The analysis tool used panel data regression analysis. Model Chosen Was Random Effect Model The tested with F test and t test, with 5% significance. Based on the findings of the test F known that DPK, NPF, CAR, Equity and Operating Profit Margin Financing Murabahah simultaneously affect Against AT Islamic Banks. Based on t test known that Equity and Profit Margin effect against Murabahah, DPK, CAR and influential Against NPF not on Murabahah Commercial Bank Syariah.

The studies that prove and explain the mediation role of job stress in the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of individuals has still limited, especially in private companies. The purpose of this study to examine empirical evidence that job stress mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 53 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result of this study concluded that the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress. In addition, result also concluded that job stress is a variable that full mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance.

Sukuk will be able to offer the innovative financial solution, this is product not only give a good contribution to the investment but also sukuk was be capable to compete with anothers investment in capital market. Moreover this investment is considered by company as alternative to get fund. Based on the explanation above, how investment of sukuk, wether sukuk is allowed by Islamic economic pespective or not? In this paper, I elaborate how the legal concept of invesment in Islamic economic perspective. Then I concentrate to describe about the concept of sukuk, also explain on mecanism of transaction of sukuk. Last, I attempt to analyze how the investment of sukuk in Islamic economic perspective.

In this study, explained that people in the district of Kediri, West Lombok regency have a high motivation to give donation of land although many people are under the poverty line. This happens because wakif in the district of Kediri understood as charity wakaf for the provision of the reward in the Hereafter will continue to flow because it is used to build educational facilities and mosques as a means of worship for the wider community. Utilization of wakaf for public welfare in the district of Kediri aims to 1. Eliminating ignorance and educate the people by building educational facilities, 2. Reduce Poverty and open up employment opportunities, 3. Eliminating social inequalities with the participation of most of the people managing the wakaf.

The method used is qualitative descriptive. This type of research is a field research. The results of this study found that Islamic business ethics applied by cattle traders in the Masbagik not yet fully apply the principles of Islamic ethics. Not all cattle traders get welfare because of not fulfilling the needs dharuriyat.
