From the Culture of Denunciation to Denunciation of Culture: Towards a Philosophical Theory of Culture |
Author : ??? ?????? ????? |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :We cannot think of radical thinking in the endless problems of man, without thinking critically about culture. Perhaps this is what goes into an innovative branch called cultural criticism. While most of the critical studies have been criticized for the cultural behavior of members of a group, we suggest here that the expansion of criticism and its heart, at the same time, extends to culture only after the intellectual has been included, since it is the group that manufactures the individual and not vice versa. So we focus on the following picture: How can we move, or just move, systematically, from intellectual criticism to criticism of culture? And what produces, proactively, about this heart? Which seems unpopular in the familiar? Then we must note, as a reference, that cultural heritage includes the highest and the lowest, or the lower and higher, so we ask a question that pulls silent to the light of mental criticism: how should we think of the cultural heritage of the minimum? How do we deal with intergenerational violence unabated? Our questions, as it were, have focused on the Quality, giving the positive nature of our analysis away from the familiar ambiguity in the subject of culture |

Author : ???? ????? |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The philosopher and sociologist Gilles Lipovetsky usually tends to criticise modern western civilization which is considered as profound criticism since he himself is a part and a member of the culture. His critical view reveals a set of paradoxes carried within what he called Hypermodernity. This civilization had witnessed changes in all fields and on all measures after moving from classical severe capitalism to the hedonistic consumer capitalism. According to the sociologist investing hypermodernity in two distinct contradictive manners do affect the lifestyle of modern societies, since these paradoxes are in harmony not in conflict in parallel side by side. This juxtaposition along with we try to convey through the writings of Gilles Lipovetsky. Based on this we raise the problem as follows: what does the juxtapotions of paradoxes in hypermodernity mean? And what are its manifestations? |

Regionalism in Algeria: A Balanced Development Option |
Author : ???? ???? |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The Algerian space is characterized by large regional disparities, whose historical roots are attributed to pre-independence. Therefore, the state has sought to address this issue since the independence. The issue of regional balance and justice is present in the basic documents of the state. More than five decades of independence have passed, however, significant disparities were observed in the national sphere. Perhaps one of the most prominent reasons for the failure to achieve balanced development, which limits these imbalances and differences, the very central characteristic of the structure of the Algerian state(centralization), and the absence of the practice between regional level and the state in the organization of the space, while we find a lot of developed and developing countries took the regional system and achieved significant results in balanced development. |

Author : Meriem HAMICHE /Fairouz ZERARKA |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In recent years, the notion of competence appeared increasingly in speeches on labor and employment in general, and in the management of human resources in particular. The rise of discourse skills is correlated with the evolution of work and organization, specifically with the emergence of new forms of work organization that are supposed to break in whole or in part with Taylorism. Indeed, skills appeared to give more responsibility to workers, to encourage more communication and teamwork. Hierarchy consent workers more autonomy, and more freedom of decision regarding the operation of work processes. All these changes would order new qualities in workers designated by the term skills. The use of the concept of competence has introduced new standards for the selection, hiring, evaluation and remuneration of labor. The requirements of job are, since the advent of wage labor, translated in terms of qualifications held by individuals who are socially recognized, especially because they are sanctioned by a diploma. Although the term is still used in qualifying companies, the term competence currently tends to impose |
