Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this paper, an optofluidic ring resonator with the
all-pass configuration is designed. The structure has a bus
waveguide and two ring waveguides, in which one ring is used
as a reference ring, while the other is used as sensing ring. The
designed ring resonator structure will detect a resonance shift,
when a 10% glucose solution as used as analyte. Which would
be useful in bio-sensing application.

An Automatic Colour Sensor based Urine Analysis Device to Detect CKD for Mass Screening Application |

Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a condition
characterized by a loss of kidney function gradually over a
period of time with five stages. Usually, in the initial stages, the
disease appears to be asymptomatic, as a result diagnosis of the
disease in the early stages is unlikely. When diagnosed in the
early stages (stages 1-2) the disease is reversible. For early
diagnosis of the disease, we use an automatic system consisting
of sensor TCS3200 and a urine strip. Bluetooth module is used
to transfer the data to the mobile or computer for further
analysis. The sensor detects the change in color on the strip
when the sample is introduced. Change in color of the strip is
due to the presence of albumin in urine, which is the primary
biomarker considered to detect the early stage of kidney
dysfunction. |

A review: Analysis of fractional order chaotic systems |
Author : Niyojeet Shrirao, Alpana Pandey and Ramji Gupta. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :—Chaos is generally understood as confusion or
disorder. It is the property of systems which are complex
andunpredictable in nature.Chaos is often misunderstood as
noise, but they are different entities due to the predictable
nature of chaos. In this paper different fractional order chaotic
systems Fractional Calculus is not a new topic though but the
use of it has been applied efficiently in the last few decades.
Generally, real objects are fractional order systems, thus
fractional order has been implemented on the different chaotic
systems which are discussed in the paper and the changes on
the systems are studied accordingly. The chaotic system’s
behavior is observed for fractional order. Each system’s chaotic
nature is studied for different fractional orders and analyzed to
check which order is suitable to observe chaos in the respective
chaotic system. Synchronization and applications of the
fractional order systems are also discussed. |

Abstract :— This p?per is ?n ?ttempt to document the st?tus of
implement?tion of Sw?chh Bh?r?t initi?tives ?nd its outcomes
?cross st?tes in Indi?. Sw?chh Bh?r?t Mission w?s l?unched ?s
?n initi?tive by the Indi?n Government on 2nd October 2014 ?s ?
p?rt of the s?nit?tion ?nd cle?nliness drive ?cross the country.
The p?per gives ? thorough survey ?bout Different exercises
embr?ced under those Sw?chh bh?r?t ?ctivities in the country
Furthermore urb?n zones over st?tes Previously, Indi?. The d?t?
used for the p?per h?ve been collected from the offici?l sources
of government of Indi? ?nd other documents ?nd reports
?v?il?ble in the public dom?in, including medi? reports. The
progr?mme implemented seemed to be highly cost-benefici?l
from multiple perspectives, such ?s fin?nci?l, economic, soci?l
?nd environment?l. The economic benefits h?ve been observed to
be re?lised in terms of reductions/ s?vings in costs of he?lthc?re
expenditure in the rur?l ?nd urb?n households due to: (?)
improved economic ?nd he?lth st?tus ?rising from improvements
in s?nit?tion conditions; (b) ?chievement of ODF st?tus in most
rur?l ?nd urb?n ?re?s; (c) control of communic?ble/ w?ter-borne
dise?ses; (d) improvements in nutrition?l st?tus of rur?l
households, especi?lly, women ?nd children; etc. Nevertheless,
m?ny of these imp?cts need further confirm?tion in terms of
st?te-wide surveys/ indepth studies involving represent?tive

Design and Analysis of Ring Resonator Based Optical Delay Line |
Author : Tejaswini B R, Dr.Chandrika T N |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Generation of optical delay line is one of
the greatest challenges in the modern photonics.
Optical delay lines are important functional
elements in optical science and technology. In the
areas of optical signal buffering, optical
communication systems, phased arrays antenna
and photonic signal processing optical delay line
plays a very important role. In this paper, we are
presenting a novel structure for optical delay line
using ring resonator waveguide. A delay line
device consists of three ring resonator waveguides
and one bus waveguide. Transfer Matrix method
is used to analyze the ring resonator which has
been designed for single mode. From the designed
delay modeling configuration we can achieve a
delay of ~500ps. |
