Author : Sai Preethi Jatta, Sharath K Prabhu, Vismaya K R and Shwetha M |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this paper work, a three ring resonator SOI
structure with two bus waveguides and three ring waveguides is
implemented, which is made to operate in the near infrared
region. The detection of the presence of cholesterol having a RI
of 1.53 in blood at 1550nm wavelength has been analyzed.
There has been a significant shift of the resonance peak by
100nm in the presence of cholesterol in human blood as an
analyte which can be used as a detection mechanism for
hazardous levels. |

Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :As the world is digitizing, requisite of memory
rising exponentially. The time to deliver memory is the
requirement of todays world. But to design and analyze the
performance of a memory is a time-consuming process. The
schematic design needs to be speed up. The Tiler code is a
probable solution to optimize the design process. It uses
SKILL script language of Cadence Virtuoso to design
symbol and schematic of a G level of a memory. It reduces
tremendous amount of time and goofy errors. This paper
presents the tiling technique to design memorys G level
schematic and symbol. |

IOT-Based Wearable Smart Health Monitoring and Self Injection System |
Author : Kiran M, Gopinath B.M.Roopa S |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Everyday people lose their lives due to accidents and
poor emergency facilities. If medical facilities are provided at
the right time, these lives could have been saved. In this regard,
an advanced accident alert and vehicle monitoring system
based on Internet of things (IoT) is developed in this paper.
Whenever a vehicle is met with an accident, instantaneously
accelerometer sensors will notice the accident and sends it to
the raspberry pi 3b. An alertmessage will be sent through IoT
about the location to the guardians, police station or a rescue
team,so that immediate action can be taken by tracking the
location of accident through the Global Positioning System
module soon after receiving the information. |

Pedestrian and Lane Detection using Computer Vision |
Author : R. Srija, Dr.K.Kumar M.E.,Ph.D |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The road network of India is over 52,31,922 kms.
During 2015 , the total number of traffic accidents were
4,96,762 with 4,86,567 persons were injured and 1,77,423
were killed. In order to avoid such road accidents, the
collision of pedestrian with the vehicle on the highway
should be prevented. So an approach for automatic lane
and pedestrian detection on highways to prevent road
accidents using deep learning and computer vision
techniques is proposed. The pedestrian detection is done
using tensorflow and HOG detector. Lane detection
ensures that the vehicles are within the lane constraints
and avoids the collision with vehicles on the nearby lanes. |

A Novel Design, Implementation and Testing of stress monitoring with IOT Technology |
Author : Kumara K R, Suhasini R, Shubha R, Varshini B S, Navya B R |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This proposed paper is on the recognition of stress
applied on the foot on the daily basis by people.
This type of stress is affected to the people who
stand a lot and repeatedly performs the same work.
The cause of this usually varicose veins and growth
of calcaneum bone known as calcaneum spur. The
objective of this project is analyses of foot stress
applied to the hind foot by the people suffering
from these disorders. This proposed paper is of
monitoring of stress may help users to better
understand the stress patterns and also supply the
physiotherapist with valid data for arbitrament |

Improving Robustness of Dual Port SRAM by finding additional bugs in design using ESPCV flow to compare Schematics v/s Verilog on 12LP GF Technology as an example |
Author : Sneha Sharma, Madhu Shandilya, O. P. Meena Naresh Gandham |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : Robustness in design is one of the major
concerns in memory design, this will be checked with the
help of various verification techniques used in the industry.
Functional verification is used to check whether the design
meets the specification. Evolution in verification has led to
the development of formal verification tools nowadays. The
symbolic simulators involve the formal verification
technique along with the simulation approach. This makes
debugging of circuit faults easier. ESP-CV is a symbolic
simulator designed for functional verification and sequential
equivalence checking of custom memory design. Symbolic
simulation compares two design i.e. behavioral RTL verilog
and transistor-level SPICE netlist by generating testbenches
for different cycles. This article includes the basic flow of
ESP-CV simulation and how this flow helps in improving
robustness of SRAM design. This tool is used early in the
design flow because of its ability to read RTL models and
Spice netlists directly. This article also diagrams the key
difficulties of memory check, and proceeds to depict how
symbolic simulation and its basic advancements offer points
of interest for confirming full-custom circuit design. |

Author : Mr Edwin Issac , Mr Pavan Raj , Mr Prashanth , Mr Rudresh M Arer and Ms Apoorva K V |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Flood is overflow of water which has devastating
effect on society, environment and economy. It is important to
study the scenarios of depth and the extent that water flows out of
its boundary conditions. The present study focuses on finding the
depth of water level. In this study, Gurupura River is selected to
perform steady flow analysis. The hydraulic model HEC-RAS along
with GIS tools is used to perform steady flow analysis. For the input
of maximum discharge, from results it is observed that the area
near the river basin is safe from flood effects. |

Developing the interfacing window for UDS protocol services to ECU |
Author : Arun Radder, Dr. T N Chandrika |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The electronic controller devices in a current
automobile are named as Electronic Control Units (ECU). The
ECUs backing Controller Area Network (CAN)
communication protocol. CAN stands for communication
between vehicles ECUs since it is a dependable, robust and it
has responsibility confinement quality. When the amount of
on-board ECUs numbers is increased, and the diagnosis of a
exact ECU becomes a complex in tasks. The analysis of an
electronic devices and electrical circuits is to be done along
with a standardized communication protocol, UDS (Unified
Diagnostic Services). In/Out is tested by UDS service id and its
applications is implemented, the data which the ECU we
absorbed is from the sensors generic sensors example angle
detection, ambient, temperature and such other sensor this
data foe the easy observation for the tester, since UDS have
other service ID we can implement other tester easy services
also in this paper for some service id has been implemented
this has been done using the tool CANoe and backend code
implementation is done in CAPL scripting language and it is
presented in this paper. |
