Quantitative research was conducted with a focus on incoming students at a college in the interior of Espírito Santo. The Academic Experiences Questionnaire, reduced version (QVA-r), comprises 55 items and 5 dimensions: personal, interpersonal, career, study, and institutional. The data were analyzed using statistical procedures in the JASP 0.17.2.1 software. The study was conducted with 199 students across various courses: Information System, 2.5% (n = 5); Nursing, 6.0% (n = 12); Psychology, 30.7% (n = 61); Administration, 2.0% (n = 4); Law, 1.0% (n = 2); Pharmacy, 2.5% (n = 5); Physiotherapy, 9.0% (n =18); Medicine, 2.5% (n = 5); Veterinary Medicine, 19.6% (n = 39); Nutrition, 3.5% (n = 7); Dentistry, 20.6% (n = 41). The sample consisted of 67.8% (n = 135) female, 30.7% (n = 61) male, and 1.5% (n = 3) non-binary participants. Medicine and Physiotherapystudents demonstrated the highest adaptation rates in Career and Institutional dimensions. The findings suggest that learning resources contribute to students psychological well-being, and students perceptions and appreciation of the college appear to be associated with their expectations. The results indicate a particular emphasis on adaptation in relation to Career and Institutional dimensions. The implementation of an innovative curriculum yielded positive outcomes. |
| A RESPONSABILIZAÇÃO OBJETIVA, SOLIDÁRIA E DISCRIMINATÓRIA DE ASSOCIAÇÃO CIVIL: Uma análise parcial da Lei Geral do Esporte, pelo prisma do controle de constitucionalidade | Author : Luciano Abrão | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This research aims to conduct a discursive analysis of the General Sports Law -LGE (Brazil, 2023), through the theoretical-methodological framework of constitutionality and control. The objective is to substantiate hypotheses that, as will be delineated, demonstrate the material unconstitutionality of paragraphs 5 and 6 of article 178. This unconstitutionality stems from the establishment of a form of Abstract Legislative Disregard for Legal Personality that affects only one category of Civil Organizations, as well as an unequivocal (and notably atypical) Objective and Joint Liability for injuries resulting from unlawful acts perpetrated by its associates and/or managers. |

| A CRISE NO DIREITO E O SEU AFASTAMENTO DO MUNDO DA VIDA: O IDEAL DA SEGURANÇA NA FORMALIZAÇÃO JURÍDICA | Author : Waléria Demoner Rossoni, Safira Jennyfer Sunderhus Ferreira, Anna Julya Merlo Soares Pego | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The objective of this study is to examine how the formalizing idealism of Law enables the constraint of freedom, thereby posing a threat to humanity itself. This discussion is warranted by the importance of elucidating the critical legal debate that the crisis in Law is a problem disguised as the formalization process, in order to emphasize that legal security exists only in a realm parallel to the world of lived experience, on a fictional level. The development of this work will employ a methodological approach that begins with particular premises regarding the essential elements of the formalization of Law to propose a systematic examination of Science and the world of lived experience through the scientific foundation of idealizations, given that securitycan only be guaranteed through distancing from the aforementioned idealizations. The methodology adopted is predicated on specific premises related to the formalization of Law, proposing a rapprochement between Science and the world of lived experience through the scientific concept of idealizations. The study highlights the fictitious nature of legal security, underscoring the necessity for critical thinking to establish freedom in Law, thereby overcoming dominant hegemonic discourses. This study concludes that it is imperative to recover and develop critical thinking to constitute freedom in Law through the assumption of openness that is inherent to humanity itself in order to transcend dominant hegemonic discourses. |
| EFEITO DA EQUOTERAPIA NO DESEMPENHO COMPORTAMENTAL E FUNCIONAL EM CRIANÇAS COM TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA | Author : Priscila Agner Pimentel, Vitória Fedeszen Mozdzen, Danilo Santos Marques, Rafael Folador Frederico, Michelle Lima Garcez, Tatiani Bellettini-Santos | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a clinically diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder. The treatment of ASD includes both psychosocial and psychopharmacological interventions, of which hippotherapy was highlighted in this study. This therapy uses horses as instruments, and has a fundamental influence on psychological function. This research is an integrative literature review and aims to evaluate the effects of hippotherapy in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder based on the analysis of previous studies already carried out. Digital research platforms were used, and descriptors in English autism and hippotherapy were used. Clinical and randomized controlled studies from the last 10 years were selected, and are presented and discussed in this work. The results suggest that hippotherapy benefits patients with autism in the areas of socialization, communication, self-care, mobility, and coordination, resulting in significant improvements in the symptoms of irritability, hyperactivity, social interaction deficits, and restricted behavior patterns that are part of autism spectrum disorder. Although hippotherapy has demonstrated benefits for patients with ASD, there is a lack of information on the treatment time required to achieve positive long-term results. |
