Abstract :The main focus of the study is to develop a teaching and learning model using the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) framework and the effectiveness of e-learning of Matriculation Chemistry. This is a model of teaching and learning that lecturers which integrate technological skills, pedagogical skills and content skills to teach chemical subjects at pre-university or matriculation levels. Also, the TPACK model is used to predict the e-learning of matriculation chemistry subjects practised after the Covid-19 pandemic period. The survey involved 199 randomly selected respondents out of 460 matriculation chemistry lecturers nationwide. The study finds that the level of practice and competency of chemistry lecturers were high. Moreover, at the end of the study, the study was able to develop a new teaching and learning model based on the TPACK Model with the effectiveness of e-learning for matriculation chemical subjects that met the index corresponding to the value of R2 = 0.66 of its variances. It is hoped that this model will be the foundation in the formation of a new model of the post-covid-19 era which will be the core of teaching and learning implementation especially in the subject of matriculation-level chemistry.
