Abstract :The study aimed to find out the perception of students on the effects of bullying on the learning behaviour of S.H.S students in Cape Coast Metropolis. The researchers looked at the effect of bullying on learning behaviour in terms of relationship with self, relationship with others in terms of learning and relationship with teachers during teaching sessions. Questionnaires were administered to three hundred and forty-six respondents from selected senior high schools in the metropolis using the stratified proportion and simple random selection technique. The study revealed that bullying in second cycle institution is a pertinent issue which had devastating effects on students’ learning behaviour although students indicated it was on the low side.
