Abstract :Quality of service and product quality is a determinant factor of customer satisfaction because the service and good product quality will create customer satisfaction. Basically, the purpose of a company is to create a satisfied customer. The creation of customer satisfaction can provide several benefits such as the influence between the company and the customer to be harmonious, providing a good foundation for repeat purchase and the creation of customer loyalty, and forming a mouth-to-mouth recommendation that is profitable for the company.
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Nano Coating Indonesia. This research uses saturated sample technique (census) with all 100 respondents (customers) at PT. Nano Coating Indonesia. In solving this research problem, the author uses path analysis as a research design. The results showed that the quality of service directly positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty PT. Nano Coating Indonesia and product quality have the positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of PT. Nano Coating Indonesia. Quality of service and product quality indirectly have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction PT. Nano Coating Indonesia.

Abstract :The objective of this study was to recognize the impact on pricing dynamics that elements such as reservation channels, price decision makers, and pricing for same-day and very late (after 11 PM) same-day arrival guests. The data was collected via a random sample from a list of 3,000 hotels provided by Smith Travel Research, with 283 responses being analyzed. Though this is an exploratory study, it fills a need in the hospitality literature for empirical research, as it reveals hotels’ pricing patterns for same-day arrival guests. This study enables managers and scholars to form a better understanding of hotels’ actual pricing for same-day arrival guests. Researchers can thus have a starting point for developing models that can empirically demonstrate what pricing strategies are effective for same-day arrival guests. |

The Effect of Work Environment and training on Work Performance through work Motivation in General Staff Personnel Army |

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work environment and training on work performance through employee work motivation. The research was conducted by an explanatory method that is unstructured and informal research with the aim to get information about the general nature of the research problem. The population in this study is all employees in the General Staff of Army Personnel as many as 107 employees. The sampling technique of this research using simple random sampling. The research method used cross-sectional quantitative method and analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis.
The results showed that the magnitude of the direct influence of work environment on work performance that is equal to 0.359, while the amount of indirect influence of work environment on work performance through the motivation of 0.705. The value of indirect influence is greater than the value of direct influence which gives the meaning that the motivation variable is able to mediate the work environment to the work performed. The magnitude of the direct influence of training on work performance of 0.307, while the amount of indirect influence of training on work performance through motivation that is equal to 0,560. The value of indirect influence is greater than the value of direct influence which gives the meaning that motivational variables are able to mediate training on work performance.
