The influence of atmospheric air pollution on the health status of the city of Kiev has been monitored. A direct relationship between the increase in the concentration of harmful substances in the atmospheric air of the contaminated area and the increase in the incidence of the population, including diseases of the respiratory system, circulatory systems, blood and blood-forming organs, endocrine, nervous systemsis established.

The concepts “land management process”, “land management procedure”, “land management actions” and their relation in the system of land management of Ukraine are substantiated. Established the need to clearly distinguish the concepts. The importance of proper implementation of land use procedural norms for the society and the state is grounded.

It is substantiated that the conceptual basis of institutional provision of land management and land management at the local level, in the conditions of new land relations and decentralization of power, includeslocal land use development programs, land management and urban planning, the formation of the land structure of the respective territory and the implementation of land management and infrastructure provision of land management.

In the Ukrainian Polissya soil cover is dominated by sod-podzolic soils, that due to light particle size distribution and relatively small amount of humus, have weak aggregationand low resistance to deflation processes.Soil deflation here is often in the spring, when arable land have the lowest level of vegetation protection. The intensity of these hazards depends largely deflationary stability of the soil, of which the main criterion in the literature defined mechanical strength (cohesion) of soil aggregates and main indicator - content in soil aggregates with a diameter greater than 1 mm. Based on experimental data obtained in the Kyiv Polissya proven ability to adjustthe deflationary durability ofsod-podzolic sandy-loamy soils by rational combining fertilizer plants and chemical reclamation.Increasing the strength of the structure at the joint application of lime and fertilizers due positive changes in soil absorbing complex caused by calcium of lime and humus content increase and improve its quality composition. Comparison of granulometric and mikroagregative analysis by methodology of B.A.Nikitin shows that process of aggregation in explored soils uneven: 65-100% in the intermediate fractions. When combined lime and fertilizer alignment occurs of aggregation process. Application of CaCO3 at a dose of 1,5, calculated by hydrolytic acidity, together with organic-mineralsystem of cropsfertilizer allowsto 48% transfer this process in macroaggregates. As a result - increase of deflationary stable aggregates contents to 58%.

The article analyzes the development of corporate structures in agricultural production, proves the influence of corporate formations on the efficiency of agrarian production. On the basis of the analysis of official information of agricultural holdings an estimation of efficiency of their activity was made and the conclusion about the optimal size of their structural subdivisions was made. The advantages and disadvantages of integrated structures are highlighted, peculiarities of formation of their land relations are determined. Issues of expansion of land masses of agroholdings related to the conclusion of land lease agreements are considered.

The article discusses contemporary issues of digital atlas thematic mapping, which has been gaining momentum in recent decades. It shows thatthe atlas geoenvironmentalmapping allows to perform high quality visualization of various spatial and temporal information in dynamic and static states, reflects the geoenvironmental state of objects that vary by rank, trends in its changes, and evaluates the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors on it. Solution to this problem is possible with the correct choice of cartographic service, which can serve asthe basisfor creating a wide range of interactive digital atlases. At the same time, there are fewexamplesofthe creationofatlasesofgeoenvironmental issues both in paper and in digital form,so thearticle discusses actual approachesto solve this problem, highlights authors’ experience of atlas geoenvironmental mapping ofriver-basin systems of differentranks.

The historical preconditions for the introduction of contour-meliorative organization of the territory in Ukraine and the effectiveness of the operation of similar facilities on agricultural lands in the US states that have similar soil-climatic features and the manifestation of erosion processes are considered. A number of measures aimed at reducing soil erosion on agricultural lands and optimizing agro landscapes have been proposed.

In this paper assessed the effectiveness of investment and construction projects related to the redevelopment of industrial areas, presents the main advantages and disadvantages of these projects in view of sustainable urban land use.

The strategic directions for the development of the aviation industry and the shortcomings of modern land-use classification of aviation transport by the intended purpose were reviewed. The necessity of introducing changes to the Land Code, the Air Code, the Law of Ukraine «On the State Land Cadastre». If the term «land of air transport» defines,it will be reasonable for accounting and regulation of land relations. A list of works necessary for the implementation of the Airport Development Program in the field of land use was proposed.

The article deals with the specifics of the legal regulation of the state registration of the right to lease agricultural land, analyzed the stages of the state registration of the right of lease of agricultural land plots in Ukraine and identified the problems and ways of overcoming them.

Investigated the interconnection between the dynamics of population growth and world food production volumes with the areas of agricultural land and the possible influence of projected changes in agricultural land use on increasing the cost of agricultural land is substantiated.

The modern scientific and theoretical positions concerning the determination of the effectiveness of soil protection measures on agricultural lands are researched.

The article outlines an understanding of the modern principles, types of management of protected areas and policies aimed at ensuring sustainable land use development taking into account European experience.
