The expediency of introducing land management regulations at the practical level through the development of land management projects on land zoning is substantiated, which, in combination with urban planning regulations, will contribute to the achievement of ecological safety in land use. The methodological approach to the formation of the legal regime of land use by land zoning by their categories is proposed. The author’s definition of land management regulations is given.

Restructuring of economic information and statistics keeping with international standards leads to improvement of obtaining their data in the State Land Cadastre. Therefore, new methodological approaches and registration forms of data acquisition are implemented. The main principle of their functioning considers data transfer from registration system and old forms into new ones by doing verification. The structural drawbackes of new forms of land account, directions of improvement of data formation mode of land use and land plotsin the new forms of the State Land Cadastre have been justified in the article.

The main aims of the article is the research areas of optimization of land use and land protection of agricultural landscapes. According to this in the article analysis of the degradation processes in agricultural landscapes, development of land management projects as a tool for optimization of land use and protection of agricultural landscapes are discussed.Much attention is given to the negative phenomena of agricultural land use, including water erosion and formation the ways of economically efficient, ecologically safety and socially oriented land use. Studied the experience of foreign countries on the mechanism of land use and providing safety use in dangerous erosion agricultural landscapes. Land management is quite a tool that has evolved to a multi-role thatshould provide a basis for decision-making in all areas related with land and land use. Therefore, development and implementation oflandmanagement projects of land use and protection can be and should be the basis for the implementation of safety land use in dangerous erosion agricultural landscapes. These projects will provide slowing and stopping anthropogenically accelerated erosion processes from one hand, and ensure efficient economic activity from other. Therefore, for safety land use in dangerous erosion agricultural landscapes consider the following: the differential use of agricultural land depending of soil cover and relief; observance of safe slope drainage of runoff; meadow slopes along drainage channels;shelterbelts placement systemsfor water and wind regulatory.

The possibilities of applying some methods of multispectral images classification for determining of the bee forage have been shown in the research. The accuracy of classification methods of remote sensing data for identification of pollen and nectars crops was compared. The optimumperiod use remote sensing data for identification agricultural crops of bee forage is determined.
