Their bodies and disobedient works, open and taken to the extreme, will be subject of representation and self-affirmation, through which empower and resist against the considered patriarchal absolute truths, according to which, women have been represented as objects of pleasure for the male looks. |

Abstract :The present paper reflects on the epistemolog-ical bases on the differentiation between “mu-sicology” and “musical research” established in some documents of the Ministry of Culture of Colombia, and the convenience of using each of these terms in the definition of official policies. In addition, it analyzes the theoretical and practical advantages and disadvantages of both terms, as well as their ideological im-plications, and tries to elucidate which would be the most appropriate for an adequate de-velopment of the discipline in the country. |

Abstract :La búsqueda de Omar Pacheco concluyó en la creación de un sistema de comunicación diferente, opuesto al teatro tradicional y sustentado en los valores esenciales del hombre. No solo transgrede las formas convencionales establecidas, sino que busca la creación en la anarquía y en el desorden. En ese camino permanece hace más de 36 años por cuanto concibe un teatro que moviliza y transfiere una forma de comunicación con el objeto de modificar la actitud contemplativa y pasiva del espectador. No se puede renunciar a la libertad y a la belleza cuando se emprende la aventura del arte y, menos, al compromiso cotidiano, al riesgo y a los principios que justifican permanecer en La otra orilla.En el presente trabajo, Omar Pacheco explica su propuesta y despliega conceptos ideológicos, metodológicos y estético-narrativos. |
