Abstract :Much attention is paid to the elaboration of
legal regulation of spatial and territorial planning
of land use in Ukraine and the Republic of
Austria. It was established that the system of
spatial planning is very complicated, divided by
urban planning and land management and isineffective
for decision-making in the planning of
land use in Ukraine. In this regard, it’s proposed
to implement spatial planning as an effective
tool for managing land use, which will ensure rational
land use in the present circumstances and
in the future and resolve the concept of “spatial
planning” in law. |

Abstract :Current inventory dates back to 200 years
ago. During these two centuriesinventory is constantly
changing, what has changed and itsfunction.
Currently, Poland is a country with an area of ??322,575 square kilometers and a population
of 38.5 million. In Poland there are approx. 33.2
million uchastkov (6.5 million uchastkov in urban
area s , 26.7 million uchastkov in rural areas),
building 4.1 million (3.0 million in urban areas,
1, 1 million in rural areas). All of these areas and
the building is now visible in the land registry. In
addi tion to tax and statistical functions to the
forefront and go function information. Work on
changes in inventory at all times continue. Poland
has already started razrabatka 3D cadastre
project, a general property tax and real estate
cadastre transformation to multi cadastre |
