The research problem is whether the reward and punishment influence simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Business Training And Empowering Management Surabaya, whether rewrad and punisment partially affect the performance of employees of PT Busines Training and Empowering Management Surabaya, and where the most dominant influence between reward and punishment of performance. This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment to employee performance and to determine the most dominant pengaruyh the performance of employees of PT Business Training And Management Empowering Surabaya. The test equipment used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analysis tools SPSS 17.0. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test shows that the reward and punishment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. | Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja SKPD Kabupaten Sintang Kalimantan Barat | Author : Niken Widyastuti | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of stress at work and workload the performance as partial and simultaneous toward to SKPD performance in Kabupaten Sintang Kalimantan Barat. This study had used Descriptive Quantitative methode as main methode and Exhaustive Sampling as sampling methode. Sample were taken as a whole from thepopulation, that is 75 employees. Data were taken by using list of question, interviews, and literature searching. Data were analyzed by using Regression Methode and through SPSS program for Windows. The result of the study have shown that stress at work and workload significantly influence the employee’s performance, with value of determintation was 0,681 or 68,1%. Stress at work and workload had significantly influencing employee’s to SKPD performance in Sintang Kalimantan Barat. For the next study, all considered, would be better if the next researcher added another variables that maybe had some contribution in employee’s performance, such as working satisfication, neighbourhood, culture in work, reward, compensation and personality. |

Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 14, engineering test data used in this study include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with ALPHA Cronvbach, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. In this study all theories, independent and dependent variables are accepted and valid. Sidoarjo branch Gedangan, the variables used in this study was the quality of service consisting of Reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible as well as the level of customer satisfaction. This study was conducted to spread out questionnaires to 72 customers in the bank branch Gedangan Sidoarjo. To see the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction conducted sampling of respondents involved in the sampling process. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 software. From the results of multiple regression analysis in F test obtained Fhitung 22 285> of F Table of 2346 or by the significant value of 0000 in which the significance value is less than the significance level = 0.05. it can be concluded that Ho refused and Ha accepted, it means reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2) assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangible (X5) together have a significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) , T test to determine the effect obtained partial realibility of 2611; variable responsiveness of 2155; variable assurance amounted to 2,383; emphaty variables for 4328; tangible variables for 2219. whose value is greater than ttable which amounted to 1,997, which means stating that the variable stress reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangible (X5), individually (partial) influence to variable customer satisfaction. |

Such a commitment is affected by many variables, career development,such as leadership role, work stress and work motivation. Effects of career development, leadership role,work stress and work motivation toward the employee’s performance are to be determined, with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. A research has been conducted on 87 employees of Din.TKS Sleman. It can be concluded that, wholly or partially, the effects of leadership role, career development, and work motivation toward employee’s performance are significantly positive; the work stress’ effect is significantly negative. From the four variables, the career development affects dominantly. |
