adjustment p value=0.000, 0.05 . Finally, as projected by the findings, 65.9 of the early adolescents suffer from psychosocial adjustment issues due to parental forceful displacements, with a significant, moderate, and negative effect on all four areas of psychosocial adjustment p value=0.000, 0.05 . The significant and strong effect is also supported with a relatively high explanatory power of 58.9 Cox and Snell statistics . Overall, findings showed that parental divorce significantly correlate with all the four dimensions of the psychosocial adjustment of early adolescents. This research paper explores the impact of digitalization on Punjabi handicrafts, focusing on traditional crafts such as Phulkari embroidery, jutti traditional footwear , jewelry and pranda braids that are renowned in Patiala. As these crafts gain global popularity, digital platforms offer artisans increased visibility and access to broader markets. However, barriers such as limited digital literacy, language constraints and financial challenges hinder their effective use of these platforms. Through a sample of 50 artisans from Patiala, this study investigates these dynamics, providing insights into how digitalization can empower artisans if targeted solutions are implemented. This study was aimed at assessing the extent to which resources and physical facilities for guidance counselors GCs can foster the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling services in Cameroon State Universities. The research was carried out in four State Universities in Cameroon notably University of Buea, University of Bamenda, University of Douala and University of Yaounde II using a sample of 577 students, 26 guidance counselors and 21 University administrators. The study employed a survey design considering triangulation whereby qualitative and quantitative approaches supported each other to strengthen the validity and reliability of the findings. Purposive and simple random sampling techniques were used to sample four State Universities while participants were involved in the study conveniently. Two sets of questionnaire, one for students and another one for GCs were used while an interview guide helped to gather data from the administrators. Data were digitalized with the support of EpiData version 3.1, and were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using SPSS 21.0. As for the textual data qualitative data , their abstraction was reduced following the process of thematic analysis. The findings revealed that guidance counselors and students were generally not satisfied with resources and physical facilities. Specifically, both guidance counselors 6.7 and students 10.8 were in fact to a very weak extent satisfied with human resources. This trend was almost the same with financial resources with proportions of 33.3 for guidance counselors and 11.1 for the students, and the situation was neither better with materials nor physical facilities with proportion of 18.2 for guidance counselors and 3.1 for the students respectively. From administrators’ perspective, though they acknowledged the limitation of personnel 33.3 , they mostly did not have any idea as far as human resources allocated to guidance and counseling is concerned 61.9 . This was the same with financial resources or budget allocated for guidance and counseling, as 28.6 indicated that there is no budgetary line for guidance and counseling services while 52.4 was simply ignorant of the financial situation of the guidance and counseling services. As for materials and physical resources, administrators mostly indicated that there were no counseling centers in their institution 61.9 . They also pointed out the lack of equipped offices, counseling rooms and halls 19.0 . It was recommended that adequate human resources, finances, physical facilities and equipment should be made available in order to foster the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in State Universities in Cameroon. Background Cocoa is an industrial crop, playing a major role in the micro and macro economy of many Africa countries, with recommendable contribution to the livelihood of the populations. The Cameroonian government recognizes the importance of the cocoa sector for its economy and announced ambitious goals to expand cocoa production. Unfortunately, black pod rot, caused by Phytophthora megakarya, has long been the nightmare of cocoa farmers. Aim The study aimed at comparing the effect of three approaches of fungicide control of cocoa black pod rot disease on mountainous humid cocoa farm in Kékem, Cameroon. Methodology The experimental design consisted of three phases approaches of treatment applied to three different fungicides distributed at random to three farm blocks. In this Restricted Randomized Block Design, phase I consisted of treating every two weeks, phase II every 10 days and phase III every two weeks with two targeted treatments in between two treatments. Phytosanitary removal of rotten pods was systematically applied to all the blocks. The normality assumption was violated for all the variables Kolmogorov Smirnov and Shapiro Wilk test P 0.05 , thus, the non parametric Kruskall Wallis test was used to compare groups for significant difference. Results In overall, there was a drop in cocoa black pod rot across the phases with phase III being the most efficient, with an average percentage loss due to black pod rot of 17.5 . This was followed by phase II with a percentage loss of 24.5 , while phase I was the least efficient in controlling black pod rot with a percentage loss of 31.4 , and this difference was statistically significant KWT P=0.001 . Comparing within treatment, the trend was the same, with Phase III approach the most efficient and Phase I the least. Conclusion Phase III approach proved to be more efficient and moreover consuming the lesser amount of fungicide as compared to the second phase. Though the consumption of fungicide was the least in the first phase, the losses were 13.9 higher as compared to Phase III, which is a conservative proportionate increase of 79.4 . This gain in fungicide was too far from economically compensating the losses, thus making Phase III approach the most cost effective, as it even consumed lesser fungicide as compared to Phase II. Recommendations It was recommended that spacing fungicide application in the control of cocoas black rot pod, coupled with targeted treatments for critically affected spots, reduce not only the intensity of rotten pods, but equally consumed lesser fungicide with major advantages for the environment while been economically cost effective. Phytosanitory removal of rotten pods was generally applied in prospect of integrated disease control, which is an added value for sustainable farming system. However just 23.1 stated that planning was often done, while 76.9 acknowledged that the planning was done at the beginning of the year. Lecturers were least involved in planning 3.8 , followed by students 7.7 , administrators 50.0 while the most involved were guidance counselors 69.2 . Orientation was the most considered concern during planning 84.6 , followed by group session with students 73.1 , which was organized mostly during orientation, then resources required 50.0 for the main ones. Observations and informal discussion with students with a proportion of 60.0 and 57.7 were the most used techniques. The services that were commonly provided were orientation service 96.2 , information service 69.2 , counseling 73.1 and to an extent selection 34.6 . Only 4.5 of the students were aware of guidance and counselling services in their institution among which only 28.3 went to the guidance counselors themselves. All the guidance counselors’ agreed that assessing the needs of students is an integral part of an effective guidance and counseling program but this was done mostly seldom as stated by 65.4 17 while only 2.3 acknowledged that guidance counselor has ever come to their class or assembled them to assess their needs. The most often used technique by guidance counselors to assess students’ needs was behavioral rating scale and end of year students’ results 74 . However, 85.7 12 of the students did not know about the techniques while administrators generally had no idea on whether there is planning or not and they generally claimed not to be involved. Generally, students were not aware of peer counseling 92.4 which was mostly implemented in the University of Buea 17.8 . Almost half of the students refused to state their stance 50.9 with respect to their satisfaction with guidance and counselling services while 34.0 was satisfied. Counselors generally were of the opinion that it is important to evaluate guidance and counseling services 96.2 while 100 of students so wish. Administrators and guidance counselors with proportions of 78.9 15 and 73.7 14 respectively controlled the evaluation process and other stakeholder as students 5.3 1 while lecturers were not often involved. Lack of personnel, physical facilities and finance were the most highlighted challenges. It was recommended that these problems be resolved, that more awareness, adequate planning and service delivery as well as peer counselling should be enhanced in a concerted approach considering all the stakeholders. Introduction In Ayurveda, Switra is a skin disorder characterized by whitish patches on the body which is classified under kushta . According to Acharya Vagbhata, Shwitra is a Tridoshaja Vyadhi—a disease involving all three dosha though it is primarily driven by an imbalance in Pitta Dosha, particularly Bhrajaka Pitta, which governs skin pigmentation. with the involvement of Twak, Rakta, Mamsa, and Meda. In modern medicine, Switra can be correlated with vitiligo, a disorder characterized by the hypopigmentation of the skin. Although Shwitra vitiligo does not cause any systemic dysfunctions, it can lead to significant psychological distress and social challenges for patients. Method The present case study involves a 14 year old male who reported whitish patches on his bilateral legs, palms, and lips. He was effectively treated with Virechana as shodhana karma and Shamanaushadas are Switarahara churna for external application and Bakuchi capsule internally. The subjective criteria were evaluated using the scoring method, while the VETI scoring method determined the objective criteria.Result The patient showed significant positive results after Virechana and Shamanaushadi administration. Discussion The initial treatment of Shodhana, coupled with Shamanaushada, led to the appearance of pigmentation on hypopigmented patches. Thus, the present case study elucidates the effectiveness of Ayurveda treatment in Shwitra, emphasizing the significance mentioned in Ayurveda classics. Marma signifies the points where important anatomical structures converge in differential propositions. The concept of Marma sharir highlights the intricate relationship between anatomical structures, energetic pathways, and overall well being. Introduction Hippocrates allegedly stated in 400 BC that “medicine was the art of rubbing “, a procedure that later became known as massage treatment. The practice of massaging, patting and kneading is evident to improve blood circulation. The most common complication associated with diabetes mellitus type II is peripheral neuropathy which hampers the sleep quality and circulation in peripheral areas. Massage is a cost effective method to improve quality of life of people suffering from Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Aim To assess the effectiveness of foot massage on sleep quality with sensory peripheral neuropathy in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients of District Solan, HP. Methodology A Quasi experimental research approach and experimental design was used to assess the effectiveness of foot massage on sleep quality and sensory peripheral neuropathy in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients. Data was collected 60 patients of District SOLAN, in which 30 were in experimental group and 30 were in control group. The tools used in the study was Socio Demographic Profile, Clinical Profile, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Neuropathy disability score. Result Result of the study depicts that in experimental group 0 subjects were having good PSQI score whereas only 3.3 subjects were having good PSQI score in control group. 15 subjects belong to experimental group whereas 30 subjects were having average PSQI score in control group. Majority of subject 35 were having poor PSQI in experimental group whereas 16.7 subjects were having poor PSQI score in control group and there were 10 subjects in experimental group and 13.3 subjects in control group were having mild Sensory Peripheral Neuropathy. In experimental group 33.3 and in control group 50 subjects were having moderate Sensory Peripheral Neuropathy. In experimental group 56 and in control group 36.7 were having severe Sensory Peripheral Neuropathy Conclusion The present study concluded that patients sleep quality was increased and the neuropathy was decreased. It concludes that the foot massage is very effective to the Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients. This research examines various algorithms and techniques for stock price prediction. Utilizing historical stock data, we developed machine learning models, including linear regression, decision trees, and neural networks. The study evaluates which model demonstrates the best performance in terms of accuracy and reliability.After preprocessing the data, we trained the models and assessed their performance. Our results indicate that deep learning models, particularly recurrent neural networks RNNs , are superior in predicting future trends in stock prices. A Quantitative research approach was used to assess the the level of knowledge on cyber hygiene among B.Sc Nursing students in selected colleges of District Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Social security has to do with the protection that a society provides to individuals and households to ensure access to health care and to guarantee income security, particularly in cases of old age, unemployment, sickness, invalidity, work injury, maternity or loss of breadwinner. According to the International Labour Organization ILO and UN instruments has clearly defined social security as a basic human right, of which only a small proportion of the people on our planet actually enjoy. Only about 20 of the world’s population has adequate social security coverage, with more than half lacking any kind of social security protection at all. Those that lack coverage tend to be part of the informal economy – they are generally not protected at old age by social security, and cannot afford to pay their health care bills. Many people also have insufficient coverage, meaning that they lack significant elements of protection such as health care or pension or that the protection they have may be low or declining. Diarrhea is the passage of loose or liquid stools more frequently than is normal for the individual. It is primarily a symptom of gastrointestinal infection. Diarrhea is a major killer’s disease in under 5 children in India and thus important public health problem. The alarming suction is created by delay in initiation of treatment and in educate hydration resulting in high morbidity, Diarrheal diseases cause a heavy economic burden on a Health service as well because one third of total pediatric admissions are due to diarrheal disease and to 17 of all death indoor pediatric patient are diarrhea related. Much attention has been given over the last decade to acute diarrhea and its management by home available fluids oral rehydration salt solution and intravenous fluids, but it has not made much impact in the scenario. This study aims to explore the dissemination of poetry culture in variety shows and its influence in the new media environment. Through the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, the programs such as Chinese Poetry Conference, Classics in the Air, and Neighborhood Poetry Talk are studied in depth. In terms of survey design and implementation, pre surveys and formal surveys were conducted to ensure the scientificity of the questionnaire and the accuracy of the data. Audience characteristics were analyzed through a variety of statistical tools, and the results showed that audiences of different programs have different characteristics. For example, viewers of “Chinese Poetry Conference” have high interest in competitive programs, and their viewing motives include personal interest, social needs and program popularity viewers of “Classical Chanting” have music preference, and their viewing motives involve celebrity interest, emotional needs, etc. and viewers of “Neighborhood Poetry” prefer conversation and communication programs, and their viewing motives are diverse. The conclusion of the study shows that the audience characteristics match the target audience of the program and their participation is high, and the characteristics of the program enhance the enthusiasm of the audience, while balancing the seriousness of poetry and the entertainment of variety art. Establishing an agricultural product traceability system plays a crucial role in ensuring food safety. However, traditional agricultural product traceability systems encounter numerous issues in practical application, such as information asymmetry, centralized system structures, and vulnerability to information tampering. Therefore, this research aims to leverage blockchain and Internet of Things IoT technologies to address these problems in the existing agricultural product traceability systems, enhancing their efficiency and reliability, while also employing machine learning for supply and demand prediction within the supply chain. About 10–20 of children and adolescents have a mental health problem of some type. In recent years, Integrated Sensing and Communication ISAC systems have emerged as a transformative approach for next generation wireless communication and sensing applications. By merging the traditionally separate domains of sensing such as radar, sonar, and lidar and communication, ISAC enables efficient resource sharing and enhanced system performance. A crucial component within ISAC systems is micro Doppler technology, which captures time varying Doppler shifts caused by relative motion within a target—such as rotating blades or moving limbs—offering valuable insights for target identification and classification. Micro Doppler technology leverages electromagnetic sensing to detect frequency shifts induced by fine scale movements that are often undetectable by conventional Doppler radar. This capability enables distinguishing between different target types through unique micro Doppler profiles, even in challenging conditions where traditional imaging techniques may fail. The integration of micro Doppler technology into ISAC systems significantly enhances target detection, identification, and tracking by enabling shared hardware, spectrum, and infrastructure, thus reducing costs and increasing system efficiency. This pilot study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an educational intervention in enhancing the knowledge and quality of care of staff nurses managing patients on mechanical ventilation. Twenty staff nurses from a hospital in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, were divided into an experimental group n=10 and a control group n=10 . The educational package provided covered critical aspects of ventilator care, focusing on both theoretical and practical competencies. Pretest and posttest assessments were conducted using structured knowledge and skill questionnaires. Results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in both knowledge and quality of care in the experimental group post intervention. This suggests that such educational packages have promising potential to enhance nursing competencies and improve patient outcomes in critical care settings. The study assessed the spatio temporal variation of Lake Chad including the implication of conflict on socio economic activities. The specific objectives of the study included assessing the land cover change of the Basin from 2000 to 2020, assessing the hotspot conflict zones, examining factors causing conflict in the region, examining the effect of conflict on the socioeconomic and strategies to combat violence, and determining the conflict potential zones in the study area. Both primary and secondary data were used for this study and the primary data used included conduct key informant interviews KII for identified stakeholders. The secondary data used for this study included coordinates of the conflict sites, Landsat imageries 2000 2010 2020 , Aster DEM and conflict data. The Landsat imageries were subjected to unsupervised classification generating classified images and changes was calculated among the classified images using change detection algorithm. The conflict data was subjected to hotspot analysis in determining the hot and cool spot locations in the study area from 2012 to 2020. The KIIs were subjected to content analysis in addressing factors contributing to conflict, effect of conflict on socioeconomic and methods used in combating conflict in the study area. Multicriteria analysis was also used to generate conflict potential map. Results showed that 68 of the LGAs in the study area were found within the coverage of the hottest zone irrespective of any conflict type. However, 9442 and 5224 deaths were recorded as the total number of causalities during the arm conflict and violence on civilians respectively throughout the period of the study. Reducing vehicle emissions and fuel consumption remains a primary challenge for the automotive industry. Using lightweight materials such as Aluminum Metal Matrix Composites AMMCs reinforced with Coconut Shell Ash CSA offers an eco friendly and cost effective solution. This study investigates the optimization of tribological properties, including wear resistance and hardness, of AMMCs using the Response Surface Methodology RSM . Various composite samples containing 10 and 20 CSA by weight were prepared using powder metallurgy, and tribological tests were performed using a pin on disc wear testing machine. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in wear resistance and hardness with increasing CSA content. The wear parameters were optimized, achieving a minimum wear loss of 0.001113 g. This research contributes to the development of sustainable, lightweight materials suitable for automotive and aerospace applications. Background Tracheostomy is indicated to facilitate weaning from mechanical ventilation by decreasing anatomical dead space, prevention treatment of retained trachea bronchial secretions, chronic upper airway obstruction and bypass acute upper airway obstruction. Objectives The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding tracheostomy care among staff nurses. Methods The research approach used for the study was one group pre test and post test design. The setting was civil hospital Gwalior. With a sample of 10 staff nurse, pilot study was conducted, sample for the main study included 50 staff nurses on the basis of purposive sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was used to evaluate the knowledge regarding identification of learning disabilities among staff nurse. The reliability of the tool was established by split half technique and the reliability co efficient were calculated to be 0.82. Result The findings revealed that knowledge scores of nurses were inadequate before the administration of planned teaching program PTP on Tracheostomy, i.e., the mean score of the pre test was 18.22. The PTP helped them to update their knowledge on tracheostomy care. The mean post test knowledge of sample significantly increased about 32.95 after administration of STP. Conclusion The result of the study indicated that staff nurse does not have adequate knowledge regarding tracheostomy care. This assessment project has helped the investigator to develop a PTP to improve the knowledge on tracheostomy care. The results have also shown that various demographic variable have significant association with respect to the knowledge of staff nurse regarding tracheostomy care. This study evaluates the influence of Alccofine 1203 on concrete properties, with a focus on workability, density, compressive strength, flexural strength, and split tensile strength. The experimental findings highlight that incorporating Alccofine 1203, characterized by its finer particle size and reduced water demand compared to Ordinary Portland Cement OPC , leads to enhanced concrete performance. Notably, a 15 partial replacement of OPC with Alccofine 1203 significantly improved workability, yielding higher slump values for both M20 and M25 grade concretes. Compressive strength tests revealed marked enhancements, with maximum strength achieved at 15 replacement. This improvement is attributed to the optimized particle size distribution of Alccofine 1203, which minimizes capillary voids and creates a denser, more cohesive cement matrix. Flexural strength increased substantially, with gains of 34.95 for M20 and 19.49 for M25 concrete mixes at the optimal replacement level. Similarly, split tensile strength exhibited significant enhancement, further reinforcing the mechanical benefits of Alccofine 1203. The study concludes that Alccofine 1203 is an effective additive for elevating concrete performance. By increasing density, reducing voids, and forming a robust internal CSH gel structure, it significantly improves compressive, flexural, and tensile strengths. Crude Petroleum is one of the core drivers of economic activities in Nigeria, and the governments subsidy policy from the 1970s has been in place to cushion the effects of global oil pricing on the Nigerian economy. The government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu removed the oil subsidy on the day of its inauguration, triggering high levels of inflation and an economic crisis in the country, which has persisted until this year, 2024. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the 2023 fuel subsidy removal policy on business education students academic attainment in Southeast Nigeria, disaggregated into four research question and four hypotheses by correlating fuel subsidy removal on 1 flow of students enrollment, 2 educational progression, 3 curriculum delivery strategies and 4 students achievement levels. The study adopted a descriptive survey design to study a sample of 367 students drawn using the Taro Yamani formula from a population of 4,480 business education students in government owned colleges of education in Southeast Nigeria. A self administered and structured questionnaire titled Fuel Subsidy Removal and Education Attainment Questionnaire FSREAQ was developed in a 5 point Likert type format for data collection. The instrument was validated by experts in Business Education and found to be reliable at 0.80 using Cronbach Alpha. The data were analyzed for baseline information using frequency tables, percentages, pie charts, and histograms bar charts. The objectives were addressed using Spearmans rank correlation coefficient rho . Findings showed that fuel subsidy removal and the flow of school enrollment Coeff 0.178, p 0.453 do not have a significant effect on business education. However, fuel subsidy removal had a significant effect on the educational progression of business education students Coeff 0.578, p 0.003 and a significant adverse effect on curriculum delivery strategies in business education Coeff 0.273, p 0.023 . Fuel subsidy removal did not have a significant effect on students achievement levels in business education Coeff 0.733, p 0.073 . The study concluded that fuel subsidy removal has shown a considerable adverse impact on the academic attainment of business education students in Nigeria. The government should intensify its efforts to improve the quality of education through TETFUND funding and increase wages for educators in tertiary institutions. The concept of empowerment is frequently misunderstood. Women have long strived for opportunities to express themselves and achieve equality with men. Media platforms such as film, theatre, and advertisements play a pivotal role in advancing womens rights. It is a global objective to ensure that all individuals have fair access to quality healthcare services without facing financial difficulties by setting Universal Health Coverage UHC . The strength and capacity of the healthcare workers and the national health Insurance are essential elements in achieving this goal. This study utilizes documentary research method and qualitative content analytical approach to provide evidence of the crucial role of leveraging the capacity building of health workers and the National Health Insurance Authority NHIA in achieving Universal Health Coverage UHC in Nigeria. The study revealed that improving the capacity of health workforce through effective training, collaboration between different healthcare professionals, incorporation of technology, and involvement of the community can enhance patient care, decrease health inequalities, and improve healthcare results. The study also discovered that NHIA Act 2022 addressed some of the limitations of the previous NHIS and has the potential to enhance the life expectancy of Nigerians, significantly reduce the catastrophic and impoverishing health expenses for vulnerable individuals, enabling them have fair access to quality healthcare services without enduring financial hardship. The study noted some anticipated challenges and concluded that it is essential to address the problems identified in the study and for all stakeholders to collaborate in order to ensure the capacity building of health workers and the NHIA are tailored towards achieving Universal Health Coverage UHC in Nigeria. The Plantation Corporation of Kerala, a government owned body started the aerial spraying of a lethal pesticide called endosulfan in 1978, and continued it for the next twenty years, over an area of cashew crops covering 15 Grama panchayats in Kasargode. This advantage can be exploited in preparing products with improved oral bioavailability of molecules that undergo first pass effect. The sublingual and buccal delivery of a drug via thin film has the potential to improve the onset of action, lower the dosing and enhance the efficacy and safety profile of medicament. This present study was done under the topic “A study to assess the effectiveness of self instructional module on knowledge regarding life style modification among the diabetes mellitus patients residing in selected urban areas at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Objectives To assess the pretest knowledge regarding life style modification among the diabetic patients. To assess the effectiveness of self instructional module on knowledge regarding life style modification among the diabetic patient, to find out an association between pretest knowledge regarding life style modification with their selected demographic variables. The research approach adopted for this study is quantitative research approach. The research design adopted for this study was one group pretest post test design. The data was collected through the tool which is prepared by the investigator. The sample consists of 30 diabetic patients at selected rural areas of Kanpur. The tool has two parts. Section – I Socio Demographic data, Section – II Questionnaire on knowledge regarding life style modification on diabetes mellitus. The Findings of the study revealed that Most of the participants belongs to the age group of 31 40 years and above 43.5 , most of the samples are Muslims 36.7 , most of the participant had primary education 43 , 40 clients obtained information regarding life style modification regarding diabetes mellitus from friends and peers and 63.3 had diabetes mellitus from less than 5 years. Study revealed that in pretest mean score was 15.38, standard deviation 6.49 and range 19, in post test mean score was 20.97, standard deviation 5.3 and range 17. Study revealed that in pretest most of the participant had good knowledge regarding life style modification on diabetes mellitus 12 participants, 10 samples had poor knowledge and 08 samples had average knowledge. and after administering self instructional module on life style modification on diabetes mellitus most of the sample obtained average knowledge 16 and 14 sample obtained good knowledge and nobody had poor knowledge regarding life style modification on diabetes mellitus. Since the obtained value of t test is 17.59 is greater than the table value of 1.68, self instructional module was effective. Chi square test used to find out the association between selected demographic variables of participants with pretest knowledge regarding life style modification on diabetes mellitus. The calculated chi square value revealed that among the participant there was a significant association between pretest knowledge regarding life style modification for diabetes mellitus with selected demographic variables such as age in years, educational status, occupational status, sources of information regarding life style modification, number of years since affected with diabetes mellitus. Hence hypotheses 2 was accepted. Background The well being of family caregivers of mentally ill patients has often been ignored despite of the fact that caregivers have a significant role in supporting the patient both psychologically as well as physiologically. This study examined the level of burden experienced by family caregivers while caring for their mentally ill patients. Objectives To assess the burden among caregivers of patients with mental illness. Materials and Methods A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used in the study. The study was conducted in O.P.D of Doon Hospital, Dehradun. Probability Consecutive sampling technique was used to collect data from 550 subjects. The duration of the data collection was 4 months. Burden assessment scale was used to assess the burden among caregivers of patients with mental illness. Results The mean score was 54.22 with a standard deviation of 7.851. The majority of caregivers 65.09 had a higher level of burden. On the other hand, 34.90 of caregivers had a lower level of burden. Conclusion It is concluded that more than half of the caregivers experienced higher level of burden which makes it apparent that most caregivers of mentally ill patients feel burdened in caring for their patients. Supportive measures, raising awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding the mental health can be helpful in addressing as well as reducing the burden of caregivers. According to WHO every year more than 3.4 million people die as a result of water borne diseases, making it the leading cause of morbidity and mortality around the world. Most of the victim are young children, the vast majority of whom die of illness caused by organisms that thrive in water sources contaminated by raw sewage. Developing country carry a heavy burden of water borne disease, the heaviest being diarrheal diseases when compared to developed countries. In India, 128 million people lack safe drinking water. According to world bank estimates, 21 of the communicable diseases in India are related to unsafe water. Male infertility was remarked in Ayurveda as Klaibya and Anapathya. Here Shukra Dusthi is qualitative and quantitative reduction of shukra dhatu. Currently, the issue of cultivating talents in the circulation industry is particularly prominent. At the national strategic level, macro policies guide the integration of application oriented talent cultivation models in the circulation sector. Based on the practical demands for talent cultivation in the circulation industry, this study employs questionnaire surveys and Latent Dirichlet Allocation LDA topic modeling to delve into the characteristics of enterprises talent demands and the optimization pathways for talent cultivation models in universities. The research results indicate that factors such as individual characteristics, enterprise size, satisfaction with practical courses, and the mentor system have significant impacts on respondents satisfaction with university education. Specifically, gender and academic qualifications exert notable influences on educational quality, while large enterprises hold stricter demands for educational quality. Furthermore, satisfaction with practical courses positively correlates with evaluations of university education, and the implementation of the mentor system significantly enhances students overall satisfaction with education. Accordingly, this paper proposes that universities should enhance the quality of professional teaching, strengthen collaboration with the industry, optimize curriculum structures, and implement the mentor system to enhance the social adaptability of education. Additionally, it is recommended to establish a feedback mechanism from enterprises and continuously monitor the job performance of graduates to achieve precise alignment between educational quality and enterprise demands. This paper examines the impact of business environment optimization on enterprise development, labor income share, and capital accumulation. The study finds that improving the business environment, particularly through reforms in administrative approvals, credit supervision, and business registration, not only reduces market entry barriers but also fosters innovation and entrepreneurial vitality, thereby influencing industrial structure upgrading, labor income share, and capital accumulation. By analyzing experiences from China and other countries, this paper reveals that, during the early stages of business environment improvement, labor income share may initially decrease due to accelerated capital accumulation. Weather data is crucial for analysing and predicting natural calamities. Accurate weather data collected over large areas with precision can help not only in predicting rainfall, storms, etc. but also aid farmers in planning the watering of their crops. This data is vital for weather stations, meteorological departments, aviation, marine industries, and the agricultural industry. The proposed project consists of two modules created with sensors and microcontrollers a Weather Tracker Transmitter WTT module and a Weather Tracker Receiver WTR module. The WTT collects various real time weather data, such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, precipitation, altitude, GPS data, latitude, and longitude, and transmits this data wirelessly to the WTR module using 2.4GHz radio waves. The project aims to collect weather data over large areas with very high precision using the WTT module, transmit it wirelessly to the WTR module, and provide this data in a CSV file stored on an SD card for future analysis and prediction. The project also uploads the collected data to a server for visualisation on mobile and web applications. Compared to other devices, this system is capable of collecting real time weather data over very large distances, with up to 3,124 WTT modules. These modules could be spread over a 7 km radius from the WTR module to collect weather and other environmental data. The effectiveness of Government of West Bengal schemes in improving the socio economic status of the tribal people. Looking at TSP, PMAY, and NREGA, the paper evaluates the impact of such programs on quality of living, enrolment, health and employment prospects among tribes. Using qualitative interviews, field surveys, and statistical tools, the pattern of the benefits realized by graduates, as well as the impacts of these programs, are determined systematically. In terms of awareness, access and target delivery, evidence shows that there is a long way to go despite improvements through government interventionalist policies such as developing better infrastructure, improving income generation. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Burnout is the feelings of work burden including psychological fatigue which frequently result from a gradual pile of daily stresses. It is a psychological word for the undesirable reaction towards prolonged job connected stress. Many research studies have shown that correctional officers around the world, including Kenya, experience significant levels of burnout. The reported research sought to examine how burnout affects the psychological motivation of correctional officers in their job. A significant amount of research has been conducted by scholars on burnout and psychological work motivation. However, only a few studies have investigated the link between burnout and psychological work motivation among these individuals in Kenya. The study was to examine the causes of burnout, among correctional officers working in six Medium Prisons within Nyanza Region of Kenya. This study employed a descriptive and correlational research design utilizing a survey method. The study incorporated both quantitative and qualitative approaches and was guided by the principles of Rational Emotive Behaviour Theory and Solution Focused Theory. The target population was 1,910 prison officers attached to six Medium prisons in Nyanza region of Kenya. The prison facilities included Kisumu Medium Prison in County of Kisumu, Nyamira Prison in County of Nyamira, Migori Prison in County of Migori, Siaya Prison in County of Siaya, Kisii Main Prison in County of Kisii and Homa Bay Prison in County of Homa Bay. The researcher categorized correctional officers into various types of ranks, such as gazetted officers, inspectorate officers, non commissioned officers, and constables. In this study, the research employed the Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey MBI HSS and the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale MWMS as instruments for measurement. The researcher realized that within the medium prisons, officers who are deployed to work directly with the inmates are male officers whereas the female officers are deployed to work in the offices hence the sample population was totally men. It also came out that there was no big difference in the responses from different facilities and therefore the findings were handled generally. The study found out that the main cause of burnout in this region is chronic work conditions and job position reported by 80.4 and was followed by poor public image at 35.71 whereas 10.71 acknowledged other factors as the cause of burnout. The research suggests that it would be beneficial for prison management to employ trained counselors and establish effective systems for addressing burnout among correctional officers. It is also important to enhance the overall atmosphere within the organization by implementing measures such as acknowledging and rewarding employees, offering opportunities for advancement, and creating a reliable internal ombudsperson role to address any unjust administrative practices in the institution. This study explores the factors influencing engineering students preference for entrepreneurship over traditional career paths, focusing on emerging economies like India. Recent trends indicate a significant shift among engineering graduates toward startups driven by opportunities for innovation, autonomy, financial independence, and societal impact. Entrepreneurship offers students an avenue to apply technical expertise and creative problem solving skills in real world contexts, often surpassing the constraints of conventional employment. Through an exploratory quantitative methodology, data were collected via a questionnaire of 270 engineering students from the top five developed cities in Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida, Varanasi, and Prayagraj. Principal Component Analysis revealed that autonomy, financial rewards, practical skill application, leadership, and personal growth drive entrepreneurial aspirations. In contrast to SG 2, which consists of eight ingredients mostly kasthoushadis, Ajadugdha, and murchita ghrita, SG 1 consists of 27 ingredients with kasthoushadis, Swarna, and godugdha as its primary constituents. Materials and methods SG 1 and SG 2 were prepared by general method of preparation and both were analyzed as per the standard protocols. Results Standardization of SG 1 and SG 2 with remarkable results regarding physicochemical analysis on loss on drying, microbial l imit, refractive index, Saponification value, refractive index, acid value, iodine value, peroxide value, Hptlc, ester value, iodine value, viscosity, specific gravity and Sem edx, etc were observed. Conclusion The prepared SG 11 and SG 22 matches the physicochemical parameters being effective and safe, natural alternative to synthetic nootropics, and imparting good therapeutic property. By considering all the analytical parameters, SG 1 proved better than SG 2. This study aimed at evaluation the impact of problem focused coping on the coping ability of internally displaced secondary and high school learners IDSHSLs in Yaounde municipality, Center Region of Cameroon. A cross sectional survey design was adopted for this study. The study was substantiated by the Richard Lazarus and Susan Folkman Theory, Schlosberg’s Transition Theory by Ryan and Deci and Macro analytic state oriented theories. The population was made up of IDSHSLs in the Yaounde Municipality Center Region of Cameroon. A total of 277 IDSHSLs were effectively involved in the study. School were sampled using simple random sampling while participants were involved following purposive, convenient and snow ball sampling approach. Quantitative data were analyzed with the support of SPSS version 21.0. They were described using frequency and proportion and Multiple Responses Analysis to aggregate score within conceptual components. The predictive effect of problem focused coping on the coping ability of IDSHSLs was appraised with the support of Binary Logistic Regression. Materials andMethods pre experimental one group pre test post test research design was used. This study was conducted in urban area of Dehradun Patel Nagar . The present study sample size was 60 samples of mothers of under five children. A Non Probability Purposive sampling technique was used to select the samples. A Structured Interview Schedule was used to assess the knowledge. The data obtained was tabulated and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics in terms of objectives framed for the study. Results The mean, SD, mean difference, and “t” value on the pretest and overall posttest on knowledge among 2nd year female nursing mothers. The obtained overall post test means of 21.35 SD=11.75 was greater than the pretest means of 16.05 SD=13.93 The obtained mean difference was 5.3 and the “t” value t=2.126 was significant. Conclusion Overall pre test knowledge, attitude and practice was average both in experimental and control group, which suggests the need for Structured Teaching Programme for mothers of under five children regarding Acute Respiratory Infections. Post test results showed that there was a significant improvement in the level of knowledge, attitude and practice in experimental group but there was no significant improvement in control group. Hence, it was concluded that Structured Teaching Programme was an effective method of teaching the mothers of under five towards prevention of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection. Hysteria is a complex and often misunderstood condition, particularly among adolescents. Structured teaching programs have shown promise in improving knowledge and understanding of mental health topics. The purpose of the study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured teaching program in enhancing knowledge of hysteria among adolescent students. This experimental study employed a pre test, post test design. A sample of 60 adolescent students was randomly assigned. Knowledge of hysteria was assessed using a self developed questionnaire at pre test and post test. Pré test was done on the first day followed by the structured teaching program on second day and the effectiveness of program was then evaluated by comparing the knowledge score in pre test and posters with the help of descriptive and inferential statics. This study suggests that structured teaching programs can be an effective approach to improving knowledge and understanding of hysteria among adolescents. This case study presents the successful management of urethral stricture in a 38 year old male patient using Uttar Basti, a traditional Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure. The patient presented with typical symptoms including dribbling, burning micturition, weak stream, slow stream, dysuria, stranguria, increased frequency of urination, and incomplete emptying of the bladder. After a thorough diagnostic assessment, including retrograde urethrogram RGU , Uttar Basti treatment was initiated. Traditional plant disease detection methods are labor intensive, error prone, and insufficient for early stage diagnosis. Recent advancements in Machine Learning ML , Deep Learning DL , Internet of Things IoT , wireless communication, and Quantum Dot Cellular Automata QCA nanotechnology provide innovative solutions for precise and efficient disease detection. This study introduces a novel ML and Artificial Intelligence AI based plant extract analyzing device designed to address the challenges of Indian agriculture, such as resource limitations and diverse crop varieties. The device integrates spectroscopic analysis, biochemical data interpretation, and QCA nanotechnology with cloud enabled IoT platforms for real time disease diagnosis. This study examined the impact of Information and Communication Technology ICT integration on academic performance by comparing outcomes in traditional classrooms with those in technology enhanced environments. A quasi experimental design involved 300 secondary school students from three urban schools, with 150 in traditional classrooms and 150 in ICT integrated classrooms. Data were collected through standardized tests and surveys assessing student engagement and perceptions of ICT use. Statistical analyses, including independent samples t tests and ANOVA, were conducted alongside qualitative insights from semi structured interviews. Results showed that students in ICT integrated classrooms had a significant mean improvement of 9.2 points in academic performance compared to a 2.4 point increase in traditional classrooms p 0.001 . Qualitative data indicated enhanced engagement and understanding, though challenges related to technology access were noted. These findings underscore the positive impact of ICT on academic performance, highlighting the need for effective teacher training and addressing infrastructural challenges to maximize educational benefits. A patient fall is an unplanned descent to the floor or other surface, with or without injury, that occurs while a patient is under the care of a healthcare provider or facility. Slips can cause patient falls, trips, falls from bed or chair, falls during transfer, and falls due to medical conditions. Falls can result in physical injuries, such as fractures, head trauma, soft tissue injury, and lacerations. Patient safety is a critical aspect of healthcare quality and is essential for preventing patient harm, enhancing patient safety and promoting trust in healthcare provider and system care. Methodology A quantitative descriptive research design was used in the study. The study was conducted at SGRR College of nursing, Patel Nagar, Dehradun, India. The conceptual framework used in this study was “Ludwig Von Bertalanffy’s general system theory”. A total of 80 samples were selected through the non probability convenience sampling technique. Data was collected using a socio demographic profile, a structured knowledge questionnaire, and a Likert attitude scale. The data was analyzed by using inferential and descriptive statistics. Results revealed that the level of knowledge was increased after the structured teaching program, the pretest mean is 22.20 and the posttest mean is 28.14. The attitude level is overall positive towards patient safety and prevention of falls. Knowledge and attitude are weakly correlated. Pearson’s correlation coefficient r analysis is 0.21. Conclusion Most of the students do not an appropriate knowledge regarding patient safety and the prevention of falls. After the structured teaching programme, the knowledge and attitude regarding patient safety and prevention of falls significantly improved and enhanced. Background Adolescent mothers 10–19 years form a vulnerable group implicated in yearly child bearing worldwide. The consequences surrounding teenage motherhood is a crucial public health concern. Teenage mothers face numerous challenges with direct consequences on their mental health outcome, anxiety disorder being considered to be among the most disabling conditions. Such situation can be magnified in conflict zones, thus the rationale backing this study. Objective To determine the prevalence and determinants of anxiety disorder among teenage mothers in Limbe and Buea Health Districts. Materials and Methods A community based cross sectional survey was used and teenage mothers were sampled using cluster sampling for recruitment of participants, supported by the snow ball technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire adapted from the Beck Anxiety Inventory BAI evaluation tool. Data were analysed through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 27 following the standard scoring guide. Prevalence of anxiety disorder was estimated using frequency and proportion and the 95 confidence interval CI was calculated. Logistic Regression models depicted the significant and critical predictors determinants of anxiety disorder. Findings Cumulatively, roughly half of the teenage mothers 51.5 had moderate or severe anxiety disorder. The significant P 0.05 determinants of anxiety following binary association were number of children whereby teenage mother with more children were more susceptible to anxiety, marital status as the single were significantly more exposed, person living with as those living alone were significantly more at risk, location as the more inadequate it was, the higher the exposure, then depression as the depressed were more exposed. Based on Binary Logistic Regression, after controlling the predictors for each other, the significant P 0.05 determinants of anxiety disorder were health district, residence before the crisis, the dominant ethnic in the hosting community and depression. Understanding the shift in consumer purchasing habits and the factors that contribute to it in a more dynamic and complex environment will help us determine how effective these shopping options are and how retailers can enhance their shopping services to accommodate customers during and after the pandemic. The COVID 19 pandemic had an impact on the economy, society, and environment as well as altering consumer attitudes, intentions, and purchase patterns. Consumer behaviour during the COVID 19 lockdown was affected by a variety of factors. Present research aims to study the effectiveness of Self Instructional Module on Knowledge Regarding Health Hazards of Mobile Phone Addiction and Its Prevention Among 2nd Year GNM Students. The study employed quasi experimental research design with one group pre test post test design. Total 60 students studying in GNM nursing of Hind College of Nursing at Barabanki, U.P were selected by random sampling technique. Data collection tool used was structured knowledge questionnaire. Statistical measures used for data analysis was mean, median, standard deviation and chi square. Result revealed that GNM 2nd year students had 37.5 in the pre test and after the administration of information booklet, scored 70.83 in post test hence they gained 88.88 knowledge score. The onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, coupled with diverse business hurdles, has presented substantial barriers for SMEs, resulting in disruptions to their operations. Issues such as limited adaptability, ineffective communication, deficient teamwork, and inadequate digital skills significantly impeded the competitiveness of Nigerian SMEs, especially at the peak of the pandemic. These enterprises often encounter challenges in fostering innovative capacities to address various obstacles. The pandemic underscored the resilience of only those SMEs that embraced innovative strategies, demonstrating their ability to withstand its effects. This study examined the moderating effect of innovation capability on strategic improvisation and performance of selected small and medium scale enterprises in Lagos State, Nigeria. The study adopted a survey research design. The population study comprised the Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs that are registered and operational in Lagos State and identified as members of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria SMEDAN . The total population of the study was estimated at 42,067, which represents the overall count of registered SMEs affiliated with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria SMEDAN . A sample size of 510 participants was obtained using Cochran’s sample size formula 1977 . The study utilized moderated linear regression analysis. The study found that innovation capability R = 0.719, R2 = 0.517, R2 = 0.000, AdjR2 = 0.513, F = 0.247, F p = 0.620 0.05 did not exhibit a significant moderating effect on the relationship between strategic improvisation and performance metrics R = 0.723, R2 = 0.523, R2 = 0.000, AdjR2 = 0.518, F = 0.072, F p = 0.789 0.05 . The study concludes that strategic improvisation has no significant effect on organizational performance when moderated by innovative capability. This implies that even if a company demonstrates the ability to improvise strategically, it may not necessarily translate into improved organizational performance, particularly if the organization lacks innovative capabilities. Therefore, the study recommends that SMEs in Lagos should focus on fostering innovation independently. Create innovation hubs within the organization to encourage idea generation and experimentation.
