Increasing Understanding Overcoming Learning Difficulties Based on Parenting Patterns through a Group Guidance Approach and in the Lecturer Review, to world group guidance given number as: A group guidance | Author : Titi Kurnia Fitriati | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Parenting patterns is very influential on the process of adjusting students in school. In fact there are still students who have difficulty in learning both at school and at home. From the data obtained 25% of students learn if present if there is a repeat course, 27% of students often do not do homework. This shows that the student is having difficulty in learning and there are 10% of students who are from family background that is not harmonious or victim of divorce of their parents. Providing appropriate counseling services is expected to improve the problem.
The aim of research to assess the effectiveness of the application of group counseling in an effort to increase understanding in overcoming learning difficulties based parenting patterns through group counseling approach. Group counseling in this study is one of guidance against individuals in a group to take advantage of the evolving dynamics in the group. Group dynamics here are group lively atmosphere characterized by a dynamic spirit of cooperation to achieve group goals. His research is class student VIII.1 State Students Junior High School 23 Bekasi Province West Java Indonesia, which is the action research method of guidance and counseling to the procedure used to cycle through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.
The result of the research showed significant result of applying group guidance approach to increase the students understanding in overcoming the learning difficulties based on parenting patterns experience increased 4.8% after cycle l and experienced an increase of 8% after the implementation of cycle 2. Application of group guidance is very appropriate to be used and requires innovation from mentors.

This study aims to identify and analyze mandatory compliance level of individuals based on the business sector located in DKI Jakarta Indonesia.This study using descriptive analysis using data from the ministry of finance of the republic of Indonesia directorate general of taxation unit directorate of technology taxation, 2017 in the area of Jakarta.
The results show that in the regional office of the directorate general of taxes of East Jakarta and the regional office of the directorate general of taxation of Jakarta Special, the participation rate of individual taxpayers in the Regional Office has very low participation level in the Tax Amnesty program and when the SPT correction.

| Loyalty Program and Word of Mouth in Educational Context: A Test of Moderation | Author : Dr. Wachyudhi. N | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The main purpose of this research is to examine the role of loyalty program in moderating the effect of satisfaction on the positive word of mouth. However, in this context, it needs to be proved in advance how the service quality and tuition fee affect the satisfaction and word of mouth. The study was conducted on a number of 120 students in the capital city of Indonesia-Jakarta, by using convenience sampling technique and processed based on hierarchical regression analysis method.
The results showed that service quality has positive effects on satisfaction and word of mouth, as well as the tuition fees, has positive effects on satisfaction and word of mouth. While the effect of satisfaction in shaping positive attitudes towards word of mouth was still not consistent. The phenomenon of such relationship is likely to happen due to the satisfaction can change instantly if there is a change to the situation. In other words, in this context, the role of the loyalty program is considered as a moderating variable that could undermine the formation process of positive word of mouth recommendation.

The availability of appropriate number of talent, people with high performances and potentials, at the right time for the right positions, is required to support current achievement and face future changes, with speed and flexibility. The availability of talent is expected to support organization to be adaptive, continuous learning, and continuous improvement in facing the faster and faster rate of global environmental changes.
This research descriptive approaches are used in this paper supported by literatures studies, published documents/reports of the company pointed as a case in this paper, and some other resources of secondary data. And interview with Heads of Regional Offices, Divisions, Branches, and Supporting Offices, conducted in Jamkrindo, helps provide a picture of historical contribution of the employees.
The results is talent mapping/assessment helps organization to set clear standard/criteria and goals for employees’ performances and potentials and talent mapping/assessment also gives organization a framework to assess employees while encouraging open discussion and managing succession planning.
