In Mexico, an interminable assault that is among the best ten reasons for mortality. Individuals who endure Chronic Kidney Disease CKD must be on a consistent audit to keep up illness control and observing. In hemodialysis, a manufactured kidney hemodialyzer is utilized to expel waste and additional chemicals and fluid from your blood. To get your blood into the fake kidney, the specialist needs to influence an entrance to entrance into your veins. This is finished by a minor task to your arm or leg. Some of the time, an entrance is made by joining a conduit to a vein under your skin to make a greater vein called a fistula. In any case, if your veins are not worthy of a fistula, the specialist may utilize a delicate plastic tube to join a supply route and a vein under your skin. This is known as a unite. Sometimes, an entrance is made by methods for a thin plastic tube, called a catheter, which is embedded into a huge vein in your neck. This sort of access might be transitory, yet is infrequently utilized for long haul treatment. Saranya. C. S | Dr. Kala. | Integrity Assurance with Minimum Location Disclosure on Mobile Devices by Using Pmac | Author : Mr. P. Senthil | Mrs. S. DurgaDevi | Bhargavi M. B. | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Since the boom of smart phones and location-based services, spatio-temporal data i.e., user locations with timestamps have become increasingly essential in many real-life applications. To ensure these data are faithfully extracted from the underlying location tracking hardware and not altered by any malicious party or the user himself herself, integrity assurance schemes such as digital signatures or message authentication codes MAC must be adopted. However, these conventional schemes disclose to the verifier the complete plaintext location and thus jeopardize users privacy. Propose an integrity assurance scheme with minimum location disclosure. That is, the granule of the disclosed location is just small enough to prove the user is has been to a certain place, and the verifier cannot learn anything beyond it. To this end, a new MAC scheme called Prefix-verifiable MAC PMAC , based on which we design indexes and protocols to authenticate both spatial and spatio-temporal predicates. Security analysis and experimental results show our scheme is both secure and efficient for practical use. Mr. P. Senthil | Mrs. S. DurgaDevi | Bhargavi M. B. Steganography works by exchanging bits of unusable or idle data in systematic Audio file with bits of dissimilar, imperceptible information. This unknown material can be plain text or cipher text. In a computer-based audio Steganography structure, underground messages are surrounded in numeral sound. The furtive memo is surrounded by marginally moving the twofold order of a sound file. Implanting surreptitious messages in numeral sound is usually a more hard process than inserting messages in other media, such as numeral images. These procedures sort from quite modest algorithms that pullout gen in the form of gesture noise to more dominant methods that feat erudite signal processing techniques to pelt material. | Digitalisation in The Banking Sector | Author : Laxmikanthanayaka T. O | Prof. Laxmana P | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :It was only in the late 1980s that Indian banks took to computer is at ion seriously. They had to improve customer service and tone up book-keeping and MIS reporting. Their large customer base in terms of numbers was mostly comprised of "low balance" accounts. An effective but low-cost tool that could handle the transactions was needed. It led them to embrace digital is at ion. They started with standalone PCs and migrated to Local Area Network LAN connectivity. Core Banking Solution CBS platforms followed that transformed branch banking into bank banking. CBS helped banks to provide "anywhere and anytime banking" service to customers. The researcher set out to ascertain the implications of such digital is at ion for bank customers. He interviewed bank officers and bank customers for the purpose. He concluded that digital banking was customer-centric in design and purpose. As a result, banks were in a position to offer an "experience" to their customers as against the "convenience" they offered presently. One such "experience" banks lately offer is worth citing here. To access information about account balance or to receive a mini statement through SMS, all that the customer has to do is to give a missed call to the bank concerned by dial ling a bank-designated mobile phone number. Another digital product innovation, namely, UPI Aadhaar-based payments make banking seamless for customers, particularly rural customers, who are not familiar with the English language. Thus, digital is at ion has proved to be positive sum game for all stakeholders. The penetration of banking services into rural India is still on the low side but mobile penetration is on the higher side. By leveraging this advantage banks can afford to raise their rural penetration since they can ensure the financial viability of their rural operations. Laxmikanthanayaka T. | Digitalization in Banking Sector | Author : Mrs Jyoti Suraj Harchekar | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In order to improve the customer service, book-keeping and MIS reporting, the need for computerization was felt in the Indian banking sector in late 1980s. Reserve Bank of India set up a Committee headed by Dr. C. Rangarajan on computerization in banks in 1988. Conversion of data into a digital format with the adoption of technology is called as digitization. By implementation of digitalization, banks can provide enriched customer services. This provides convenience to customers and helps in saving time. Digitalization decreases human error and thus builds customer reliability. A new wave of technology is revolutionizing the way customers engage with their finances. From social to mobile capabilities, banks have to rethink the way they do business to deliver a better customer experience and remain competitive. The recent introduction of open banking and the Payments Services Directive 2 PSD2 regulation is hastening this transformation by placing power in the hands of customers. Banks must now allow customers to share their financial data, such as spending habits and regular payments, with authorized third-party providers if customers wish to do so. In addition, until the past few years, banks were not visualizing the tremendous shift in consumer behavior that occurred as a result of the millennial generation now become the largest consumers of financial products. With the increasing usage of smart-phones, digitization of banking sector is predictable to catch up the increasing expectations of the world. It indeed reduced human errors and increased convenience. Now, cyber threats are on the rise hence, banks must be very vigilant and should be prepared to handle cyber-attacks. Without any question, "digitization can be viewed as the motor of transformation for the tourism industry in the age of the internet economy Today, more than 57 of all travel reservations each year are carried out with the internet and internet travel booking revenue has grown by more than 73 over the past 5 years, while 65 of tourist book hotels reservations for the same day are made on a mobile device. In the course of this development, travel providers need to tackle the challenges of individually addressing different stakeholders from country to region through knowledge, time, and a sophisticated strategy. Professional digitization strategies of travel providers such as classic travel agencies require resources such as specialists with IT expertise and a certain budget. In return, the introduction and implementation of a digitization project in the tourism sector might lead to considerable cost savings and productivity gains. Signi cant examples of this are the automation of work- ows, the increase in employee motivation as well as cost and time savings. This paper is theoretical in nature and based on secondary data. | A Model for Encryption of a Text Phrase using Genetic Algorithm | Author : Dr. Poornima G. Naik | Mr. Pandurang M. More | Dr. Girish R. Naik | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In any organization it is an essential task to protect the data from unauthorized users. Information Systems hardware, software, networks, and data resources need to be protected and secured to ensure quality, performance, and integrity. Security management deals with the accuracy, integrity, and safety of information resources. When effective security measures are in place, they can reduce errors, fraud, and losses. In the current work, the authors have proposed a model for encryption of a text phrase employing genetic algorithm. The entropy inherently available in genetic algorithm is exploited for introducing chaos in a text phrase thereby rendering it unreadable. The no of cross over points and mutation points decides the strength of the algorithm. The prototype of the model is implemented for testing the operational feasibility of the model and the few test cases are presented Dr. Poornima G. Naik | Mr. Pandurang M. More | Dr. Girish R. Most of the framers are using old irrigation systems like Drip irrigation, micro irrigation, sprinklers, pivot etc to reduce the utilisation of water .They still follow the traditional methods of watering the crops thereby watering the crops unevenly, sometimes they may water the crops less or more or sometimes unnecessarily this may lead to wastage of water and soil moisture level may decrease. In the proposed smart agricultural system the researcher focuses to overcome the problems in this traditional irrigation systems used for agriculture by implementing the IoT and cloud is .In this system various vegetable crops and soil samples with different moisture level are considered and sensors are placed in the fields that provides soil moisture levels as input to the aurduino uno and this uploads the soil moisture levels frequently to the cloud through internet and WIFI module and depending upon these soil moisture levels the motor switches to ON OFF state there by watering the crops only when the soil becomes dry at certain level according to threshold values programmed in the Microcontroller. This system works with very less human involvements .The farm statistical report can be viewed by the farmer anytime on the App , thereby making optimal utilization of water for better crop yield S. | Study of Performance Appraisal System for Faculty Members in Selected Management Institutes Affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur | Author : Mr. Santosh V. Hasure | Mr. Viraj V. Jadhav | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Performance Appraisal provides a periodic review and evaluation of an individual’s job performance. Although the appraisal forms may only be completed once a year, the job of performance appraisal is continuous – sometimes daily and requires effective communication on both the part of the supervisor and the Respondent. The supervisor is ultimately responsible to make sure these conversations actually take place and are documented. It is essential that the supervisor hold all performance discussions and documentation in complete confidence. Every organization is having an objective towards optimum performance and the Respondent is the key in achieving it. It is necessary that the Respondents performance should reach optimality for the success of the organization. Many organizations are having performance appraisal systems to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of their Respondent using linguistic labels to their performance. In a production unit, Respondent performance is proportional to the quality and quantity of production, where as in case of educational institute there is no such direct tool available to evaluate the productivity of its faculty members. In judging efficiency of faculty members, often the institute deals with vague or imprecise data resulting to an inconsistence performance evaluation. This study has been particularly taken by the researcher to understand the present scenario of the institute performance appraisal system in these colleges. Researcher wants to find out the weather appraisal is really helping Respondents for the better future or not. Mr. Santosh V. Hasure | Mr. Viraj V. Karanjkar | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The space, room and the building where various types of materials, semi finished, finished goods and items purchased and manufactured in the organization are kept temporarily or for sufficient time till they are removed to supply for production and sale or used for consumption is called a Store or Warehouse. Finished parts or products ready for shipment and sale are called stock and they are separately stored in a place called stock room. Each and every type of material needs a separate place, bin or container and a room to keep it and the type of store depends upon the type of material which is stored there. The part of material enters directly at the production facility after its purchase and rest is supplied to the stores. The part coming out from production facility, some of them enters the production center or facility and rest are stored. In the same way, components produced at some facility are sent to assembly center and rest are stored. Finally, the output is the final product sent to stock or sell. This process of supplying and storing the various materials and parts is called Stores Management. | An analytical study of Hygiene Practices and its impact of Health status of the household | Author : Dr. S. S. Apate | Mr. Nishant Kamble | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Individual health and hygiene is largely dependent on adequate availability of drinking water and proper sanitation. Therefore, a direct relationship between water, sanitation and health. Consumption of unsafe drinking water, improper disposal of human excreta, improper environmental sanitation and lack of personal and food hygiene have been major causes of many diseases in developing countries and India is no exception to this. Sanitation is one of the basic determinants of quality of life and human development index. Good sanitary practices prevent contamination of water and soil and thereby prevent diseases. The concept of sanitation was, therefore, expanded to include personal hygiene, home sanitation, safe water, garbage disposal, excreta disposal and waste water disposal. The present research aim to study sanitation practices followed by the household in the PanhalaTaluka. For the study hygiene index was prepared and household sanitation practices were assessing. The study result reveals that households are following the hygiene practices in terms of defection and hand washing habits, however the score is less in terms of water related hygiene practices and domestic waste management. | Decline of once a time Market Leader A Case Study of Walwa Bazaar Consumer Cooperative Sector | Author : Seema Desai | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Walwa Bazar was incorporated in 1980 by the Cooperative society of Shetkari Sanghatana as a retail trading organization. In the later years, the company diversified into other products including grocery, Apparel, Electronic items etc. Its FMCG division started in 1980 with the support of Shetkari Sanghatana. Over the years, Walwa Bazar made a tremendous progress in all the retail dimensions to emerge as a market leader in the vicinity of Islampur town. The organization also earned the reputation that it provides the consumer with the best of the materials at a rate less than rest of the market. However, since 1998, Walwa bazar’s performance started dwindling. The policies of liberalization, privatization and globalization layed the way for the entry of many private brands, both domestic and foreign, into the Indian retail market that became very competitive. Gradually, Walwa Bazar lost its Number One position to Aajinkya Bazar. After several failed attempts to turn around, the government finally closed down few sections which were non profitable in the year 2016. With this, walwa bazar became a brand of the former period. This case study portrays the long and eventful journey of Walwa Bazar and then analyzes the major reasons behind its failure. It implies a few important strategic lessons for the management students. | An Empirical Assessment of Capital Asset Pricing Model with Reference to National Stock Exchange | Author : Miss. Yashashri Shinde | Miss. Teja Mane | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study concentrates on empirical assessment of Capital Asset Pricing Model CAPM on the National Stock Exchange NSE . CAPM assists to determine a well diversified portfolio. The main objective of this research paper is to check the applicability of Nobel laureate’s model in Indian equity market by testing the relationship between risk and return, whether there is any direct proportionality in the expected rate of return and its systematic risk. It relates its results by using the beta systematic risk as a measuring factor. The study was being conducted for a period of 260 weeks from 7 April 2013 to 25 March 2018. 45 companies from NSE were picked as a proxy for the market portfolio. This research was done by using regression analysis on stocks and portfolio to find out the final results. Research of this study nullifies that this model is applicable to the Indian market and also contradicts its expected return and systematic risk which are linearly related to each other. Miss. | Experimental Analysis on Strength Properties of Glass Fiber Concrete | Author : Deepak T. J. | Senyange E. K. | Iman. F. | Nazrul Azmi A. Z. | Chakravarthy N. | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The current world is witnessing the construction of challenging and innovative civil engineering structures. It has been established that when fibers are added in certain percentage to the concrete improves the strength properties as well as crack resistance and ductility. Fibers impart energy absorption, toughness and impact resistance properties to fiber reinforced concrete material and these characteristics in turn improve the strength properties. In the present experimental investigation the alkali resistant glass fiber of diameter 14 micron, length 24mm, having an aspect ratio of 855 was employed in percentage varying from 0, 10 , 20 , 30 , 50 , 60 and 80 to study the effect on compressive, split tensile and flexural strength on M40 grade concrete. At early age strength, the concrete with more than 20 of glass fiber gain strength around 61 until 82 faster than normal concrete. This implies that glass fibers assist in increasing the Compressive strength of concrete. The higher the glass fiber, in the mix the compressive strength also increases. Deepak T. J. | Senyange E. | Study of Road Maintenance Fund needs Approach with Link Based and Network Based | Author : Tiopan H. M. Gultom | Tamrin | Fahrul Agus | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Dynamical systems approach can describe the process of roads pavement damage and road maintenance funding allocation scenarios. One of the important thing to predict road maintenance fund needs in the future is how to estimate the traffic that is going through in each link on the road net work. Currently the reare two ways to fore cast future traffic flow, first approaches by link based and the other is network based. Network based approach requires data free flow speed of each link as an input. In dynamic, free flow speed is affected by the valueo fIRI International Roughness Index . This paper aims to look at the differences total requirement of road maintenance funds need for each year in which the estimated future traffic flows by link based and network based. There are four scenarios allocation of maintenance funds in each year of analysis, ie 20 , 40 . 60 and 80 of the total require ment. From the analysis, it is known that the total funding need for road maintenance at the end of the estimated future traffic flows by way a network based smaller when compared with the link based. In addition, it is known that the road maintenance fund allocation by 80 of the needs, it turns out the total funding need maintenance at the end of the analysis is the smallest. Tiopan H. M. | Remote Sensing and Unmanned Aerial Device for Early Forest Fire Detection | Author : Shaina Suresh | Mia Torres-Dela Cruz | Deepak T J | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :2016 was a record breaking year in terms of forest fire incidents in South East Asia. The fires were devastating as it caused a lot of damages. In fact, all over the world, 2016 has been an unusual year because it has extended the fire season everywhere, including South East Asia. Causes of fire ranged from natural disasters, the El Nino phenomenon, to man made fires like slash and burn farming and arson. There is a need to know what is really the most common causes of forest fires in South East Asia. This information would help in designing early, real time and fast detection and response to fires that would break up in forests and bushes so that early fire eradication can be done. The scalable characteristic of fires makes it essential that forest fires have to be detected early to stop it from expanding. The information is also important in order to develop a prototype of a system which will be based on the characteristics and vulnerability of forests in South East Asia. Home networking is very much possible now with the different technologies that are available. This project is an application of three wireless technologies to machine to machine M2M home networking coexisting with other devices in the 2.4 GHz ISM. The networking technologies used and evaluated in the project are ZigBee, Bluetooth, and Wi Fi, where the risk of interference in the networks is identified and evaluated. The other devices in the home are microwave oven, baby monitors, and wireless telephones. The home network system that was developed and implemented is an interconnection of electronic home devices grouped by sub networks categorized by each of the wireless technologies. Because the three sub networks are working in proximity, there is the high chance of interference with each other and with other devices within the 2.4 GHz band. The joint application of the three networks showed how these networks affect each other and how they coexist in one system and effect to and by other home devices not included in their networks but are in the same frequency range, 2.4 GHz. The paper explored the risks and characteristics of interference of these three systems with other devices when the system is implemented. | Engineering Advantages of Vegetation on Slope Stabilization | Author : Farshchi Iman | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :There are various conventional methods used to improve stability of slope and surface erosion. They all have merits and demerits, but the use of vegetation has many advantages such as root does not corrode, they are self repairing, regenerating and environmental friendly. This discipline has gained a global recognition for a long time and has been addressed as a new entity, “Ecological Engineering†which is defined as the design of sustainable ecosystem that integrates human society with its natural environment for the benefit of both. This paper considers the potential engineering influences of vegetation and how it can be characterized on site within a geotechnical framework for stability assessment. To gain more understanding on its soil root interaction and effects on slope stabilization, the mechanical and hydrological effect of vegetation would be combined and their overall effect on slope stabilization and slope stability analyses would be evaluated. The results obtained for the Vetiver Grass and Lime Tree will be considered. In overall the results show the considerable improvement in the slope stability by applying vegetation on finite slope depending to their location on slope. The results also indicate that Vetiver Grass can cause significant improvement in the slope stability compare to the Lime Tree even when it is located at the crest of slope due to its roots geometry and lower weight. | Study of Road Maintenance Fund Needs Approach with Link Based and Network Based | Author : Tiopan H. M. Gultom | M. Tamrin | Fahrul Agus | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Dynamical systems approach can describe the process of roads pavement damage and road maintenance funding allocation scenarios. One of the important thing to predict road maintenance fund needs in the future is how to estimate the traffic that is going through in each link on the road network. Currently there are two ways to forecast future traffic flow, first approaches by link based and the other is network based. Network based approach requires data free flow speed of each link as an input. In dynamic, free flow speed is affected by the value of IRI International Roughness Index . This paper aims to look at the differences total requirement of road maintenance funds need for each year in which the estimated future traffic flows by link based and network based. There are four scenarios allocation of maintenance funds in each year of analysis, ie 20 , 40 . 60 and 80 of the total requirement. Tiopan H. M. | Automation of Medical Waste Separation using Advanced Technologies to Minimize its Impact on Environment | Author : Ramani Bai V. G. | Alla Kay R. | Andy Chan | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This paper describes a shape recognition technique using boundary chain codes extracted by a method as described by Pavlidis and used an 8 connected neighbourhood. A chain code is a representation of a two dimensional contour using a one dimensional array. Feed forward neural networks were trained to recognise these chain codes. In addition, backpropagation network is trained using different training algorithms and the resulting optimal parameters are recorded. Depending upon the complexity of the object to be recognised, this technique can used to form the basis for object recognition or as the best method. The research is also aimed to compare the performance of chain code representation as against centroidal profile extraction. The third objective is to determine the effectiveness of Feed forward artificial neural networks ANNs in recognising and classifying different medical waste items in the image form. The networks were trained on a large number of medical waste items. The wide variety of shapes and textures revealed that just a representation of an object’s boundary is not sufficient to recognise every object in the set, and some form of texture recognition will also be required in recognising medical wastes. The results have shown that chain code has lesser performance as compared to centroidal profile representation. Ramani Bai V. | Desalination Approach of Seawater and Brackish Water by Coconut Shell Activated Carbon as a Natural Filter Method | Author : Jayaprakash M C | Poorvi Shetty | Raju Aedla | D V Reddy | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Engineers are challenged to develop cost effective ways to produce large quantities of water suitable for drinking, crop irrigation and commercial use for regions of the world that suffer from water shortages. Water desalination is expensive, requiring large amounts of energy and specialized equipment to convert saltwater into drinking water. The present study aims to develop a cheaper, cleaner, easy and more energy efficient way of desalinating seawater technique by using natural filters, it can help the common people as it affordable during their immediate requirements. The developed technique seemed to be very effective in reducing the concentration of seawater ions. The desalination system is developed by selecting coconut shell charcoal as the substrate material. As per the results obtained from prototype of seawater and brackish water, there is 60 reduction in chloride and 75 reduction in sodium this is mainly due to the usage of activated carbon charcoal as the filter media. It is also observed through experiments that there is 100 reduction in iron,53 reduction in sulphate, 20 reduction in total dissolved solids and 12 reduction in hardness which clearly indicates that the selected filter medias those are activated carbon charcoal, sand, laterite would be used as the filter medias for future experiments on desalination using natural filters. This work is to present an overview of current and future technologies applied to the desalination of brackish as well as seawater to produce freshwater for supplementing drinking water supplies to the common people in smaller quantity. Removal efficiency increases with the increase in contact time respectively, for both seawater and brackish water, which was considered to be maximum purification ~40 . | Analysis of Retrofiton School Building With Shear Wall and Steel Bracing | Author : Fauzan | Febrina. I. | Farizzia. S. | Yogii. R. | Zev A. J. | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The earthquake on 30 September 2009with7,6 magnitude occurred in West Sumatera and it caused the damage to both physical public facilities and infrastructures. The education sectors suffered from structural damage to the school buildings. In order to establish of the new Indonesian Seismic Code, SNI03 1726 2012, it will affect to the performance of structures which was built before the establishment of the new seismic code, in which the building may not be adequate to with stand the working loads. In this study, the performance and structural strength of a two story RC school building SMAN3 Batusangkar designed using previous seismic code SNI03 1726 2002 and it was constructed before2009, was evaluated based on the new seismic code. The result of evaluation on the SMAN3 Batusangkar building shows that the building cannot resist the working loads applied to the structure, especially the earthquake loads, so the building structure needs to be retrofitted. Two retro fitted methods of the builiding were proposed in this study, they are using shear wall and steel bracing systems, which installed on the building frame with different locations. The addition of shear wall and steel bracing are very effective in strengthening the building structure, where the load bearing capacity of the structure increased significantly and the building is able to resist all working loads. | Reduced Dimension Lane Detection Method | Author : Ery M. Rizaldy | J. M. Nursherida | Abdul Rahim Sadiq Batcha | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Detecting road lane is one of the key processes in vision based driving assistance system and autonomous vehicle system. The main purpose of the lane detection process is to estimate car position relative to the lane so that it can provide a warning to the driver if the car starts departing the lane. This process is useful not only to enhance safe driving but also in self driving car system. A novel approach to lane detection method using image processing techniques is presented in this research. The method minimizes the complexity of computation by the use of prior knowledge of color, intensity and the shape of the lane marks. By using prior knowledge, the detection process requires only two different analyses which are pixel intensity analysis and color component analysis. The method starts with searching a strong pair of edges along the horizontal line of road image. Once the strong edge is detected the process continues with color analysis on pixels that lie between the edges to check whether the pixels belong to a lane or not. The process is repeated for different positions of horizontal lines covering the road image. The method was successfully tested on selected 20 road images collected from internet. Ery M. Rizaldy | J. | Design and Implementation of Bi Directional Wireless Communication Based on Low Power LED to LED Link | Author : Shaina Suresh, Roger Sim | Dr. Veeraiyah Thangasamy | Vinukumar Luckose | Dr Rekha Labade | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In this work, a pair of LED to LED transceivers had been designed and implemented for bi directional communication between two PCs. Previous work in LED to LED communication relies on software to utilize LED as a light receiver. The problem of such method lies in the difficulty of synchronizing transmitter and receiver. In this work, a fully hardware based solution is implemented using low current Op Amp. The proposed method yields higher baud rate and requires no software overhead microcontroller less . It is also concluded that the maximum communicable distance of the link is inversely proportional with the baud rate. | Identification of Therapeutic Targets and Biomarker for Breast Cancer using Microarray Data Mining | Author : Dr. Nelson Kennedy Babu | Joe Arun Raja | Vinukumar Luckose | Sajitha Smiley | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Neuropilin2 is a family of receptor protein involved in endocrine development in Breast and ducts. The bHLH regulates transcription of Neuropilin2 NRP2 of progenitor ductal and endocrine cells to a neurogenesis and neurogen specific transcriptional mechanisms that mediates different signaling pathways. The differentiated genes such as RAB40A, FGFR1, TPM1, NRP2, and CLMN genes regulating the development of islet of endocrine and ductal cells, but the molecular mechanism and classification of gene expression is remain unknown. There are several transcriptional gene mutations may regulate transcription of islet cells of ductal and endocrine regions of the pancreas and intestine that may lead to cancer. However, our knowledge of microarray data analysis methods helps to classify the genes associated with differential and undifferential endocrine lineage, ductal cell and exocrine regions determine neurogenesis and neuron specific signaling pathways. Using Meta analysis of statistical rank correlation algorithm to rank the genes based on gene signatures. The reveal predicts 154 38 genes that were consistently and significantly up regulated 247 62 were down regulated in Breast cancer. Using functional annotation of gene clusters reveals only 47 genes is presumably associated with neuronal development and cell differentiation. Furthermore, this experiment helps to understand candidate genes for novel biomarkers identification, diagnosis and therapeutic approaches to Breast cancer.
