Abstract :The accumulation of Ottoman exegesis has not been enlightened yet. However, with recent scientific studies, this closedness has been tried to be partially eliminated, but these efforts have not been achieved to the desired level. In this study, we will focus on the work of “Fusûl al-Taysir fî Usûl al-Tafsir”, an unknown commentary of Isma‘il Haqqi’s (1846-1912), one of the last Ottoman scholars. This work, which we will focus on, was prepared by Isma‘il Haqqi for the first grade students of the Faculty of Political Sciences as a textbook. In this study, in the context of the exegesis works of the Ottoman period, this work which can be evaluated in the works written about the exegesis method independently; systematics, contents and sources. On this occasion, the contribution of a recent Ottoman scholar to the tradition of exegesis will be discussed and, albeit a bit, the course of Ottoman exegesis will be shed light.

Abstract :Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk (OKB), istem disi beliren ve kaygiya neden olan düsünceler, dürtüler ve düslemlerden olusan obsesyonlar ile bu obsesyonlarin olusturdugu sikintiyi azaltmak için istekli olarak yapilan zihinsel ve davranissal tepkiler seklinde ortaya çikan psikiyatrik bir hastaliktir. Çesitli semptom örüntülerine göre siniflandirilan bu hastaligin alt tiplerinden biri de dini obsesyon ve kompulsiyonlardir. Bu çalismada, dini içerikli obsesyonel düsüncelerin yani sira ibadeti engelleyip Allah’tan uzaklastiran ve olumsuz olarak nitelendirilebilecek davranislara yol açan her türlü obsesyonel düsünce ile dini kavramlarin iliskisi degerlendirilmektedir. Bu dogrultuda obsesyonlarin dini literatürdeki karsiligina dair bazi tespitlerde bulunulmakta ve obsesyonlardan muzdarip olan kisilerin bu düsünceleri yorumlama biçimi Islamî yaklasima göre açiklanmaktadir. Teorik bir bakisla ele alinan bu çalismanin farmakolojik tedavinin yaninda farkli terapötik tedavi yöntemleriyle entegre edilen manevî/dini temelli tedavi yaklasimlarini gelistirmeye katki saglayabilecegi düsünülmektedir.

Abstract :It is a case that al-qari/reciters in our country and in various regions of the world pronounce al-imalah in different ways/forms. It is possible to access a series of audio recordings about this thanks to the technological advancements today. Various recitings arise from the fact that reciters voice the same al-imalah with their individual experience. Therefore, there is a need to determine how al-imalah was featured in written media and was eventually defined and recognized without the influence of the personal interpretations. In this way, it might be possible to determine which al-qari/reciters have the closest pronunciation of al-imalah to the authentic readers. In order to determine the authentic reciting, in this study, we will try to examine how the types of al-imalah and al-fath have been explained since the first period, how their categories have been compared, by providing examples from the reciters.

Abstract :This article aims to investigate transhumanism, which has become very popular nowadays, and intends both physiological and psychological transformation of human beings by using the possibilities of science and its basic predictions. At the same time, it aims to contribute to the awareness which is tried to be raised about subject. In the first stage of the study, the main elements of the term humanism, which constitute the intellectual origin of transhumanism, and the important turning points in the transition from humanism to transhumanism were pointed out and the possibility of transhumanism was discussed. Then, based on the ideals of development and emancipation, the main objectives of transhumanism are addressed and its possible benefits are mentioned. In the second stage, the main problems likely to arise in case of realization of transhumanist ideals are emphasized. In this context, the problems that transhumanism will cause due to the change of the ontological status of man are critically examined. Additionally, the sociological problems that transhumanism can cause and its effects in the context of traditional religious and moral orders have also been focused on. In this stage of the study, a general evaluation was made based on the criticisms of both conservative and religious circles towards transhumanists.

Abstract :This research aims to examine the general features, distribution and printing of the Qur’an in Indonesia. This research also aims to examine the characteristic of Ottoman Mushaf and determine whether the original Ottoman Qur’an Manuscripts were found in Indonesia. The primary method of this research is Philology. For example, some original Ottoman Qur’an manuscripts are found in public and private collections in Indonesia, such as manuscript belong to Prabu Diraja, a descendant of the sultans of Palembang. The manuscript was inherited from his family. Based on its decorative and calligraphic ground, this manuscript is outlined as an Ottoman Qur’an rather than an indigenous Indonesian Qur’an. Then we can judge the relationship on the development of the Qur’an printing in Indonesia by finding Ottoman Qur’ans In Indonesia.

Abstract :Bu arastirma, Kuzey Kibris Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde yüksek din egitimi veren iki kurum olan Yakin Dogu Üniversitesi Ilahiyat Fakültesi ve Kibris Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi Dini Ilimler Fakültesi’nde okuyan ögrencilerin üniversiteye uyum ve algiladiklari stres durumlarini tespit etmek amaciyla yapilmistir. Karma yöntemle yapilan arastirmada “Üniversite Yasamina Uyum Ölçegi”, “Algilanan Stres Ölçegi” ve “Yari Yapilandirilmis Görüsme Formu” kullanilmistir. 2020 yilinda 264 ögrenci ile yapilan arastirmanin sonuçlarina göre, ögrencilerin üniversite yasamina yüksek düzeyde uyum sagladiklari ve stres algilarinin düsük oldugu görülmüstür. Cinsiyet ve sinif degiskenlerinin uyum ve stres durumlarini etkiledigi, kiz ögrencilerin uyum puanlarinin erkek ögrencilere göre daha yüksek oldugu tespit edilmistir. Birinci sinif ögrencilerinin uyum düzeylerinin diger siniflardaki ögrencilere göre daha düsük oldugu belirlenmistir. Ögrencilerin Türkiye’den geldikleri bölgelerin, mezun olduklari liselerin ve gelir düzeylerinin uyum ve stres düzeylerini etkilemedigi belirlenmistir. Nitel bölümde ise, ögretim elemanlariyla kolay diyalog kurulabilmesinin, uyum sürecini kolaylastiran önemli bir unsur oldugu belirlenmistir.

Abstract :Our study looks over and aims how the exegesis sources study the verses referring to the religious position of pharaoh, who lived in the period of Moses’s prophethood, and tries to find which reasons urged them to compose their approaches and how this approaching process takes shape in the history of exegesis. On determining these approaches, the verses within the context of rod-serpent miracle and the pharaoh are centralised, since the subject is mentioned and the exegesis sources have mentioned of the subject within the scope of these verses. Depending on the pharaoh who lived in the period of Moses’s prophethood, his very self used the phrases in the relevant verses and due to the fact that the study is based on status, not on the person, the usage of ?pharaoh' as common and singular noun is adopted. Our study is based on the data in exegesis sources. However, for the purpose of informing about the sources of modern period approaches, modern studies over the topic are used. To make the study exegesis-based and not history of religions-based, the data of the modern studies are placed in footnotes. On treating the subject and within the context of reader, the commenting approaches by the exegetes which affect their points of view for the verses and consequently their atomized-holistic views, the diversity of sources used by them and their mind structure are presented. Within the scope of sender, Quranic wording which corresponds to different building stones of Ancient Egypt religion is remarked.

Abstract :Hz. Muhammad performed many actions as a prophet who has contact with revelation. Some of these acts were related to his duty of prophethood or religious issues, while others were about daily life. These acts of the Prophet and the degree of their bindingness have been discussed by scholars. Different attitudes towards the actions of the Prophet caused the emergence of various understandings about what and how should be exemplary throughout the historical process. In this study, based on some sources of Mu?tezilî scholars, approaches to the acts of Prophet have been presented. In order to understand the similar or different aspects by Sunni sect scholars about the Prophet’s acts, literature review about the classical and modern periods is included in the study. Attention was drawn to the different concepts used in order to express the exemplariness of the Prophet by the scholars, and their relationship wity the “teesi” commonly used by Mu?tezilî scholars is also emphasized.

Abstract :Bu arastirmada örgün egitimle birlikte hafizlik egitiminin ögrencilerin sosyal ve özgüven gelisimlerine etkisi incelenmistir. 2014 yilinda uygulamaya konulan örgün egitimle birlikte hafizlik, basta okul merkezinde olmasi ve akademik egitimle bir arada yürütülmesi gibi farkliliklar olmak üzere geleneksel hafizlik egitiminden ayrilmaktadir. Arastirma nitel bir yaklasimla ve durum çalismasi desenine dayali olarak görüsme yöntemiyle gerçeklestirilmistir. Çalisma grubu olarak Istanbul, Konya, Sivas ve Rize illerinden olmak üzere toplam 4 hafizlik proje okulu seçilmis, katilimcilar ise bu okullarda hafizlik yapan ögrenci, hafizlik ögreticisi, veli ve ögretmenlerden seçilen toplam 35 kisidir. Arastirmada örgün egitimle birlikte hafizligin okul ortamindan kaynakli ögrencilerin sosyal gelisimlerine genel olarak olumlu yansidigi, ancak yatili olarak bu egitimi gerçeklestirenlerde durumun olumsuz gelistigi, hafizligi bitirebilme veya yarim birakma durumuna göre özgüven gelisiminin degistigi, hafizligi tamamlama süresinin yetersizliginin sosyal ve özgüven gelisimine etkide bulundugu gibi bulgulara ulasilmistir. Sonuçta örgün egitimle birlikte hafizlik egitiminde okul ortami ögrencilerin sosyal ve özgüven gelisimlerine geleneksel hafizlik ortamlarina göre daha fazla imkân ve firsatlar sunmakta olmasina ragmen, bunun çocuklarin gelisim ihtiyaçlari bakimindan yeterli düzeyde oldugunu söylemek mümkün gözükmemektedir.

Abstract :This study aimed to construct and apply a scale to measure the doctrinal trends of a sample of Yarmouk University students, by using well-known doctrinal issues in purity and prayer topics from the four Islamic Sunni jurisprudence doctrines, namely, ?anafi, Maliki, Shafii?, and ?anbali. The study adopted an inductive method to select the jurisprudential issues and analytical descriptive methodology and used the questionnaire as a method to build the syllabus and apply it to the sample. The results of the study show that there are doctrinal distinctions between the students based on their home countries and regions. The results show, also, that most students mix more than one doctrine in their application of purity and prayer. More specifically, the results show that Jordanian students tend to use two doctrines, namely, ?anbali and Shafii?; the Turkish students tend to follow two doctrines, namely, ?anafi and Shafii?; and Chinese students turn to three doctrines, namely, ?anafi, Shafii?, and ?anbali. In South African countries, students turn to Shafii? in most cases and, then, Maliki and ?anbali in some cases. Thai and Malaysian students prefer Shafii? in most cases.

Abstract :The combination of words in Arabic occur in a certain order. In this combination, which is called tarkib, the relationships between the nouns are generally simple. However, there is a complex but also rich semantic relationship in the construct phrase. In the traditional syntax approach, where the issue is evaluated on the basis of i‘rab, there are brief evaluations of the semantic relationship between nouns, but the emphasis is on the relations of ta‘rif-tahsis and amil-ma‘mul. Modern studies examining the relationship between the nouns of construct phrases are also very few at the desired level. This study aims to contribute to the scientific background in this field. In this context, first of all, the traditional point of view has been revealed by descriptive method. Then, examples of construct phrase in Arabic written culture were examined and determinations were made about the relations between the nouns of construction by induction method.

Abstract :Non-religious educational activities are carried out officially by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Turkey. One of the non-religious educational institutions that the Presidency of Religious Affairs presents is the Qur’an Courses. The topic of this research titled “Qur’an Courses for Age Group 4-6” was applied to the preschool children for the aim of giving them religious and values education in accordance with their intellectual levels, contents and methods since 2013-2014 academic years. This article deals with instructional proficiencies of those instructors who work at those courses. This research was done through descriptive survey model. The research was conducted in 2017/2018 academic year. 430 instructors participated in the research. Some important results taken from the research as follows: An important part of the instructors did not find themselves as sufficient in the proficiencies of education and instruction at the courses. It was understood from these statements that they had some insufficiencies in the process of preschool education and did not have enough knowledge and abilities sufficiently about children in these ages.

Abstract :Çocuklarla Felsefe yapma çok erken dönemde çocuklara akil yürütmesini, sorgulamasini, elestirel bakmasini kazandiran bir disiplindir. Bu disiplin çocuklara karsilastiklari bilgi, inanç ve degerleri sorgulamaksizin kabul etmemelerini, degerlendirmeler yaparak tercihte bulunmalarini ögretmektedir. Temelleri 1970’lere kadar geriye giden çocuklarla felsefe yapmanin öncü isimleri Matthew Lipman ve Gareth B. Matthews olarak bilinir. Felsefenin arastirma alanlarindan birisi de degerler felsefesi (Axioloji)’dir. Bireylerin davranislarina temel teskil eden degerler, farkli tanim ve siniflandirmalara sahiptir. Bununla birlikte ülkeler deger egitimine her geçen gün daha fazla önem vermektedir. Deger egitimini içinde barindiracak alanlardan birisi Çocuklarla Felsefe Dersi olmalidir. Bu çalismada da ögretime konu edilen Çocuklarla Felsefe Dersi’nin, deger egitimi açisindan incelenmesi amaçlanmistir. Arastirmanin temel sorusunu, “Federal Almanya’daki ilkokul (1.-4. Sinif) “Çocuklarla Felsefe” dersi ögretim programinin deger egitimi ile iliskisi var midir?” olusturmustur. Nitel desenli olan bu arastirmada verilerin analizinde doküman incelemesi tercih edilmistir. Içerik analizi yapilarak bulgular yorumlanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda bu dersin deger egitimiyle dogrudan iliskili oldugu; özgür olmak, kendi amaçlarini seçebilmek, açik fikirli olmak, baris istemek, sorumluluk sahibi olmak gibi degerleri kazandiran hedef, yetkinlik ve içerige sahip oldugu sonucuna ulasilmistir.
