Abstract :The success of a development is not only seen from the level of economic growth but also from the level of community welfare as well as a benchmark for the success of the development of a region. The Human Development Index covers three indices, namely the education index, health index, and purchasing power index. In this study one of the indicators in improving the human development index is the health index. Judging from the growth rate of the Situbondo District human development index (HDI), the health index growth during 2012-2016 remained at 0.74 and the growth of the human development index (HDI) in Situbondo was still below the growth of the human development index (HDI) in East Java Province. The formulation of the problem taken in this study is how to synthesize strategies in improving the Human Development Index (HDI) in the health sector in Situbondo District. The analytical method used uses analytical hierarchy process. The results of the analysis analysis obtained the strategy used in improving the human development index in Situbondo District in the health sector, namely health services became a priority in improving the human development index in the health sector in Situbondo District by 0.136, and both health budgets by 0.059, and the three health sector institutions by 0.018. |

Abstract :Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research. |

Abstract :Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri is one of financial institutions in which its activity is to collect fund from the members and distribute it through the mechanism of the islamic financial services business. It is from and for cooperative members, or even the candidate ones. With more and more competitors and the uncertain of the economic condition of indonesia affects unstable condition in its financial sector. To know that financial condition, needed appraisal toward Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri financial performance by applying analysis against financial performance through the financial ratios.This observation using calculation concern with the data in the form of financial report. Meanwhile, the analysis tool which is used in this observation is financial ratios which covers liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio.Overall from 2014-2017 analysis which is done produces good enough ratio except cash ratio analysis. That gains the smallest ratios, because in analyzing it conceptually does not invoive credit accounts, where in this Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri the greatest wealth is got from credit accounts in accordance with the type of cooperative business namely Saving and loan cooperative. |

Abstract :This study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further research |

Abstract :Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalsis pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja melalui perilaku produktif studi kasus pada guru PNS di SMK Negeri Kalibaru. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, diperoleh dengan metode wawancara dan penyebaran kuestioner terhadap populasi seluruh guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di lingkungan SMK Negeri Kalibaru sebanyak 38 orang. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi diperoleh hasil: (1). Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku produktif, (2). Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang posit dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3). Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui perilaku produktif, (4). Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS di SMK Negeri Kalibaru, dan (5). Perilaku produkti mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS di SMK Negeri Kalibaru. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan sekolah dan kepala sekolah lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap guru PNS dalam memotivasi dan memimpin guru dan memberikan perilaku yang positif sehingga guru PNS dapat bekerja dengan baik, bertanggung jawab, nyaman dan meningkatkan tujuan sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah |

Abstract :This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture partially and simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 147 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results of the study obtained that the satisfaction of employees and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the official staff in Lumajang District. While organizational commitment there is no significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official employees in Lumajang District. Simultaneously employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 63.3% on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in carefully. |

Abstract :This study describes the effect of government expenditures in economic, education, and health sectors toward the quality index of the population in Lumajang regency. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder , diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Republik Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur dan Kabupaten Lumajang. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Statistics Agency of East Java and Lumajang District. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regressions.
