| The Poetry Of Akif Inan In The Context Of Poetry And Tradition | Author : Turan Güler | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Özet
tabi tutulmustur.

Abstract
Since the Tanzimat period, which is accepted as the beginning of modern Turkish literature,
one of the most controversial topics of Turkish poetry has been the concept of tradition. At the
centre of the discussion, there is the question of the rejection of tradition or the appropriation
of tradition. This is a discussion which began in non-literary fields and proceeded to literary fields
with the process of westernization in the Ottoman state. In addition to the literary genres seen
for the first time in Turkish literature with westernization, elements such as new language, style,
form and content from the west are added to the elements such as form, language, style and
content used in traditional poetry This situation continues between continuing or rejecting the
tradition in poetry. The poetry of Akif Inan, one of today’s poets, was also handled in this context
and attempts were made to identify elements such as shape, style, language and content of
his poetry belonging to tradition. For this, first a general and brief introduction to tradition was
made, and then Akif Inan’s views on tradition and his mentality of poetry were mentioned. Finally,
the traditional elements in the poet’s poetry are evaluated under the main headings of form,
language and harmony, content.

Abstract
By starting from the first half of the 19th century, in the Ottoman Empire non-Muslim subjects resorted
to political, cultural and military methods for independence under the influence of nationalist and libertarian ideas.
Having constituted an important population within the Ottoman’s non-Muslim subjects and scattered in the Anatolian
geography, the Armenians also attempted separatist movements towards the end of the second half of the 19th century.
Many undesirable events have been witnessed by history in this process. As a result, when it came to the beginning of
the 20th century, the Armenians living in the provincial units confronted Muslims, especially Turks and Kurds. As this
confrontation caused unwanted events to happen in many regions of Anatolia, these kinds of incidents also occurred
around Mus, Bulanik. In this study, based on the records of the Ottoman archives, some Armenian incidents in the early
20th century around Bulanik will be evaluated.

| Bulgarian Prime Minister and His Delegation Visit to Ankara (March 1939) | Author : Mehmet Özalper | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Abstarct
Following the success of the War of Independence in the command of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the primary objective of the Republic of Turkey to establish is to work in order to establish relations based on peace and friendship with all the states of the world globally as a requirement of the “Peace and Prosperity in Peace at Home” policy. The Republic of Turkey has prioritized its close neig hboring states while realizing this aim. Balkan states have also been given special importance due to the fact that Balkan geography is Turkey’s gateway to the west. Bulgaria has a prescription in comparison to other Balkan states because of the presence of a shield on the western border of Turkey. During World War I, the two states took the same stage as allies. Since the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, efforts have been made on behalf of the continuation of relations. At the establishment of the interstate relations, the visits of the statesmen are preliminary in the first instance. In this work we will discuss the visit of Bulgarian Prime Minister and politician Georgi Köseivanov to Turkey. |
