DETRAÇÃO DA PENA CONDENATÓRIA NA HIPÓTESE DE APLICAÇÃO DE MEDIDAS CAUTELARES DIVERSAS DA PRISÃO | Author : Larissa Andreatta | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This article aims to lead the reader to a reflection on the possibilities of incidence of criminal detraction in the alternative precautionary measures provided in article 319 and 320 of the Criminal Procedure Code, included with the advent of Law 12.403/2011, presenting, as the main problem for the appreciation of the detraction in the case outlined, the absence of legal provision. To this end, a study was carried out having as a parameter the current jurisprudence and doctrinal positions that address understandings on the subject, giving us the opportunity to understand the existing currents. The application of the in bonam partemprinciple was debated so that the detraction in the present case could be applied, as well as the specific cases that dealt with the present discussion were presented, to demonstrate that the proposed reflection has already been reflected in the legal field. With the analysis proposed, it is suggested a way to fill the gap that the law has regarding the application of detraction, presenting a calculation hypothesis for each precautionary measure provided for,in articles 319 and 320 of the CPP. |
| ENERGIA SOLAR: ESTUDO DA VIABILIDADE ECONÔMICA DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA FOTOVOLTAICO EM UMA RESIDÊNCIA UNIFAMILIAR EM COLATINA-ES | Author : Gabriel Bastos Plantickow, Bernardo Pianna Campostrini, Alexsandre Leite Ferreira | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Photovoltaic solar energy is the energy generated by solar radiation into electricity. In Brazil, photovoltaic solar generation is regulated by the Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL), which requires the general conditions for distributed micro and mini -generation access. The aimof this work is to analyze the economic feasibility of implementing a photovoltaic system in a single-family home in Colatina (ES) and compare it with the regular electricity used. The dimensioningof the system was made based on the characteristics of the location, the consumer profile, and the performance of the system. Based on estimates and forecasts, three energy tariff readjustment scenarios were defined for the study. In scenario A with an annual readjustment of 3.75%, the Net Present Value (NPV) was R$ 50.303,55, the Internal Rate Return (IRR) was 19,36% with a compensated return of 6 years and 4 months; in scenario B with an annual adjustment of 5.61%, the NPV was R$ 67.444,68, the IRR was 21,25% with a compensated return of 6 years and 1 month; in scenario C with an annual adjustment of 10.00%, the NPV was R$ 132.936,82, the IRR was 25,67% with a compensated return of 5 years and 6 months. In all scenarios the NPV was positive, indicating that the savings generated exceeded the investment and the payback was satisfactory considering a 25-year project horizon.

| AVALIAÇÃO DA COMPOSIÇÃO NUTRICIONAL DE RAÇÕES SECAS PARA CÃES | Author : Sayonara Piontkovsky Calzi, Nayara Oliveira Perin, Jéssica Mauro, Linda Christian Carrijo Carvalho | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This work aimed to evaluate the composition of dog rations commercially available. The nutritional contents of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, fiber, vitamins, and minerals informed on the label by the manufacturers of thirty-two types offoodfor medium-sized dogswere evaluated. The presence of transgenic components was also observed. The foodshowed contents from 15.5% to 26.0% of protein, 1.3% to 12.0% of mineral matter, and calcium content between 1.0% to 2.5%. The fibrous substance was observed between 1.3% and 4.0% and the iron in the amount of 30 mg to 170 mg. Among the foodsampled, thirty-one had transgenic components. The wide variation observed in nutritional contents demonstrates that the choice of feed is a process that requires attention to the specific needs of the animal. Some compositions suggest less need for dietary supplements, as they had, for example, enough omega 3 and 6. These components, as well as iron and sodium, were not mentioned on some labels. This research emphasizes the importance of the complete specification of macro and micronutrients present in dogfood, in order to provide a basis for a better choice according to the health status and metabolism of the dog. |
